My wife and I had a wonderful three week stay at Teresa’s condo. The condo was meticulously clean and neat as a pin. The pictures on the website are accurate. We also really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and all the beach toys provided for our use. We cooked a lot while we were there and didn’t want for anything. The BBQ area on the property was also a real plus. We were also pleased with the frequent communication from our hosts who were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The star of the show was the view from the lanai. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the view and watching the cruise ships arrive and depart. I can highly recommend this property. We really enjoyed our time there.

The place was clean, quiet, and centrally located. It had the items listed and everything worked. I brought an extra tower fan into the bedroom from the living room and that worked out great. We used the BBQ one time in the courtyard. It was spotless and worked great. The views of the ocean can not be beaten. The pool was heavily chlorinated but that's expected with all the kids using it. The shower in the pool bathroom was unexpected and very nice to have.

A very nice unit with a gorgeous view within a mile of town. You can tell that the owner takes very good care of the condo. The layout is nice and the furnishings are well maintained. The grounds are well maintained with grills, picnic tables, and a pool. The owner left a lot of instructions about the condo and property along with a lot of information about the Big Island and activities. The owner also responded to questions promptly. The one downfall was the bedroom never cooled off, even with all the fans running. Mahalo to the hosts.

My daughters and I stayed for 6 days and enjoyed everything about this property. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay remarkable. The owners were extremely gracious and helpful about providing ideas and sites to see around the island. They also communicated timely and made our stay extremely welcoming. This condo has a beautiful view, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, AC and extremely comfortable beds! I can’t say enough good things about our stay and are so looking forward to returning one day!

Our first impression was the condo was even nicer than it appeared online.
It contained everything we needed for our weeklong stay.
We particularly enjoyed the views and the location, since we could easily walk into Kona for food or shopping.
It was really nice to have the pool, since the surf was quite high on most of the days of our stay.
The Murphy bed was useful and comfortable for one member of our party.
We would happily return again.
This was our first trip to the Big Island and there’s much more to see than we could do in a week.

We had a wonderful stay at this colorful condo. It was spotless, had stunning views, a well-maintained complex and was in a great location. Our daughter slept great in the Murphy bed under the floor fan. She raced to the pool every afternoon to meet new friends. Very family-friendly community with lots of kids and grandparents. My husband couldn’t get enough of Green Flash Coffee. I enjoyed reading on the lanai, watching the sunset and listening to the waves crash on the sea wall. There were a few baby ants in the kitchen, so we stored everything in the fridge. Friendly and responsive owner. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. Appreciated all the amenities within the condo, for example, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. Loved having snorkel gear and beach chairs available as well. The condo had a great view of the ocean and we took advantage of the patio daily. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed 12 nights at Teresa and Rick’s beautiful condo. The view of the water from the lanai was breathtaking and it was pretty cool to see cruise ships come in to the harbour. This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of great restaurants and shops a 20 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property - comfortable, well equipped and close to town. From the lanai there was a great view of the ocean, pool, and common area. We spent a lot of time there. The main living space was not air conditioned (just the bedroom) and it got really hot, even with the fans going. But the owners are in the process of installing air conditioning. We had a great experience. I would highly recommend this property.

Great hosts and very responsive and unit has everything you need and more. Perfect location to excursions around the island. Loved being able to BBQ and eat on the Lani and watch the sunset each night. Definitely recommend this place as it does not disappoint in anyway. We will be back

We were there for 17 days end of March to April and the condo is as advertised. Fully stocked with all the supplies you could possibly need. The view was very nice and great location. Its about a 20-15 min walk to the shops and restaurants. The only thing I would make families aware of are the pool area rules. We have stayed at several condo complex's over the years and the rules are so varied. For this pool there is no food and there are rules around children playing. There are several "regular" renters and they were very rude to some kids when they were playing. Asking if they have ability to read and if they could read the rules. Meanwhile when we were there a fight with fists flying and swearing broke out one evening. The property management kicked them out but we found it funny how kids who are just playing are getting a talking to, mean while adults were bring glass to the pool area and talking on their cell phones (which is against the pool rules) None of this would stop us from staying at this complex but is good to know. The staff who look after the grounds are AMAZING. The BBQs and pool area was so clean and we were so impressed. We had an amazing time on the Big Island and this condo was perfect for our family of four.

We had a great time here! The unit is so clean, as is the general property. We grilled a few nights, walked into town several times and saw some lovely sunsets. Having the air conditioner in the bedroom was great. The rest of the unit did get warm, but we had fans and spent most of our time on the lanai or out of the unit. A huge plus was all the beach gear, like umbrellas, snorkel gear and chairs and so much more. Quiet location but close enough to walk into town. We hope to return soon!

Great condo and complex. Far enough away from main Kona activity, but close enough to walk (15 min) when you want dinner and drinks and maybe a little partying. Fantastic pool and grounds that are maintained daily. And the view? To die for, and just as advertised in the photos. Condo is well equipped, just need to bring the basics with you. Teresa’s place was very well equipped, from the kitchen to great snorkeling gear, body boards, lawn chairs and umbrellas and even a cooler. This is a great location in Kona. The overall complex is family friendly and we saw several large groups in the common areas during the week we stayed.

Our Kona condo stay with Teresa was absolutely perfect. This was our 4th stop on our 2-week Hawaii honeymoon and it was fantastic to have the conveniences of a hotel, but benefits of our own place. The sunset views and lanai attracted me to the listing and it definitely lived up to the hype! I was worried about other reviews noting the temperature (my husband runs really hot) but it wasn’t bad at all. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked really well and the airflow/fans throughout the unit made it comfortable. We didn’t cook much inside but used the grills outside which were impeccably maintained (as was the pool). The snorkeling, beach gear and cooler was also a huge perk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the responsiveness and hospitality of Teresa. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here, both from the location as well as with the host. The views are beautiful, the condo was closely located to the Pier and on the Ironman course. Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The patio is great and never in the sun which helps as it’s very hot in Kona. We saw the sunset every day. I would definitely stay here again.

We had 6 nights at this lovely condo. Space was exactly as shown in the photos. Spotlessly clean and well stocked with anything and everything you might need. AC unit in the bedroom was a life saver! No problem sleeping at all as it kept the room very cool. Rest of condo was very hot as others have stated but it is still summer and we were honestly rarely there during the day. Lanai would generally cool off in the evenings so we would sit out there before bed. Pool and BBQ area were very nice and thoroughly cleaned every morning by the staff. Location was good although it was so hot we never managed to walk into town! It was a very short drive though. Lots of great touches from the owner !

Everything about this condo was great, but having only a portable air conditioner that can't be removed from the bedroom was what changed our review. We had read a couple reviews about it being warm in the condo, but it was nearly unbearable and we come from a town where 75% of the last 60 days have reached 100 degrees or more. We actually dreaded heading back to the condo because the only comfortable place was the bedroom that doesn't offer a view. We'd only go to change or sleep. We typically cook a couple of meals during our stay on site, but the kitchen & living room was stifling and truly unbearable. It was 90 degrees in the condo when we arrived and didn't cool much during our stay. We were sure to leave lights off because most of the bulbs are still incandescent--generating more heat. We tried various strategies to move cooler outside air into the condo, but that was only slightly successful. We would maybe consider staying there during a cooler time of year, but we can't recommend it during the warmer months.

At first, the condo appears nice. However, we began to see roaches in the kitchen the day we arrived. We thought that maybe it was an isolated event, not so. We did not feel comfortable utilizing the kitchen because of the bugs crawling on the kitchen cabinet, floor and looked like into the dishwasher. We contacted the owners who said they we not aware of the issue and placed roach traps in various places in the kitchen area but to no avail. However, if you read the reviews, you will see that someone did report an issue of bugs right before we arrived and were told that they would spray after they left. Therefore, the owner was aware that there is an issue even though they told us they did not know about the bugs. The last straw was when a roach fell off the bath towel when drying hands in the bathroom and ran between the wall and one ran under the combination locked door. Because of the issue, we cut our reserved and paid for 7 night stay in the condo short 3 nights. We informed the owners that the traps were not working and that we were leaving due to the roach issues but never receive any further communications from the owners.

Enjoyed my stay. The condo is in the center of everything in Kona so I was rarely at the condo. The view and the amenities in the condo were amazing. I went in August so the condo was very hot. The bedroom was the only place that got cool since it had a portable air conditioner. There were a few bugs but that’s to be expected in summer and they were going to come to spray when we left. Overall I Loved the big island and I hope to come back soon.

The pics accurately depict the condo and views and both are great. Appliances are new and the kitchen has many, if not all of the things you need to cook & eat.
There are cleaning supplies and other helpful household items there to use for your convenience.
One particular challenge was the heat in the living room/ kitchen space (I know it’s July but it’s worth noting). There are fans and ceiling fans to keep the air moving but there were times where an A/C unit would have helped with the heat & humidity in that space. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom which is great!

We had a great stay!!! Very clean unit with super comfortable beds! Just note the a/c is in the bedroom only so the living room gets very hot 85+- 90 degrees in the summer even with the Lenai door open. So if you need A/C you might struggle. Also be prepared there is no elevator and those heavy suit cases 3 flights up are exhausting! Other that that I can not say enough good things!!! We truly enjoyed our stay and the location! Would return in a heart beat!!! Thank you so much!!!

It was home away from home for our 8 night stay! It was very comfortable with every convenience we needed. We used the lanai mornings and evenings, and we have several photos from it! Even though it's on the 3rd floor the stairs were never a problem. Parking wasn't ever a problem either! It was 82° everyday when we were out and about, and when we'd return the fans worked beautifully. All in all we were very happy with the Condo.

The condo was wonderful! It was equipment with literally everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed (beach umbrella!). Having a washer and dryer was great. The location was ideal. We watched the beautiful sunsets every night and even spotted dolphins at play one morning. We highly recommend this condo and the wonderful, communicative owners.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The condo is adequately appointed, with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool area and so close you can hear the ocean waves 24/7. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is cool and clear and well-maintained.
It's close to multiple beaches and an easy walk to Kona town.
Rick and Teresa were great hosts and easy to communicate with if we had questions. We highly recommend staying in their condo and we will definitely be back again soon!!

In simplest terms, we could stay here indefinitely. You have put together a prime vacation spot. We had everything we needed and more. All we had to do was put in our favorite foods and it was perfect. We usually use a rental as a hub for doing other things but this time we felt compelled to stay put and enjoy the comfortable space. Everything was great! The condo had everything I needed to enjoy my stay in Kona. The place was very, very, clean and matched the description given. It felt like being at home while on vacation. I felt safe and relaxed. The other guests and residents in the complex were very respectful, quiet, and helpful. Great instructions for checking in and checking out. I made use of the concierge service to book a manta night snorkel. It was a great deal and the concierge was full of helpful advice. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The complex is lovely, and we enjoyed the ocean view. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable during our trip. The condo did get warm, but it cooled down nicely in the evenings. There were ceiling fans and standing fans to help circulate the air, and the air conditioner in the bedroom worked well. The bed was also very comfortable. Overall, we were happy staying here, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great location on Ali’i drive. The kitchen had all the tools and utensils needed for cooking. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available, which came in really handy. We ended up sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room to enjoy the ocean sounds at night and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. This property is located halfway along the Kona Coast. You can get to any other region of the State is 2 hours or less. After a long day you return to paradise. A terrific view, clean grounds, quiet at night, grills, clean swimming pool and a lovely top level condo. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We had a fabulous time.

This property is well maintained and has a central location for touring north and south Kona coast. Well equipped for beach going and cooking at home! This unit is somewhat set back from getting good trade winds for ventilation. The air conditioner is inadequate for cooling the condo totally. I recommend not using the oven as you will have trouble cooling down the place! I won’t rent this unit again unless they improve the air conditioning.

The property is just as advertised. Amazing view, excellent location(walking distance to shopping, excellent restaurants, and beach), the hosts (Teresa and Rick) were very accommodating and quick to respond to any and all questions. Even though there is only air conditioning in the bedroom, it was very comfortable sleeping. The condo cools off nicely with fans provided and the lanai door open. Would definitely recommend for a great vacation.

Property is very nice, great ocean view, outdoor grills work great, nice pool but no real beach. Lots of extras, including beach chairs, snorkel gear, coffee filters, spices, etc. that make the unit more hospitable. They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was very helpful. Unit is on the third floor so be prepared to climb stairs, and the AC is only in the bedroom, which means rest of unit can be very warm, especially in the afternoons.

Very comfortable bed - even with back issues. Would definitely recommend, and hope to stay again. Living area gets warm mid-day in Aug., but why would you be inside mid-day in Hawaii?
