CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.
3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.
4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

• Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 contains a large King Size Bed with custom bedding and high end linens, a 42' HDTV, a private bathroom, and shared lanai access + ocean view.

I rented this condo for a family vacation with my kids and grandkids. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and the kitchen /living area was perfect to gather for meals and hang out. When you open the patio doors it incorporates the balcony into the living space which was really nice.
The location to the pool is convenient, especially with little kids. The pool is beautiful, has 2 jacuzzis, water filling station, ice dispenser and nice restrooms.
Everything was as described (even better). Communication was super easy. Perfect location. Feels more like a house than a condo. My grandkids cried when we had to leave. My family can't wait to go back.

This beautiful condo has spectacular ocean views from a massive lanai accessed via 6-pane slider glass doors where we watched the sunset every day. We really enjoyed the 3 suites each with en-suite bathrooms, nice kitchen, and high end furniture throughout the condo. Access to the condos’ shared pool (with a waterfall and zero-depth pool) and two hot tubs was a short walk from the front door. A 10-minute walk cutting through the Grand Wailea’s gorgeous property brought us to the beach every day. The oversized garage was even big enough to fit the Suburban that we rented. We couldn’t have asked for much more from this property. There were even a few beach toys and folding chairs for guests to use.

10 minute walk to Wailea beach.
Very warm pool and two hot Jacuzzi's. Has a great area next to the pool for toddlers, it has a sandy bottom and just a few inches of water and very warm, the kids loved it. The pool also had waterfalls which the kids loved to.
For those without kids, don't worry, the pool and Jacuzzi's weren't crowded at all.
The lanai is large and has a nice view of the ocean including the sunsets over the ocean.
For our toddlers we rented pack and plays. Just beware of a large staircase going downstairs, fortunately our little ones listened to us to only go downstairs with Mom and Dad.

Great place. Looks just like the photos. We were able to eat dinner on the patio every other night (restaurants on the others) which made it very relaxing. Walked to restaurants and shopping. The gym is great with 3 Peloton bikes. Used the gym every day. Will definitely come back.

Great huge place with amazing lanai and grill made making fresh fish feasts amazing. Large kitchen and island. A/C works well keeping things cool. Nice to have pocket doors to the lanai giving a huge opening outside. Bedrooms are huge. Also allowed early check in. 4-5 minute walk to pool. 10-15 minute short walk to beach. Nice to have blender to make drinks.
Some cons: wifi wasn't working when we arrived and not fixed for two days. Wolf appliances dated and stove burners not really working well until we contacted maintanence to come fix. Umbrellas for beach weak and could be updated to stronger ones. Biggest issue was ice maker not working and was told by manager to just go buy ice. Seriously? In Maui ice maker is a must. Fortunately someone else monitoring the messages from property management sent someone to fix the ice maker for us.
Overall good spot. The pool is fine for little ones but overall the pools at Hanua Kai etc are better.

We had 6 people and condo worked out great. Every couple had their own bathroom; king bed and ceiling fans. Loved the condo and had everything we needed- lots of kitchen gadgets! Spent a lot of time on porch/lanai area. Would definitely come back/ thank u!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family group in Wailea. The unit is stunning and had plenty of space for all of us. The view is magnificent and we really appreciated the proximity to the Ho'olei pool for our toddler. Geoffrey was helpful and easy to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we had the chance in the future.

The unit was beautiful as was the location. The kitchen had everything we needed since we like to cook some of our meals while in Hawaii. The pool was area was great. The unit had beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella which was a great bonus.We loved our stay and would love to stay there again.

Amazing location. Property is beautiful. Communication about water leak/repair could have been much better. Parking very difficult, could not access garAge and often no access to carport parking. Otherwise, perfect - very nice, would recvommend. Would stay here again. .

We are a family of 5 that stayed in this home for 2 weeks in April 2021. It was more than enough room. We liked the proximity to Wailea Beach, the nearby shops and numerous restaurants that were walking distance. A short trip to Kihei and Makena. Kitchen was well appointed, quality was as in the pictures and the bedrooms were nice and clean. We would come back.
