What an amazing experience. Great location, great beach right at your fingertips. Super clean, comfortable and full of amenities. If and when we ever come back to Maui we would stay here without even looking anywhere else. Recommended A+++.

The upgrades and furnishings in condo 407 are lovely and tasteful. All small appliances you could think of are provided. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Great view! Will definitely return!

Beautiful location. Easy beach access and great availability to rent kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards and snorkelling equipment right there!

This is was an incredible property and wonderful location. Beautiful sea life in front of property.
Only issue is the room is very close to bathroom/elevator so there was lots of traffic/noise while our toddler was trying to nap.

We loved staying right in the beach and enjoyed the view from the balcony. We spotted whales and dolphins in the distance most days, and saw turtles when we snorkelled in front of the building. The condo is lovely and we appreciated the twin beds and bathroom in the second room for our kids.

Great multifunctional location, in the middle of everything:
- you can go to the beach few times a day, for different activities
- morning and evening beach walks
- drive one way to Wailea and Makena beaches and shops
- drive another way to Kihei gift shops
- or watch all around from lanai
Own kitchen gives you freedom from the restaurants, to eat what you want.
Overall impression is way better than in Fairmont at the end of the road, few years ago, although it was good too.

Well-appointed unit with lots of extras (beach stuff, small kitchen appliances, hair dryer, starter supplies for laundry/dishes). Cleverly laid out condo with beautiful views. Facility is convenient and well-maintained. On-site staff was friendly. Mary provides helpful planning resources and great recommendations. Highly recommend and would return!

We loved our stay! The space was amazing and it was a great location right on a very nice beach. It had a wonderful ocean view and right in front of the resort was also a good place to snorkel. There were five of us total and we were very comfortable in the space. Mary was an awesome host to work with. I would highly recommend it!

Mary was an excellent communicator and timely answered all questions. Property is perfect! Looks over a beach with nice coral for snorkeling. 4min drive to shopping and tons of food and coffee.
Sunset on the property lawn never disappointed! Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful views and easy access to beaches and local spots. If you enjoy the beach, this is the place. Mary was also super helpful, quick to respond and we were greeted with a very thoughtful welcome package. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our girls trip. We were greeted with amazing sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening as well as turtles! Lots of turtles right there while swimming. Definitely want to go back and would stay here.

We had a wonderful time here in Kihei and the condo was perfect! A very nice property. We appreciated that the condo had the essentials such as coffee filters, paper towels and spices in the kitchen. There were great beds and nice furnishings. Everything was very clean. There was also beach gear such as towels, umbrellas and beach chairs. The view from the balcony looked up a long stretch of a beautiful beach. Sea turtles in the water and a fabulous sunset at night. Loved the condo and would stay there again.

This was the perfect vacation for myself, my husband and my two adult daughters! The location was spectacular. The unit was perfect in that both sides of the condo have beautiful ocean views! Our room was set up to look at the view from the back of the building and our daughters room was up as two twin beds so they could sleep better (this is an option for the room)! We loved being able to walk out of the building and be right on a beautiful lawn area that was right next to the beach. The pool was also right out the building. Everything you need is right on property. There is a convenience store, a rental shop for paddle boards, kayaks, and etc., and a concierge. There is also a restaurant, which we did not actually try, 5 Palms, but was packed every night of the week. Mary, the property owner/manager, was amazing! She responded to all issues, inquiries, and communications that I had immediately! She was friendly and professional! Her unit had everything that we needed for our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and all kinds of kitchen accoutrements! There were beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. Everything was clean and tidy! I would highly recommend a stay here! We will be back!

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay, it truly exceeded our expectations! The location of this condo is simply fantastic, right on the most fabulous beach! The condo is clean and beautiful and the amenities/services on the property are so convenient. We expected to do more exploring of the island during our stay but we were so happy where we were that we hardly ventured anywhere else.
