THE SPACE
Kaanapali Royal at it’s finest! “STUNNING” and “WOW” are the words that most often are heard describing the unique details of this fantastic remodel. Kaanapali Royal, Hale Lani is a Luxury 2 bedroom/2 bath corner condominium with 3 private lanais and sweeping views toward the ocean and the 16th fairway of the Kaanapali Golf Course.
Our corner, top floor, private, two level 1600 sq. ft. condo was newly remodeled December 2017 boasting quartz counter tops, new cabinetry, all new stainless appliances as well as Bedrosian tile flooring in the dining room and kitchen areas. The kitchen’s new design allows you to cook and enjoy washing dishes with a fantastic view of the Kaanapali Golf Course. Both bathrooms have complete makeovers featuring stunning stone and tile, frameless glass shower doors and quartz counter tops complimenting the cabinets.
CONVENIENCE AND ACCESSIBILITY
Our home is conveniently located close to the pool, yet very very private and quiet. With its great central Kaanapali location, there is a wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options just minutes away.
Free trolley service or just a 5 minute walk to World Famous Kaanapali Beach, Black Rock, Luau's, Whaler's Village Shopping, Restaurants & More. You can enjoy beautiful beaches, snorkeling, golfing, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, restaurants, shopping and nightlife at your convenience.
RESORT AMENITIES
The gated community offers heated pool and Jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, gas BBQs, access to golf and more.
On site parking is a flat fee of $154.00, regardless of the number of nights booked. This parking fee will be charged to the guest upon arrival at the Front Desk.
UNIT AMENITIES
Our home Hale Lani, has full accommodations for up to 6 guests, Central A/C, WIFI, 52" & 32" HD flat screen TVs, cable TV, washer, dryer and beach gear.
A/C Notes: This unit has a central A/C system with one thermostat. Please help us conserve electricity and turn the A/C off when leaving the unit.

We have been to Ka’anapali many, many times and we always stay in one of the Ka’anapali Royal condos. We love the location so close to Whalers Village and all of the restaurants and amenities. This was far and away our best stay at these condos. It was pristine, had everything we could have wanted and more. The beach stuff, like boogie boards and snorkeling stuff was a huge bonus! We will definitely be back in the future!

Cannot say enough great things about this condo! So roomy and well -appointed. I think it is the best unit in the Kaanapali Royal… ocean view, golf course view, pool view! Excellent location… walking distance to beach and Whalers Village, short drives to Lahina. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Maui!!

Condo was beautiful and clean! Had everything you needed. The location is key, the walk to whalers village is about 15 minutes. The pool and BBQ are also right outside this condo. The only issue we had with our stay is the property owners will not allow you to control the thermostat!! The condo was VERY hot and extremely uncomfortable. We used every fan they had in their closets and it was still unbearable. The AC was set to 70 and at times we would wake up and it would be 75. If this issue had been resolved during our stay we would have been very happy! We paid a lot of money to stay for 8 days and would not recommend this condo to anyone!!! It is not worth your money.

We loved this condo - it was updated, clean and the location was perfect - close to the pool, gold course and walking distance to Whaler's Village. Additionally, I have stayed at other VRBO's before which are not well stocked for an extended stay - this condo has supplies to last. Owner provided beach towels. boogies board and all essentials such as shampoo, lotions and TP! The only challenge we faced was parking - each unit is supposed to have one parking spot. Most of the evenings we could not find a parking spot. We were only able to park near the condo if we were in early for the evening. The additional cars may have been due to the holidays and guests visiting, but the parking lot was oversubscribed on most days. Despite the parking, I would highly recommend this condo and would go back a second time!

Beautiful place! Love how close it was to the beach (Black Rock) and shops (Whalers Village). The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were greeted with a welcome note from the owners along with a pineapple and banana bread. Would totally recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Such a great property! Excellent location with all of the amenities our family wanted. Dinner on the lanai each night was my favorite part. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us.

As this was our first stay with a VRBO property, we were unsure of how it all worked. It was perfect. We walked into a very clean property exactly as the pictures showed. We even had a gift of a pineapple, coffee and banana bread. We stayed for 7 days and really felt every night, we were coming "home". The pool was nice and except for Sunday when there was a scheduled party, nice and quiet. We had plenty of supplies, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, plus kitchen supplies. As per other Maui properties, there is a normal ant issue, but they left us ant traps which kept them to a minimum. The downstairs closets were filled with toys, beach/water accessories, coolers (definitely needed for road trips such as Road to Hana), and lots of sun screen.
We were very close to Whalers Village, a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive, so location was great. Location also allowed us easy access all over the island. I definitely recommend if you want a luxurious location, to stay here.

This condo truly represents the meaning of ALOHA ~ so welcoming from the moment you enter the front door. Just a few steps inside and we were captivated by the spectacular view of the Ka’anapali Golf Course, Whaler’s Village, palm trees and beach area. As if that wasn’t a great surprise, we were given a platter of Hawaiian treats with a handwritten note from Chris…a very generous & unexpected welcoming gift!
The condo is newly renovated & very clean. It's beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the appliances & amenities you will ever need while on vacation. We enjoyed usage of the propane bbqs near the pool area and beach equipment, including: Tommy Bahama lounge chairs, umbrellas, insulated ice coolers, snorkeling gear, and beach towels. Even the sand toys were an added bonus for our little ones!
The condo is in a great location…just a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in the Whaler’s Village. We hopped on the Ka’anapali Trolley (courtesy trolley), which was a nice treat! After a long day of play in the sun, our “home away from home” was always comforting. The gated complex is well maintained and peaceful. The pool was clean and every time we went for a swim, we were always surrounded with friendly vacationing guests.
We are having Maui withdrawals already and looking at dates to book this condo next summer!
