The decor was nice and the beds comfortable. The master shower leaks terribly with a half glass that doesn’t allow for a proper shower without water everywhere. We were never able to get any of the TVs to work and there were no instructions. The patio was nice with a wonderful view. The actual condo is in need of some serious maintenance. M

This place has an amazing view and was so comfortable. It’s a great place for 2 couples or a family. It’s very roomie and the kitchen is well stocked! It was a great location in Kapaa. We felt it was very centralized for seeing the island. It’s a quiet area and pool is nice. The beach is only steps away from the pool area. We Will be back!

The location was great as we were right in between two of our favorite beaches Tunnels on the North Shore and Poipu in the South. Had a great time at Kipu Ranch on the UTV tour. The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable with an amazing view! Would definitely come back!

This third-floor unit is a well-maintained gem, perfect for a family vacation in Kauai. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, and you can enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves from the living room. There's convenient access to a small beach right through the building. The rooms are clean and come with TVs, including one in the living room, and the spacious bathrooms are pristine. You can relax on the lanai and watch the sea. The location is excellent, close to the Coconut Marketplace and Safeway, and it's not too far from the airport either. Overall, a fantastic place for a family getaway.

Location was good, nice view but no real beach. Condo needed a good deep cleaning, only one set of bedding, furnishings pretty worn compared to pictures, operation of ceiling fans was iffy (some worked, some not) bedrooms noisey from parking lot/trash truck collection. We had a monster cockroach in the bathroom and many ants everywhere. Probably would not stay here again. We could have gotten much nicer accommodations elsewhere for the price.

Wonderful week in kauai. The location is perfect - close to all the sights and short drive from the airport.
The condo was clean and the complex is location right on the beach. Restaurants, groceries nearby as well.

We came to this island to relax and this was the perfect place for that! The view of the ocean was beautiful. It was so quiet and peaceful. We just stayed by the pool or down on the beach. The landscaping was incredible and very well taken care of. People were friendly and offered suggestions for restaurants or things to do. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Kauai, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely stay at this at property. Well appointed condo that had everything thing we needed to relax pool side or on the beach, taking breakfast on the balcony or dinning in for the evening. It was also a super easy walk to near by restaurants and easy drive to other beachs. Loved it so such we stay there again. Mohalo for sharing your lovely home!

My family of four enjoyed our 10 day stay in this condo so much. It is located in Kapaa, which is central to both the north and south shores and close to restaurants and shopping. Be sure to check out the Lava Lava Beach club which is in walking distance and the Passion Bakery just up the road.
The condo was immaculate and well stocked. Every possible kitchen amenity is provided. You could seriously host a banquet with all the dishes provided. We took full advantage of the provided chairs, beach umbrella and cooler as well as numerous snorkel gear.
The ocean view is spectacular and the pool and beach access was convenient. The pool more than satisfied our needs and the beach was wonderful. My kids enjoyed exploring tide pools at low tide and playing in the waves during the day.
The property manager was in touch with us during our visit and the check in/out process was so easy. We are planning to rebook this property already.

Originally my husband and I made the reservations. Soon after my husband died from a horrible accident. My teen boys and I decided to go to Kauai anyways. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and wanted. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. The condo was very comfortable and relaxing. It was also great because we had direct access to the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping. The only need for a car was for excursions. The location was perfect because we were very centrally located to entire island.

Loved the location of this property. Hearing the ocean every day was wonderful. The air conditioning wasn't working, though. They tried to make it okay with portable air conditioners but one room never cooled off enough. Also, they were strangely stingy on soap. They told us to look under the sinks but nope, no soap. So, bring or buy your own! We enjoyed the rooms we could use but check to make sure the air conditioning is working before you come!

This is a beautiful and spacious 2 bd condo. Great lanai with comfortable couch, table and wonderful view, right on the water. Location is great for exploring the rest of the island. Plus you can walk to restaurants (Lava Lava Beach Club! was one of our favorites), shops and even a small market from the condo. Beach chairs , snorkeling gear and beach towels provided. We even did not mind going up three flights of stairs to get to the unit. The grounds of the complex are beautiful.

This place is centrally located and has a beautiful beach just steps away. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need and fully stocked as well (laundry soap, dish detergent, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper). The beds are super comfortable. There’s a great donut place within walking distance and is amazing! We loved everything about this unit and would definitely recommend!

This condo is very nice but I rented this unit through VRBO and no where in the description does it mention that this unit is on the third third and no elevator. So you can imagine when we arrived and found out we have to carry 3 heavy suitcases up 3 floors. We have 2 people in our party in their late 70’s and it was a challenge to make it up the stairs! The website should mentioned that. When I mentioned that to the property manager Cindy, she said it was disclosed on her website Premier Vacation Rental. But I never saw that description since I booked the condo through VRBO. So this issue made our stay less desirable. I think VRBO should disclose this properly!

Loved our stay. Very walkable location. The view from condo was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on patio with a glass of wine and watching the ocean. Online pictures were true representation of unit. Would highly recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed. The only negative is the climb up three floors to unit but we considered this a great workout for all our eating!

Great condo with one of the best views in Kauai. There was more than enough space (even though we spent the majority of it on our balcony overlooking the water). The communication with the rental property was top-notch, and they even went above and beyond when I had a birthday present delivered for my wife. The view is gorgeous, you can hear the waves from the balcony. We loved the comfy furniture and the condo had everything we needed from plenty of towels to kitchen needs. Nice beds and great water pressure in the showers was a nice bonus. The location offers walkable access to shopping and food and we could easily get to sights in the south and north. What a gem!

This trip was amazing. The property did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived everything was beyond our expectations. The grounds were beautifully manicured and there was shopping within walking distance. Our condo provided chairs and snorkeling equipment to use on their private beach. We were able to snorkel and swim in the ocean right out front. We saw sea turtles from our balcony. The pool was great for lounging and playing. It was relaxing and not crowded. About a mile walk there was a monk seal who liked to lounge on the beach. It was pure paradise.

We had a great week-long stay at this beautiful condo. Clean, comfortable and roomy with an amazing view from the deck. The condo complex was quiet and well maintained. Lots of nice touches- they provided beach towels, beach chairs and a boogie board! The only slight ding I would give is that there is some noise from the road on the bedroom side of the condo. Quiet at night but it can be hard to sleep in if you are not an early riser. Nothing that white noise and/or ear plugs can't fix!

The condo looked exactly as pictured. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There was easy access to all activities being centrally located on the east side of the island. When we had a connection problem with one of the TV's, Cindy was right there to fix it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our first time in Kapaa and it was centrally located to get to Hanalei, Poipu and Waimea. The condo was well appointed and we enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and hearing the waves. Beach access was easy and the pool was lovely to cool off after enjoying the sun. Good access to restaurants and a well stocked kitchen foe when you want to eat in. Looking forward

This property is just as lovely as advertised if not more! There are many accommodations that I was not aware of such as snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, coolers etc. The community was very respectful, there were no noise issues, no spring breakers, the grounds were private, clean, and very comfortable. We will absolutely be back.

This property is in an excellent location for seeing all of Kauai. It is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. Having the lanai that gets the sun till mid afternoon was fantastic.
