Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property is across the street from 3 beaches. There are a lot of shops close by within walking distance making it very convenient.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Fully stocked kitchen, had snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs & beach towels, tennis rackets. Super comfy kingsize bed. Beautiful lanai with a view of the beautiful gardens and ocean, sunsets

C418-great location. I have stayed in several Akahi units and love the location-close proximity to beaches, stores and restaurants. However I didn’t have one good nights sleep in a week-the bed needs to be replaced-actually both the mattress and the bed-the frame is super old metal frame on casters-no breaks on the wheels and the frame is not connected to the headboard so the bed moves all over the place. The mattress has two cavernous divots. The bedroom layout is super weird with narrow windows above the closet-so you can’t get up there to open the windows therefore no cross breeze is possible and no air conditioning in the bedroom-it’s like a tomb! Thank goodness for the previous vacationers who purchased the stand up fan-hopeythe management company reimbursed you!! Nice having washer and dryer and the kitchen was well stalked. The last day the toilet innards broke-actually it never flushed right from the beginning but we called Vacasa and someone came and fixed it same day. Because of the bed/bedroom I will not stay in this unit again. Also while nice having beach chairs and umbrella-they were broken. Husband managed to gerryrig the umbrella with a random screw.

The apartment was very nice, had everything we needed. I loved the two couches and the open kitchen. It faces south so you see the mountains and the ocean and the sun come up and go down. We never had to use the air conditioning, just pulled down the shade on the balcony. To our pleasant surprise there were beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and boogie boards. There were masks, snorkels and fins too, but we had our own. The location is perfect for close beaches with great snorkeling.
