THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

From April 22nd, all elevators at Waikiki Banyan will undergo complete replacement. Each tower will have 1 elevator replaced at a time. During this period, there will be 3 elevators in operation instead of 4, leading to potentially longer wait times. HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses. The listing was exactly as described. It's located in easy walking distance to the beach and shopping. The included parking is a huge bonus. The view from the unit included both Le'ahi and the ocean. We kept the patio door open and didn't need to use the A/C for the week that we were there. If we return, we woukd be happy to stay here again.

Fabulous view, easy walk to the beach. The pool area is lack-luster but that certainly isn't the owner's fault. This property has a nice little cafe to grab a snack and also a mini mart for quick beer runs which was GREAT! I enjoyed my time here.

First off, the location is what we paid for. It’s such a short walk to Waikiki beach and the zoo for our family of 5 (with small keiki) that was why we picked this place. We are a local Hawaii family and it was interesting because the oven/stove is likely the same one I grew up with 30 years ago. The appliances and bathroom are so dated. The only outlet in bathroom area by mirror doesn’t work so I could dry my hair or style it the one time I wanted to which was annoying. The A/C is crazy loud, kinda broken and fixed to one location it doesn’t circulate well meaning all five of us woke up multiple times during the nights because it got too hot. But the place was overall clean. The property manager company is nice and I spoke with them multiple times with my questions.

This condo was perfect for us, very clean, and a short walk to the beach, and the shops are all very close. the laundry room was next door, as we were almost at the end of the hallway. we rented a Ford Expedition, and had no problem in the parking garage, we plan to come back again for another stay in the furure!

The pictures make the property look like it was updated and in great condition. It was very clean but also dated. We weren't in the room much and the beds were comfortable. The location was great. Secured parking was amazing.

We enjoyed the unit very much! It is everything as described.
The unit is at the end of the hallway and very close to the laundry and trash rooms. It was very quiet and didn't hear anyone else in other units. Having the parking space was so convenient and there was plenty of parking. Walking distance to everything one would need. We would rent this again.

Everything was as described. Communication was good, unit was clean and well-maintained, and condo was conveniently located. Parking was tight so be careful driving in parking garage. The only minor complaint we have was the pounding noise coming from the upstairs neighbor (probably doing some renovations). We did not report this as it seemed to be out of anyone's control and it's always good to have well-maintained units. Thank you for a lovely stay!

First, there were 2 actual beds and they were very comfortable. The Waikiki Banyan is very conveniently located near the beach, trolly stops, bus routes and restaurants. The view of Diamondhead was spectacular with great sunrises and sunsets. It was perfect for our dream vacation!

The Waikiki Banyan was the perfect Location as it was close to everything. The view of Diamondhead was awesome and the condo worked out great for our family of 5.
