The condo was very comfortable. It has a view of the ocean, and beautiful palm trees surround the area. Not far from the condo is a very nice pool and hot tub. The condo didn’t have very many supplies. I had to buy a lot of extras. I did stay for a month, so I needed quite a bit. The condo needs some repairs and maintenance.

This vacation home is absolutely stunning, and our family had an incredible time there. It is located within a beautiful gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made meal preparation a breeze.
However, one aspect that proved to be challenging was the lack of detailed instructions from Vacasa regarding which key corresponded to each gate. The garage, which is separate from the main unit and situated right behind it. Unfortunately, the garage opener provided did not work, despite my attempts to contact Vacasa for a solution. This lack of assistance was quite frustrating.
Eventually, I discovered that the garage was actually the second door from the right when facing the garage unit. After replacing the battery, I was able to operate it successfully.
Despite this minor inconvenience, our overall experience at the vacation home was fantastic. It would have been even more enjoyable if Vacasa had provided clearer instructions and prompt assistance in resolving the garage opener issue. ( Not just empty apoloziging messages)
I hope that my feedback proves helpful for future guests.

Great location, extremely uncomfortable furniture. We stayed 30 days and were very uncomfortable. Even adding pillows to sit on did not help. Bed was ok.

We love Kai Lani and this unit has a gorgeous view from the lanai of the beautiful ocean, sunsets , luscious gardens and palm trees

We stayed here while waiting to move into a home on the island. It was a wonderful condo, perfect for our family of 5. Amazing views and close to the lagoons and restaurants. We were sad to leave .
