Overall the property is set up for family with younger children 4 and up which was nice and a good fit for us. The house has a great breeze when all window and doors are open plus fans (provided) and ceiling fans turned on makes it very comfortable. Very open floor plan.
We did find some roaches small and big in the upstairs bedroom and kitchen. A lot of commotion going on outside early in the morning with tractors mowing and heavy machinery moving around. There were some areas of the house kind of run down and need a little love but all in all it was a nice stay for us.
We had a lot of groceries left over that we didn’t even open; steaks, bacon, apple bananas and a lot of other item we left for housekeeping to have so it didn’t waste.
We loved getting to listen to the radio provided in the property. We also loved the local touches around the house.

3 couples stayed at the condo and we all thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay. The condo was large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of linens for everyone including beach towels. We used the pool several times. The spa was hot, which was a nice plus and the pool heated. We also used the grill one night. There were lots a kids in the pool splashing and jumping in. The parents were there but didn’t say anything. We usually would just wait for them to leave. Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely come back again.

Spacious unit #1 had great views, looking at golf course not other houses. At this time of year it is very hot inside. Although equipped with ceiling fans and box fans in every room, still hot. Some deferred maintenance is needed but you get a lot for your money at this lovely home.

We arrived after hours and had no issues with checking in.
The condo was clean, bright & airy. With toiletries, beach towels & gear.
Central location close to bike path, pool & golf course view. Walking distance to Queens Bath, St. Regis & Princeville Shopping Center.
Luckily there are ceiling fans because I don’t think there is A/C. It was fine because we shut the blinds during the day when we were out & had the windows and fans on at night. However we weren’t there in the summer.
We were in town after the flooding and Hanalei Beach was open and beautiful. As well as all the shops in town. There were still a few things not open but I felt that they would be open soon.
Such a great community. We come to the area often and would return to this same condominium. The two stories were perfect for our large family of 5.

The condo is beautiful. It is bright and has everything you could possibly need.
The only issue is the king sized bed in the one room is so hard it is like sleeping on the floor, so I slept on the couch which isn't bad for sleeping. The condo is very clean. No issues with bugs. We were there for two weeks.

Perfect layout for us as parents with 2 married children and spouses. Great location near many north shore attractions.Good book left by owner giving their favorite activities and experiences. Dryer quit near start of stay and parts didn't arrive while we were there. Also pool hot tub broke down near end of stay, but these things can happen anywhere. Parrish responded very well to dryer issue and delivered fresh towels as needed. Overall very pleased with condo , furnishings , beach chairs, cooler etc left in garage. Highly recommend.

This spectacular vacation home in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai is astounding! With three spacious bedrooms and three full baths, it accommodated our group of five perfectly. The well equipped kitchen is open to the living/dining area, making for a very open feel. We had only a couple of issues/problems. First of all, although it has an attached garage, the garage door opener did not work. (The door would only open partially and then close again and the remote garage door opener did not work at all.) We reported this to the manager, but were told that it would be a week or more before someone could come to fix it. There is an additional designated parking space outside, but you are greatly discouraged from using it. We had no alternative, so were given permission to park there. Also, the bathroom light in the master bathroom was out and since the office was closed for the holiday weekend (July 4th being Monday), we were there for four days before we could contact someone on Tuesday to fix it. Likewise the microwave oven sparked when we first tried to use it and burned out the outlet.(The outlet was also replaced on Tuesday). Fortunately there was usually an island breeze since the unit is not air conditioned and tended to get quite warm during the day and into the evening. We kept all doors and windows open when we were in the condo (closing them when we were out, of course) and all the ceiling fans running. Two of the bedrooms had additional floor or box fans and we moved these into the living area during the day to help keep air moving. We actually went to WalMart and purchased an additional box fan for the third bedroom, so if you stay here, now you'll have a fan for each bedroom.
Ntwithstanding these issues, we had a wonderful stay here. The unit is truly beautiful and well appointed. We would highly recommend it.
