Aloha! Hali’i Kai #22A is located in beautiful Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast. Our villa welcomes you with the serenity of a retreat and beautiful view from the lanai of the Coconut Grove, Kohala Mountains, Hapuna Bay and Mauna Kea. The two bedrooms are separated by the living / dining / kitchen. Great location for families on vacation or couples that want to share expenses but still have a bit of privacy.

Our goal is to provide a clean and safe environment in your home away from home.

Living space is 1317sf with a quiet setting to entertain friends, family conversation or just reading a good book. The villa features a lovely single level, second floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium that can sleep up to 6. The master bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom features two queen size beds. Each bedroom has a beautifully featured bath. The master bath includes dual vanities, a separate soaking tub and large walk in shower, with granite and tile throughout. The second bath includes dual granite vanities with a tub shower combo. Other features include a professionally decorated and well-maintained kitchen that includes granite counter tops, black on stainless steel appliances and African mahogany cabinets. The open floor plan features a living dining combination with 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area, allowing for privacy in a multi-couple visit or quiet time for the children while Mom and Dad listen to their music! Parking is in front of the condominium garage marked 22A directly in front of the stairway to the condominium entrance.

Hali’i Kai is a private gated community with amenities that include the Ocean Club, a multi-tiered resort style pool with aqua loungers, sand bottom spa and ocean front views. The ocean side café and bar are located poolside so you can spend the day at the pool and have food and refreshments as close as 20 steps away. The Ocean Club features an exercise area to start your day with a run on a treadmill with a view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The walk from #22A to the Ocean Club is 10 minutes on Nawahine Place where you can greet the neighbors with a friendly good morning or bid them good evening after a fantastic day at the Ocean Club. You must experience at least one sunset at the Ocean Club! Within 24 hours of arrival you must register at the Management office. There is a mandatory $25 daily fee collected by Resort Management at the time of registration. This is in addition to any fees paid to the 22A owner via Vrbo.

Building 22 is one of 24 buildings in Hali’i Kai, located near the entry gate, making it easy for your morning walk up and down Waikoloa Beach Drive with a stop at Starbucks and various other shops in the Queen’s Market Place. Located just behind the Queen’s Market is Anaeho’omalo (A’bay) and Waikoloa Beach, both open to the public. You can snorkel, swim, enjoy the sun and listen to the sounds of the ocean on these two beaches or one of the many beaches on the Big Island of Hawai'i. There are dozens of web sites that describe the many activities of the Big Island. Car rental is recommended for your visit to the Big Island, Hawai’i.

Very clean and very well-maintained. Check-in was easy, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The views from the property were absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience for me and my family — highly recommend!

We had a great time and loved that they supplied extra things like soap, toilet paper, laundry pods and kitchen essentials without having to buy it. 22a is about a 15 minute walk to the pool. You can also drive too. There is some parking spots. We saw a wild turkey !

We were thrilled with our stay in this beautiful condo! It had everything we needed, and was even more luxurious and beautiful than the photos! The location was lovely and peaceful and we walked down to the Ocean Club to watch the sunset, swim, eat, and work out overlooking a 180 degree view of the breathtaking ocean! My son also enjoyed the basketball hoop by the tennis courts. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy some meals at home, and Thomas & Gail were so responsive and helpful! The property is immaculately cared for and the location is ideal (perfect weather, convenient for trips all around the island). We even walked over to the Hilton next door along the oceanfront walking trail. It was an amazing trip! Mahalo!

Great home, good location (if Waikoloa is where you want to stay), near shops and grocery, close to the beautiful Hapuna Beach. Home was well stocked, good communication when needed, the Ocean Club pool, food, drinks, views and service were great. Workout facility view was amazing! One note on Ocean Club pool, no play balls in the pool (one thing the kids and I love to do in the pool), strictly enforced!

Lovely, super clean and comfortable! Fully stocked with laundry detergent, shampoo, spices, etc. The ocean front pool and clubhouse were wonderful. Would definitely return!

The carpet was very dirty along with the ottoman and the entire unit needed dusting especially the blinds and the patio needed sweeping and dusting. We stayed here last year and had a different experience. We have stayed at many units in this resort but I don't think we would chose this unit again unless the owner will change housekeeping. A side note, Irish Spring soap is harsh - it might be wise to provide a different brand.

This was our third time to this fabulous property. Loved our unit! The location is perfect, close to stores and restaurants. The pool area and the workout facility are the best! And the staff are wonderful. Our unit was prestige and well stocked from bath towels to beach chairs, coolers, etc. We will be back!!!
