Built as the developers model residence, the home is perched over the 13th hole of the Hapuna golf course and is the largest of the homes constructed in the Wai'ula'ula community with 3,794 square feet of indoor living space and a 500 square foot covered outdoor deck overlooking the fairways and ocean. The main home offers three spacious bedrooms including two ocean-facing master suites and a deluxe kids room with flexible sleeping options. There is also a private Ohana (Guest) house with a large master suite, king bed, queen sofa sleeper, private bathroom and kitchenette. Curated with families in mind, Wai'ula'ula 421 has a sleep capacity of 12 and also offers a heated pool and work space to accommodate everyone in the family. A large private lanai around the pool deck provides ample to lounge or entertain, and wall-length glass sliding doors that allow you to integrate indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy sunset BBQ's by your private pool, or drive a short distance to the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and watch the sunset from Hawaii's most beautiful beach.
Guests of Waiulaula Estate 421 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $240/day in 2024 (2025 rates have yet TBD & are subject to change) + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.
Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and all associated amenities, where Wai'ula'ula Estate 421 is located, will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections. This property was perfect, highly suggest getting the passes to the resorts as well. Property management was amazing to deal with as well. Helped us arrange a chef, home deliveries of food and other items before arriving.

This stunning home with outstanding decor was perfect for our holiday. The pool was greatly enjoyed by all and the grounds were lovely. My only comment would be that the house is listed as sleeping 12. Be aware that 6 of those beds are in one room! With the trundle bed pulled out there was no where to walk in that room.
