Kihei Akahi C302 is just a block from the beach at Kamaole Beach Park II, with partial ocean views from the spacious lanai, and a short drive to the luxury of the resorts, shops and breathtaking sandy beaches of Wailea. Our fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, and a new stove and dishwasher. It is the perfect entertaining spot to mix up your favorite beverage and enjoy some of the most gorgeous sunsets right from your lanai. Enjoy dining on fresh local catch at the inside or outside dining area of your choice.

The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kamaole Beach Parks II & III. Turtles regularly visit the area, staying close to the reef, so don't be surprised if you end up experiencing them up close. A short stroll to the end of road is Keawakapu Beach, another local favorite.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

We go almost every year to Kihei and so far this is one of our favorite properties. Great view at a great location. Everything was well stocked and was great having beach chairs to use.

The condo’s location was perfect for our group( 2 adult,1 senior, 2 kids(8y and 11y).It’s just across the road from Kamaole Ⅱ beach ,walking distance to good restaurants, and ABC mart. Property management team responded our question and request very quickly too.We had a wonderful time in beautiful Maui. Thank you so much.

The location, the views and the amazing set up of the condo really made our vacation special. From the great kitchen to sipping Mai Tai’s on the lanai. Property was as described in the listing. Spacious and clean. It had everything needed to make meals and a nice washer and dryer. The best part of this condo is the location. The best swimming beach in the area is a half of a block away, literally just across the street.. Super easy to get anywhere you need but so many great restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment was very comfortable. The carpets should be changed to tile so the rooms have a cleaner look. It isn't easy to keep the carpets clean when they are a tan color.

Everything is very clean and nice. Air conditioning works really well. All the appliances updated. Toiletries were enough for five days. I wish they had a few dishwashing tablets to wash dishes and do laundry. But no problems buying some in local stores. Important thing is that everything works and in great condition. We had a great time. Feels very safe staying there.
