**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.
***The Vista Waikoloa will begin exterior painting of all buildings starting June 17, 2024. It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We have stayed at the Vista Waikoloa many times. Love the location, lap pool and quiet grounds. Very tropical surroundings. The lanai is spectacular and the view of the rising sun over the golf course is breathtaking. Condo was exactly as described. Will definitely plan to stay again . Mahalo !!

We found the condo fairly comfortable and close to convenient shopping. The master bed is in need of replacement. There is a large bump developing in the center of the bed. The bathroom sink was clogged, several light bulbs needed to be replaced, and the guest bedroom closet was a disaster. Many items are just thrown in there in a disorderly fashion and some covered in sand. Under the guest bedroom bed were a lot of items such as tools, mostly likely used for house maintenance. I'm sure storage is a concern, but throwing items under the bed and into the closet isn't the best answer when you are using renting out your vacation home to guests.

It was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, markets. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils and supplies we needed. Great view of the golf course. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo with just enough space that didn't make us feel crowded. The location is perfect in the Waikola area. The price for our stay was great. The kitchen is equipped with more than any place we've ever stayed. There was lots of provided extras!

geographically the property is well situated.the condo is modern ,clean and well maintained.the only drawback is that the master bedroom has no window shades to block both night time light from across the street(Hilton parking lot) and sunrise.the window treatment is only a light filter shade.
