This freshly updated, single-level condo has everything you'll need to stay comfortably in the heart of Kailua-Kona and enjoy the Island’s many activities. It features all-new air conditioning throughout the condo, a modern chef's kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of storage space, a large living room with a leather king-sized sofa bed that's the same one used at Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons hotels and a 60" Samsung Smart TV. In the bedroom, there is a new California king-sized Beautyrest Platinum mattress, a Samsung Smart TV, a closet for storing clothes and other essentials, a safe, bath robes and alarm clocks featuring easy charging for cell phones and other devices. There is also a full bathroom with walk-in shower and a new Samsung washer and dryer. The bathroom is easily accessed from all parts of the condo.

THE UNIT HAS JUST BEEN PAINTED AND UPDATED WITH NEW AIR CONDITIONING, ALL NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE, SAMSUNG SMART TVS, DECORATOR TOUCHES AND MORE.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal or prepare a fast breakfast before heading out for the day, including a Keurig K-Duo and Breville convection oven/air fryer/toaster. The bedroom also boasts custom wood Shoji doors handcrafted by a local artisan.

Our condo is on the first floor, no stairs or elevators! Parking is a few steps away on a flat surface.

Sea Village is located just 1 mile to downtown with convenient access to some of the Big Island’s best beaches, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. Honl’s Beach is a half mile away, and Magic Sands is two miles. The Keauhou Bay area with amazing snorkeling and Honokohau Harbor marina are both 5 miles away. We are also steps from a number of amazing eats, including Green Flash Coffee for some of the Island’s best coffee, sandwiches and pastries. Our infamous Kona coffee and the more 650+ farms along the Kona Coffee Belt (Route 180) are less than 3 miles away.

INCLUDES STARTER KIT
All of the essentials (plenty of linens, paper products, hand and body soap, etc.) are included as well as a starter kit with food storage and cleaning supplies, K-cups, tea, laundry detergent and more.

BEACH SUPPLIES

The host was friendly, and the accommodation was satisfactory. Especially, the sunset view from the lanai at the accommodation was truly beautiful. I highly recommend this accommodation, and plan to stay here if I visit Kona again.

We have stayed in many condos at Sea Village & other islands and this unit is by far the best. It has that WOW factor when you walk into it. Newly remodeled with quiet A/C in living & bedroom plus ceiling fans. Ground floor unit, no stairs & what I like is that the outdoor area is an enclosed deck off the ground surrounded by beautiful greenery & flowers that offers a lot of privacy. This is really a stunning unit

I’ve stayed in countless vacation rentals around the world but none has been as well appointed as Carol’s condo. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I quickly learned that if I wasn’t finding what I needed, I wasn’t looking hard enough. Carol was easy to communicate with and, without my asking, made sure the condo was ready for us a couple hours ahead of the normal check-in time to better align with our arrival in Kona, which I realize isn’t always possible for a host to do. Bed was cozy, shower was amazing, location was great, and parking was easy!

My husband and I stayed four nights at Carol's property and it was one of the best stays we've ever enjoyed... and not just because it's Hawaii... because she has truly thought of EVERYTHING that could make a person's stay comfortable and smooth. We spend a good amount of time in the condo and wanted for nothing. The kitchen was well stocked and intuitive, the lanai was a fantastic space to spend time, the living spaces were comfortable (and beautiful!) and well-maintained. Plus, the surrounding units were all pretty quiet, so our stay was all the more relaxing. Carol was incredibly communicative, too, and was a great resource during our stay. We had a small issue with the WiFi (needed to reboot in the AM every day), though that very well could have been user error of some kind. Regardless, Carol was with us every step of the way. I almost hesitate to leave such a glowing review, as I'd almost prefer to keep this place a secret! But sharing is caring -- and I hope many will enjoy this incredible home for many years to come. Big thanks to Carol and her team for their hospitality, generosity, and helpfulness during our stay. Mahalo!

We loved this condo! It was comfortable, clean and well stocked. My husband and I enjoyed the view from the lanai and the pool was a nice place to relax in the afternoon. The location is perfect, just a short walk to town. Carol was always quick to respond to an email. We would definitely stay here again. It could not have been more perfect for our Kona getaway.
