We invite you to experience our spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo, Wailea Elua #305. Recently redecorated with luxury furnishings, nothing was overlooked in your home away from home. If you are looking to lay in the sun, have a cocktail in the shade, or dine outside, our oversized lanai offers it all. Our lanai offers 180° panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, and during whale season, you can experience whales breaching with the comfort of your morning coffee.
The generous living room interior offers stylish furnishings and artwork with all the comforts of home. Views from the comfy couch. The living area has two modern, bi-folding, easy-opening sliding doors with motorized shades, which allow you to enjoy the ocean views from the contemporary sectional couch. After a relaxing day, unwind by watching your favorite shows on the oversized OLED flat-screen TV and sound bar. There is also a charging station area for phones.
Creating gourmet meals on your holiday is a breeze, as our remodeled kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and an array of small cooking appliances; chopping, slicing, blending, baking, mixing, roasting, and boiling are no problem. The updated kitchen includes bamboo cabinets, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances ( Bosch and GE Profile), a beverage refrigerator, updated dishes, glassware, and cookware. The functional layout of the kitchen makes cooking easy and enjoyable. As a bonus, enjoy your wonderful feasts in the lovely adjacent dining area, or enjoy the view with al fresco dining on our covered lanai.
The two spacious bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable, allowing a restful and peaceful sleep. The primary bedroom layout includes a new designer king bed with a plush mattress pad and new pillows, a flat-screen TV, a sound machine, a ceiling fan, and a private desk area. The primary has a custom walk-in closet with a safe. The primary ensuite includes a spacious shower and double vanity with a separate water closet. The guest bedroom is tastefully decorated with a new queen mattress with a plush mattress pad and new pillows, a flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, lovely mirrored custom closets with built-ins, and a slider to the lanai. The guest bathroom includes a generous walking shower and a single vanity. Both bedrooms have extra pillows, blankets, and luxury linens provided by Alii Resorts.
Your comfort and convenience are our primary focus; thus, we have a full-size washer and dryer and central air throughout. We even provide beach towels, a beach bag, beach chairs, a cooler, and water bottles for your use as our guests.
It's just a quick walk down through the meticulously groomed grounds to the main oceanside pool pavilion, where you can enjoy the heated pool or quickly escape to the beach.
Wailea Elua Village is an exclusive beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea. This relaxing low-density property consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months.

If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 3rd day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

Gorgeous property with thoughtful touches everywhere. Comfortable beds, couch, and patio furniture. Newer appliances. Fantastic location. Highly recommended. Would absolutely stay there again above all the other places I’ve stayed on Maui.

Alii Resorts is by far the best rental agency we have used in Maui and we have pretty much used the all! Extremely responsive and less expensive than most. This unit has a large enclosed grassy area off the patio, which makes it ideal for small children to play in when they are not at the beach or the pools. Since you can drive down to the main pool area and the beach with all your kid's toys and beach accessories, and probably will want to, the fact that it is in the upper end of the resort is not a problem.

Great condo with lovely view. Gated and secure. Decorated nicely, all essentials for cooking. Extra supplies. There are 4 beach chairs and a cooler available for use but nothing else for beach. Okay need up purchasing an umbrella for a little beach shade. A bit of a walk down to the beach and the walk back is all uphill. Overall, we have a great stay. The property management company was easy to get in touch with.

Lovely property but could have used a bit heavier blankets at night and more light in bathrooms and the fan blasting was in the bathrooms was not pleasant
