The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).
- Villa Features -
This 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa is located on the 3rd floor of the Beach Tower, offering views of the lagoon pool and lagoons 2 and 3. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 8. It does not have a sofa bed in the living room, so additional guests will be provided with a rollaway bed and floor futons.
- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, private en-suite bath with a deep tub, double sinks, walk-in shower, and access to the lanai with views of the pool and southwest coast.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a 3/4 bath just outside the door in the hall.
- Third Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) with a private bath.
Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort.
- Dining table for 6 plus kitchen island seating, perfect for family gatherings.
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom
- 1,500 sq. ft of living space to spread out and relax.

Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking (may require a one-time $25 fee per vehicle)
We also provide beach essentials including snorkeling gear (upon request), beach chairs, towels, and an ice chest. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).
The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future. We had a wonderful stay in this great villa. The views of the balcony were wonderful. The communication upon check in was excellent. It was great to have so much space for our little family and utilize the fully stocked kitchen to save a bit on food during our trip. It was super nice to have use of the toys in the closet - beach chairs, sand toys, snorkle gear, boogie board, soccer ball, etc. (Although quick note- you can't use the balls in the pool only near the beach). We added a football, dive toys, and more goggles to the supply for the next guests. Very friendly staff working the villa. Breathtaking sunsets on the beach. Restaurants & shopping within a 15 minute walk nearby. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at Ko Olina often and like this location in the Beach Tower overlooking the pool and ocean. The local manager (Michael) and his wife are exceptional. Very quick follow up on everything. We like 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Works great for three couples.

Loved the lagoons, and the staff at the resort was amazing and so professional, helpful and courteous. Exceptionally clean with people working so hard to ensure our enjoyment! Small things that could be improved... Kitchen knives need replacement & outdoor furniture only average. Need end tables outside. Loved our stay , and would definitely go back again.

We loved the property and all of the amenities it offered. The beach front it was on and all the opportunities to go and explore the are were great.
Our communication with our VRBO host was fantastic, but they were not our main point of contact when in the property. The property was a hotel/condo set up and our service felt similar to that of a hotel. Our communication with the people on property was slower than we expected but when reaching out to our host they were able to contact the property much quicker.

We rented three condos at KoOlina (2 managed by Michael) and we enjoyed ourselves so much. Michael is very responsive and friendly. The condo is accessible and with views of the pool, we felt as though the entire family was together the whole time. What an amazing experience.

There were 6 adults - 3 siblings and their partners who stayed for a full week. The spaces were perfect (pictures don't do it justice) - each having a separate private bathroom was amazing. The beds are very comfortable! The kitchen and lanai were perfect for cooking and relaxing and the amenities could not be beat. Would definitely stay here again with a group of 6! We had the most relaxing time.

The location was just perfect! Beautiful views. Our Villa was Big and spacious! The lagoon was only a 5 min walking distance and the kiddie pool down stairs. The only down side was the television signal never worked at all. I texted the owner and there was never a response. Also there was no cleaning supplies. We had to buy our own!
Btw we really enjoyed our family vacation! Definitely going back one day!

Our trip was 2 years in the making and rescheduled 3 times thanks to COVID. Michael and Ashlee were great to work with and helped make sure we could travel from the east coast once it was safe and permitted by the State of Hawaii. This place is incredible. Safety, privacy, and a relaxing slower pace than other parts of the island. We saw a seal in the lagoon on the second morning which was pretty awesome. Walking distance to a few great restaurants and next door to the Disney resort where we attended our first luau. Great gym with updated equipment. Lap pool and walking path, around the lagoons, made for awesome morning exercise. Michael met us at the front desk when we arrived. He helped unload our bags, helped with parking, then took us to our room and showed us how everything worked. The pictures do not do this place justice. Thanks Michael and Ashlee for helping us get here. My family will be talking about this special place for a long time. We will definitely be back.

This was an amazing property to stay at. We just returned and we didn’t want to leave. The property was perfect for our family and the beach villas staff, Angel, Michael and Victoria were all so helpful.
The property itself was in great condition. It didn’t feel dated to us. The pools were so nice and very well taken care of. It was nice to go down to the beach and then come back in the evening and swim. The beach chairs were awesome and we would place them under the shade and it made for a perfect day at the beach.
The parking slots are a little small. We had a minivan so my wife had to get out of the van and help me park it each time. It wasn’t terrible, but a minor inconvenience, but luckily all the parking slots weren’t full so we had some extra space to pull into.
The rooms size was just fine, and the 3 bathrooms were so nice to have. Everything just went really smooth as exactly as we were told it would.
We will definitely be back to stay in this property. It was fantastic.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are nothing short of exceptional. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The communication from the owner/staff leading up to our stay was prompt and helpful. Easy to get to from the airport and onsite parking. Check-in was a breeze with Angelica's help! The villa itself is beautiful - furnished tastefully and breathtaking views of the pool, palms, and beach. Our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler (19months) shared the home quite comfortably. They even provide some baby essentials like a pack-n-play, highchair, and stroller! There's also snorkel and other beach gear available. Angelica was great with recommendations for restaurants and local snorkeling spots. Ko Olina had everything we needed plus more - conveniences of grocery stores and Target, plus cute shops and restaurants. The beach is simply beautiful - in our opinion, one of the most tranquil spots on the whole island. I really can't think of one complaint. Do yourself a favor and reserve this villa for your next Oahu vacation. I know we'll be back!

The set up of this property was great. Rooms are not large, but adequate. So nice that each of them have their own bathroom. Property starting to show so wear and tear, but overall was a beautiful property.

My family of 8, ranging in age from 4 through 73, (parents, grandparents, niece and nephew) absolutely loved our stay in the villa. The property was super clean and secure (you need the key card for access to the elevator and going in and out of the pool area and to go out to the beach). We made use of the grills by the pool and the high tech appliances in the villa. The washer and dryer were handy for washing towels and laundry over our 8 day stay. It was nice to have the place to our own without housekeeping or anyone else coming through (you make your bed, do dishes and laundry on your own). Ko Olina is beautiful and peaceful, and this villa had everything we needed to make the best of our vacation. Lagoon 2 in front of the property was the best and least crowded. I hope we can come back soon! Thanks for everything!

Loved it! Everything was exceptional. The only thing we found lacking is that we were using the beach towels for blankets because some of us liked the unit colder and there were no extra blankets. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved the condo. Large, well appointed. Location was fabulous and between the much larger Marriott and the Four Seasons/Disney. Not your typical resort - there is no store or restaurant. There is a pool bar which was nice which served a little food but we didn't partake. It's super convenient to walk to the other properties for coffee, food, spa, etc. Small shopping center with restaurants also within walking distance. We loved that it was more low-key than the larger properties. Super private and safe as you need a key to get in the garage, elevator, pool, etc. Loved that we could cook in the unit as well (high end appliances!). Washer/dryer/iron, etc. all in the unit. Supplied with laundry/dishwashing soap, etc. And many sand/beach items were in the unit that could borrowed for a beach day. The lagoon nearby was nice with both grass and sand, and had great snorkeling. And finally, we were there over the 4th of July - this property had the best location as it was in between the two areas where they were launched - so we had the best view!!! We loved the unit and wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend. You will love the place!

My family stayed in a 3 bedroom and it was gorgeous. The pictures looked nice but I was truly surprised by the quality. Clean and well equipped, spacious and open floor plan. The balcony with a view was a bonus. The pools and lagoons were perfect and we enjoyed every minute! I highly recommend this vacation spot and hope to go again.
