We enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped and located in a great spot. The views from the lanai are really nice. The AC in the living room should be checked for efficiency. We travel to the North Shore a few times per year and would have no reservations in staying here again.

We loved staying at this property. The golf course and surrounding area is gorgeous. The beach is a ten minute walk. We walked down in the morning and saw a Seal sunning himself on the rocks .
The condo itself is very comfortable and quiet. My children found the Murphy bed to be very comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful and the washer and dryer worked perfectly.
We loved the location on the north shore. It was central to many of the popular sites and beaches.
We had a fantastic stay here, which made our stay in Oahu very special.

We loved that the property was so quiet. Had coffee every morning on the lanai and watched the birds. Loved the kitchen and did a lot of cooking and never lacked for any kitchen items. We enjoyed the pool and actually spent more time there than on the beach. We enjoyed going up to the Turtle Bay resort and shopping in the stores there.
Everyone was friendly around the property and we ate a Lei Leis one evening and it was very good.
After going to Honolulu to spend a day, we were so glad we chose the less congested and less busy area to stay.
Would go back to this condo again if we have the chance.

This condo is a perfect spot for exploring the Ouahu North Shore. We spent hours walking the extensive sandy beaches, often being the only ones as far as one could see. We also rented local beach cruiser bikes and were very happy with the number of easy trails that were well marked. During our stay the Fazio golf course that the condo backs onto was closed (Palmer course was still available) which made for quiet relaxing on the condo patio. Mike and Sara were easy to contact if required.

We had a great experience staying at this cozy getaway, which included an inviting breeze that kept the place cool without the need to use the air conditioner for our entire trip. It was close to Turtle Bay Resort and many of our favorite places such as Ted's Bakery, the food trucks and shaved ice. The manager and owner communicated quickly when needed. The bed was comfortable and we felt like we were at home. This was a great experience for us.

This property was perfect for our 5 day stay on the north shore! It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed! the owners anticipated everything. The air conditioner also worked very well however we didn’t use it after the first day because the trade winds created cool breezes while we slept. The location was also perfect!

My husband and I have stayed at several vacation properties. This one was the best stocked with needed extras. The only thing I would recommend is having true beach chairs. There are two camping chairs but not easy to carry to the beach. Overall great experience.

This listing is exactly as described. It is a ten minute walk from Kuilima Cove, where we snorkeled every day. The screened in porch is a plus, we enjoyed each meal there. I would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Very underwhelming stay. Condo was not very clean, but not filthy. It needs a few things repaired (toilet seat, washer, coffee maker). The furniture is low grade and should be arranged to take in the outside view. It needs a few rugs as the floor feels sticky and dusty all the time. Basically, don’t come here for a romantic getaway, as we did. Lol.

We have a family of three and found the condo to be the perfect size for us. We loved the location and staying on the north shore. We appreciated the quiet, loved the pools and found that we had them to ourselves often. We had a question about the washer and the manager was prompt to reply. All in all it was a great stay.

Our place was a great location .It was very clean.and we enjoyed our pool and close to turtle bay and Ted’s bakery.We we’re able to cook our meals here which was nice and we had nice trade winds .We understand that things break down and our washing machine was not working our entire stay however we were accommodated to do our washing at another unit. I was not able to do a load before I left and would have like to not put my dirty clothes in my suitcase and we normally wash our sheets and towels to help out the cleaner.We would definitely stay here again and Thankyou for your hospitality.

Kulima Estates at Turtle Bay- wonderful condo on the golf course. So economical; very quiet; loved hearing the birds and ocean- better than staying at a hotel! The only drawback was that the washing machine wasnt working, and I was really counting on being able to wash clothes, which is one reason why I like getting condos when I visit Hawaii- had to hand-wash some items- lol. The condo was neatly arranged and clean, too, with room for 3! Would stay there again.

Your condo was very nice and in a great location! It was the perfect size for us and absolutely met our needs. Loved the pool area.
Just a short walk to the beach which was beautiful; and also to the Turtle Bay Resort frequented for gorgeous sunsets, shopping and dinners.
The 4 of us had an awesome time exploring the island doing tours, hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, cliff jumping, swimming with sharks, sunset cruise and more. I can’t say enough about how gorgeous Oahu is.

This condo was perfect for a family of 3 adults. The check in process was simple and Sarah, the property manager answered all my questions via text or message on the Vrbo app. The photos on the website didn’t do it justice as to how lovely it was. We rarely used the A/C because of the trade winds that brought in cool air throughout the house. Master bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms really was convenient. The kitchen had all the supplies that you would need. I spent a lot of time on the lanai and it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy tea or coffee in the mornings. The walk to Turtle Bay resort was short and we enjoyed going to the beach there. I would love to come back and stay again.

Overall I’m very happy I chose this condo. It was perfect being close to turtle bay and walking distance to the beach. The breeze in the condo was amazing so no need for AC.
The only problem was communication with the host. We tried twice to communicate and both times it took days for a reply. I would still suggest you stay here. My whole family loved it.

Overall this was an okay condo. We have stayed in other condos within the same complex before and they were booked for our family of 4 coming over from the Big Island, so we took the chance knowing that this one looked a bit “funkier”. We have two daughters who are very flexible and well traveled, so funky is fine, but there were MANY simple fixes that this condo needs. A few changes could make it a 5 star. We can’t help but wonder if the property manager isn’t communicating with the owners (who appear to live on the mainland)?
- dirty dishes and tongs in cupboards
- plenty of pillows, but all of them were less than an inch thick…and no extra pillow cases/sheets anywhere!
- broken kitchen light held up by duct tape that kept falling down
- loose shower head in master- turned on water and it almost fell on my husband’s head
-the “house binder” with instructions etc. was falling apart and outdated- tv instructions were wrong
We send aloha and hope these changes are made, but we will stay elsewhere next time we visit Oahu.

We loved our stay here! It felt like a home away from home the moment we stepped in. Location was great and ideal for us wanting to be away from the tourist-y places. Turtle Bay is beautiful and a great spot for snorkeling. The home itself was clean and tidy. It had all the amenities we needed...fully equipped kitchen, laundry, beach towels, etc. The beds and sofa were comfortable! We all slept so well. We didn't need the air con on at all. The sea breeze through the condo was amazing. It's hard to find a place like this (2 bathrooms!) at such a reasonable price! Owner and property manager were communicative and left detailed instructions which we appreciated. There were some beach gear that we used and thank goodness for the sand toys because I forgot to pack some for my little one! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Easy walks to the beaches, coves, area hikes, and short drives to all the North Shore has to offer. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Really great to have 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen. The condo gets a fabulous breeze, and it was a slice of paradise to chill on the lanai after snorkeling in the cove nearby. We made good use of the beach towels and mats provided and enjoyed the short walk to the Turtle Bay Resort and beaches.
Communication with the site manager and owners was easy and responsive. Would stay here again.

The condo was clean and well-equipped. We went in February so there was no need to use ac. The room stays cool with the natural breeze. Condo is walking distance to Turtle Bay. The pool is also heated and a short walk from condo. My kids enjoyed it. North Shore is beautiful and a lot less crowded than Honolulu/Waikiki area.

wanted more ocean view from the condo. stayed on ground floor and heard children running and bouncing balls till late at night. Wish we could have used the pool at Turtle Bay. We ate at Turtle Bay but could not use the pool. The condo was clean and comfortable but needed more toilet paper, had to go to a store to get some. I guess old folks use more than 2 rolls in a week. Thanks for the memories.

Located in the heart of a resort community, Mike and Maria's condo offers easy access to hiking trails, beautiful beaches restaurants and golf. It's perfect for a couple that want to take in the beautiful north shore of Oahu.
We cooked in one evening and purchased take out dinner on others from nearby restaurants. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped, but note the grille on property requires charcoal (no propane).
Check-in/out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as pictured! We stayed for a week and were very comfortable. First time traveling with a 1year old and had everything we needed. Didn’t have to worry about a crib or high chair, and there was plenty of beach toys! The property was practically baby proofed which also made us very comfortable. We loved walked on the golf course in the morning and finding different ways to get to Turtle Bay. Communication was great with owners & property manager. Would absolutely recommend this property!

The area was clean, everything worked, thanks to the owner's note, we discovered 'air conditioning'! Opening the louvers in the front and the back of the condo kept the rooms wonderfully cool!

This property is in the condos just outside of Turtle Bay resort. It is a good location on the North shore. The condo itself seemed dated. Some paint and extra cleaning would go a long way. Not a lot of amenities and we didn't discover the beach gear until the last day because it was in a closet off the lanai. There wasn't much description about the area or the different locations of things. No maps. Also no description about the beach gear being in the closet. Make sure that if you plan to stay there that you bring your own supplies like toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. as you have just the bare basics to start. The barbecues are charcoal only which we didn't know ahead of time and you have to supply your own charcoal. They need new pillows as the pillows that are available for both beds are completely flat. This wasn't a terrible rental but definitely needs a little more TLC especially for the cost. The one thing I did like is that it had air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom which made it comfortable especially in summer and also they provided a cooler and had the freezer packs in the freezer to keep things cold when we were on the go. Also it is a nice quick walk to the beach for the sunset.
