This is a gorgeous condo in a marvelous place. Close to everything. You can walk to beaches & restaurants, but will probably want to drive. Sitting on the lanai, listening to the ocean is true paradise.

This Condo complex was in the middle of several restaurants that are walking distance, or you can use the complimentary shuttle. We used the shuttle more than we expected and all agreed it was a huge help when dining in the area and having cocktails. Make dinner reservations in advance if you are dining in the area, we had a party of 6 and I'm so glad we did. The condo is in the front row and the views are better than pictured in the listing. We saw several pods of whales at all times of the day. We walked to a couple nearby beaches, restaurants for breakfast and also the Labyrinth and dragons tooth daily. We never saw or heard any neighbors abound us. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach chairs and beach towels came in handy and were appreciated. They also have a small cooler and a larger one. My only suggestions would be putting a door on the toilet room, my husband and I have been together 25 years but privacy when using the bathroom would have been nice. Also, hooks for towels and bathing suits, etc. would have been useful in the bathrooms. Highly recommend this unit and when we come back we will stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was very clean and well stocked! Beautiful, comfortable furniture, great views, and great location. We will return in a few years and plan to stay here again.

our stay was great. This is an older model and the furnishings were not realdly too updated and the patio table really needs to be updated. The kitchen faucet need to be replaced and a few of the cabinets need to be tightened.
But, honestly we would love to return here next year and stay in this unit because of the view, etc. we have reached out to the property manager to ask if it is available. Overall it was wonderful!!

Everybody on the trip was very pleased with the venue - the house was very clean, nicely furnished, and very spacious even for 6 guests. The only complaint we had was that one of the bathrooms lacked a door.

We brought our granddaughters aged 13 and 15 for a Maui vacation. When we opened the door we were astounded by the beautiful ocean views. The villa is spacious and the lanais are fantastic. The third bathroom came in handy and this villa is stocked with everything you could need right down to beach chairs and snorkel gear. It has 2 master suites with large dual sinks in each bath. Each bedroom has a King bed with very cozy mattresses and pillows. It is quiet yet just across the street from the pool and barbecue grills. This neighborhood is meticulously cared for and this villa is no exception. I love the beach decor. There are several fantastic restaurants nearby, an ABC store with anything you have forgotten. They have a coffee shop, a deli and a very nice wine section. There is a shuttle too. The golf course is beautiful.
This villa is exactly as pictured and described in VRBO. I have never been disappointed with my rentals with VRBO and hope to return to this slice of paradise again. It was heavenly and I felt completely at home.

This property is clean, in a great area of Kapalua with amazing views. We only had to complaints during our stay. First, the beds were very soft to the point that they were uncomfortable to sleep in. On vacation I want to sleep really well and unfortunately didn't get that here. The second issue as has to do with sleep, in that there are no blinds on the bedroom windows. So as a result we and our kids were up at 5:30am every morning. Aside from those two issues the condo is beautiful and the amenities in Kapulua were great.

Condo was large, comfortable, and a tremendous value vs. hotels in the area. Beach is a short walk away, as is the pool. The pictures and description are spot-on, and a benefit not fully appreciated is the value of a professional management team (Coldwell Banker). Would definitely look to rent again when we visit Maui again.

This is a great property with a great location and fabulous views. Nestled right next to the Ritz Carlton Kapalua you have walking access to many beaches and it is great to walk the Kapalua Trail.

This is a wonderful property!! Not only does the unit have plenty
of room and gorgeous views, the thoughtful owners have provided lots of amazing extras like beach chairs, beach towels, laundry/dishwasher detergents and a well equipped kitchen. The only addition I would have liked is curtains or sheers in the bedrooms for privacy. Communication with the management company was excellent as well. We've stayed at the Kapalua Villas many times and would definitely stay in this unit again, a great experience!

This location is absolutely gorgeous and when we come to Maui we always stay at the ridge we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo but other than that our overall experience was very good

The property managers were cordial and responsive to communications. They get high marks. The housekeeping crew that prepared the unit for arrival do not. There was no dishwasher soap, no clothes washer soap and a single roll of paper towels. The 2 boxes of facial tissues were 90% depleted, so we bought a roll of paper towels and 2 boxes of tissue. The screen doors were in such bad condition that a maintenance person came out on Monday and removed one of the screen sliders entirely. He brought us dishwasher soap and detergent for the washer. The furniture and furnishings were nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The view and location are superb.

This place itself was perfect. Very spacious and balconies everywhere. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen appliances to items for the beach. This unit is also near the entrance to the village so it’s easy to get to the beach near by. You will need a car for everyday activities though but the location came with a parking spot.

We were very happy with this property. Very spacious and well appointed. The views are amazing. Needs we're comfortable and the kitchen worked well. The pool is across the street and the beach is a short walk down the hill. Perfect. We'll be back.

Amazing property! Extremely well kept, unparalleled view and close proximity to everything. The vacation here was completely hassle free from communication, check in and transportation with Kapalua shuttle service. A big hat's off to the Diana with CB Island Vacations. She is a dream to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Only wished we could have stayed longer!!!
