Indulge yourself with two large nearly identical master bedrooms suites with King-sized comfy beds and en-suites, one on each floor of our two-story town-home.
The upper level master bedroom suite has a westward and northward facing private lanai, with a beverage cart, and a pub style table & chairs. From here you can view Haleakalā on the island of Maui’, the North Kohala Mountain range, plus beautiful morning sunrises/evening sunsets, and can hear big ocean waves crashing on the shore. A magnificent bath awaits you with a large, tiled walk-in shower with a teak bench, a jetted tub, dual vanities, as well as a walk-in closet.
The main level master bedroom suite has its own AC unit, and a shaded ground level private lanai with comfy lounge furniture leading out to the lush lawn. The bath for this suite includes dual vanities, a large tiled walk-in shower with a teak bench, a jetted tub, a walk-in closet, and a view of the privacy garden.
On the main floor, the Great Room features soaring 20-foot ceilings, with a wall of large windows that view the tropical landscaping outside, and a 65” high-def OLED TV. Throughout the unit you’ll discover many paintings and artwork from well-known local artists. Slide open the doors to the private lanais to bring in the crosswind sea breezes. The main floor also has a convenient half bath, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen is high-end equipped with a full complement of cookware and small appliances for the in-home dining. The dining room lanai features an outdoor kitchen including cabinets, a sink, a Viking BBQ, a teak table that seats 4, and an overhead fan.
We also have a two-car garage with shelving that conveniently holds many desired take to the beach amenities including Tommy Bahama folding lounge chairs, lots ofsnorkel gear, boogie boards, noodles, beach toys, and towels.

Our town-home is only a “stone’s throw” from the incredible Kulalani/KaMilo 2 ½ acre recreation area that includes 2 swimming pools (1 family and 1 lap pool), 2 hot tubs, a bath-house, a large pavilion for group gatherings with a very big outdoor kitchen and seating for 40. The recreation area also has a very well-appointed workout facility with private men's and women's locker rooms, showers, and outdoor showers.
There is an upscale Foodland grocery store less than a mile away in the highly-rated Shops at Mauna Lani, where there are also exceptional restaurants including Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Tommy Bahama, and Sushi Shiono, just to name a few.
Guests will enjoy access to the Mauna Lani Homeowners private Beach Club with a protected sandy cove beach. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, or just soaking up the sun in the provided lounge chairs and shade cabanas. You can grab cool beverages or take-out food, or dine-in the beachy newly-remodeled Napua at Mauna Lani Beach Club restaurant. This private Beach Club has it all and is located just a 5-minute drive from our town-home.
