Excellent location for ocean front property located in South Kihei. The beach is only a few steps away and you get the perfect view of the ocean from the lanai. Property is very clean and quiet. The room is exactly what shows in the description and pictures. Very clean and has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. We would love to stay here again for our next visit to Maui!

Great location. Beautiful views. Unit is a little tired but fine . Clean with lots of towels etc. needs laundry basket, drying rack, inside rug for front and balcony doors and new broom to deal with the sand.

My spouse and I came to celebrate my 40th birthday, with our the kids! This property was more than we expected. The view and proximity to the beach exceeded our expectations; the pictures on the post don’t do it justice.
Nothing was a far drive 10 min in any direction had everything we needed. Of course we chose to venture farther too.
Stay here! You will not be disappointed.

The property was clean and everything inside was easy to find. The only hiccup we had was that the pool key was not left in the condo, but the host was really quick to get that fixed.
The location was nice in that it was a good central location for everything we had planned. It was also really fun to walk on the beach in the evening and see the turtles. We really enjoyed our stay and the view!

Great unit for 2 adults. Bedroom and bathroom floors had lots of hair from previous tenants but other than that it was clean. Bed and pillows are fair. View and lanai are superb!

Condo was as nice as photos showed. A place on the beach is a very rare find, no road to cross. Full size kitchen. View of the Maui sunset from the deck! If you want adorable, practical and on the beach, and are not about the big fancy resorts, this is perfect!

Only gap is challenging through brokerages from Expedia, to VRBO, to the property Mgmt company. Not the most streamlined Comms and notifications between them all.

An amazing spot to hang and watch the ocean, sunset and palm trees sway. Easy to walk to several stores and restaurants. Great quiet spot. Only note is there is no bedroom door. That was fine for us, but May not work for all. Supplied ample amenities for the two of us for a week.

This is a smaller and very quiet property. We really enjoyed the location. The one negative comment I can leave with it being one that could be easily changed. The bed is HORRIBLE! I understand they were trying to possibly make this property accessible to a couple or ability to break it into twins, but for a couple it made it very uncomfortable. The room is small and I'm not really sure how you would have room to split into twins.
The kitchen was very well equipped but it would be nice to replace the blender. It was showing it's wear and tear.
I would recommend this property for it's smaller quiet aspects and location. The unit itself could be updated to make it more comfortable with it's furnishings.

Great location: Literally a minute from the beach and easy walking distance to local services. Condo could use some improvements (some inoperable louvered windows, bent screens that allow bugs in) and attention to detail (no can opener, no coffee filters, etc.)

While the ocean view was great, we encountered a few maintenance issues. The coffee pot was chintzy (fell apart the first time I used it), the screen the sliding door stuck, the screens on the louvered windows were falling out and the smoke detector went off intermittently.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location on the water is incredible and gives you front row seats to beautiful Maui sunsets. It’s a pretty quiet area which we enjoyed. The kitchen has been recently updated and everything was extremely clean when we arrived. The only thing we didn’t realize before arriving is that they don’t provide any beach equipment like coolers, chairs, etc. Anything that is there is left from previous guests. While a cooler would have been convenient to have for the beach, it definitely didn’t affect our enjoyment of the condo. The other thing to note is that while the beach in front of the condo is great for walking, it’s not a swimming beach - brownish water (due to recent storms) and very rocky in the water. There are plenty of other beaches nearby though so don’t let that deter you. Overall, it was a great experience for us!

The location is nice, view is great, and the apartment has been updated. The building is old and has lots of deferred maintenance. Located on 3rd floor of building with no elevator. Afternoon sun needs some screening. Pool is tiny but clean.

The property is old, I understand that. But manual met roll out windows fir starters, some won’t open. The windows really need to be replaced, same with sliding door. The WINDOW A/C isn’t enough to cook the condo. Couldn’t leave it on, per orders. The bedroom stayed HOT and no air in bathroom. There were black hairs in shower. Toenail clippings in bedroom. No washcloths, finally got them on our last day. The front door, having roll out window fins, isn’t safe or secure and it’s right beside the bed. The king bed….no it wasn’t, it’s 2 twin beds pushed together. I really expected better based on the photos and description.

Kihei is one of my favorite areas to stay in Hawaii; away from the resorts, close to grocery shopping and farm stands, but not too far from Lahaina for activities and gift shopping. This complex is in a great location on the oceanfront, only 3 stories high and generally quiet. This unit in particular is comfortably furnished with nice tiling and plenty of kitchen space. This was a girls weekend/getaway, so it was nice that the king bed could be separated into 2 twin beds, which had fairly comfy foam mattresses. I appreciated the easy communication with the rental manager. Beach towels and chairs were provided, which was convenient. Be aware the beach is fairly rocky once you step into the waves, so water shoes are recommended.

The view and location of the condo was great! Room was clean and spacious. AC in the living room, none in the bedroom but we opened the windows and had great air flow at night. Check in was super easy too!

The ocean view was 100% accurate and definitely didn’t disappoint! The people below us were a little loud in the evening, but simmered down around 10:30 every night. Bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. Would stay there again!

The property was wonderful the on-site managers were very friendly. The condo was completely ready for our stay. We could go down to the beach after 8 at night and see the big sea turtles resting on the sand. It was phenomenal.
