Other than some construction noise during the day, it was good. Very, very short walk to all the cool stuff in Waikīkī. The pool is nice, but needs a little maintenance. The bed was amazingly comfortable, but I never really figured out the tv (who goes to Hawaii to watch tv anyway?). All in all, I would be happy to rent here again

This condo was close to the beach within walking distance. Very accessible to pickup locations for any excursions. Not much room for clothes or suitcases. We were charged an additional $36 for registration fee upon arrival?? The washer and dryer are on the 3rd floor with additional charges to use. The balcony is barely wide enough to stand. The couch is not comfortable. We did not spend much time in the room because the weather was wonderful.
For the price, we would probably look for something different if we were to return to Hawaii.

The condo was absolutely stunning and matched the pictures perfectly! The rooftop pool and other amenities were a huge plus to the condo but the view was absolutely stunning!! The only thing I would suggest would be to include the parking information in the listing. You have to pay 25-35$ a day to park in the parking garage which is separate from your overall price to stay I paid an extra 245$ to park our car in the parking garage.

Condo has a great location and very good amenities. It is an older building and perhaps too much stuff in the condo, but if you put away the clutter when you walk, in you can have a nice stay.

The condo is literally a short 2 blocks until your toes hit the beach… the area is great for your tour pickups at the Hyatt (one block behind the condo)
The small fridge has a great freezer for making ice cubes for drinks and hold a few groceries…
There are plenty of towels for showering and the beach. There’s one boogie board, a small cooler for can drinks and 4 sets of snorkel equipment (2 adult & 2 child) for catching a glimpse of some undersea life. Our favourite part of this room was how wide the sliding glass doors opened… turned the room into a lanai! It was wonderful. Our only issue was the cooktop… it seemed like the humidity had corroded one of the knob contacts making it difficult to turn off and on but that was my only minor complaint. Management was friendly and helpful. The fridge was turned off on our arrival to conserve energy… note that the higher numbers are colder which is counterintuitive but useful information! The condo is only a bachelor suite but it is beautifully decorated and has everything you need given you’ll spend most of your time out and about anyway! The pool and hot tub on the roof are a great way to relax and they come with a beautiful 360 degree view of the city.

Exactly as shown in pictures. Very cute. Location is excellent. Would have liked a few smaller plates supplied but other than that we had all we needed. . Could not find Keurig coffee pods at ABC stores so suggest you bring your own. Shower could use sprucing up but it is clean. Two small kids would be ok but crowded for 4 adults All in all, great place!

This large studio with a side, ocean view, is just as advertised. For such a small space the host has done a great job laying including what is needed out. We had a great experience, and the host was extremely responsive. I would stay here again!

Looks very close to pictures. Location is short walk to beach and so many shops/restaurants. Staff and other guests at condo were always nice and welcoming. Only thing that was a little discomfiting was size of the shower- it’s not an elbow’s friend. Other than that, all was great for the price.

Central- in the middle of everything Waikiki
Nice building. Nice small roof pool. Lovely appointed apartment that had just about all we needed. Great view of the water and 1 block away from: beach, restaurants, food store, shopping and anything else you might wish for.

We love this cute little unit! It's close to several ABC stores and restaurants. It's a short couple blocks to the beach. The unit very cutely decorated. The owner is quick to respond, and she let us check on a couple of hours really early. The roof top pool is ben very recently decorated; splendid!!! We booked this unit twice just a couple weeks apart. Beautiful cute of the ocean and the city! Would highly recommend!!!

Condo was clean and inviting. It took us a couple minutes to figure out the parking situation. We didn't call first as instructed because we were using the GPS. Would definitely stay again at this condo. We had everything we needed.

The listing description was not accurate. The reason we booked with this listing is because it claimed parking was included. Two days before we began our visit I received an email with instructions to find the parking pass with in the rental. When I got to the rental there was no parking pass and when I contacted the host they said they changed what was included and we would have to pay for parking. We had to pay additional cost for something we were not planning on that claimed to be included.

This property was perfect, wish we had booked more days at this location. Central to the zoo, the beach and great restaurants. It was spotless and cozy and beautifully decorated. The little deck with ocean and city views was so nice to sit and share a glass of wine. We would love to go back.

This was our third trip to Waikiki and the previous two stays were in the same building but as hotel guest of the Pacific Monarch Hotel.
We knew the area from previous trips and decided on a private condo instead.
Paola is a good host and communicates well.
The condo is well kept and has all we needed for our stay.
Minor problems with a delayed check-in and confusion about parking charges were dealt with very professionally by Paola and a refund was made to reflect the inconvenience.
Only suggestion is that a kettle would be a nice inclusion for non-American travellers.
We'd recommend this property to prospective guests.

The room was well decorated and cute, although one of the tiki torches on the lanai was broken off and should be removed. We enjoyed that boogie boards and beach towels are provided (we didn't use the chairs or umbrella but it was nice they were available). For three of us, it was fairly cramped for 10 days. We ended up tucking most of the decor items away where we could so we had room to keep our luggage and still move around. The closet is nice for hanging clothes but there isn't room to store luggage because it has supplies (vacuum, Swiffer sweeper, ironing board, and a safe) and the beach items stored there. I didn't end up cooking in the room as I expected because the mini fridge really only held our leftovers and a few bottles of water, and there's only a very small sauce pot and skillet. I was also disappointed to find that they are no longer able to provide a parking pass so we had to pay (about $30/day), even though the description says it's included and even the welcome email you receive just before arrival.
Overall, it was a nice place at a great price for its location but I think it's better suited for only two people (if they can share the bed and not pull out the couch), especially for a longer stay. Our thanks to management for addressing all of my questions!

The unit was as advertised. There is no parking pass anymore. Parking is 30.00 a day so be aware of that. Also the parking garage has a height restriction of 6ft. We found this out the hard way when our vehicle didn’t fit and we had to go back to the airport to exchange it. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else. The location of the unit is wonderful. It was very clean and well decorated. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The staff was friendly and the property was perfect for my husband and myself. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
A couple notes for future tenants: the fridge is dorm room size, so consider this if you stop at the store on the way to check in. There are tons of quick and easy places to eat around there as well. Also, the coffee maker is a Keurig so you'll need the K-cups.

We chose this private studio style VRBO for the location. It is so close to everything in Waikiki. If you google the Duke statue. you are about a 2 minute walk. Also, it is on Kuhilo street, which is home to the international marketplace and all the dining places you can wish to visit. It is prime waikiki area. We figured we would not stay in the hotel much so a smaller place would work for the 4 of us (Me, wife, two 18year old kids). However, due to the amount of fun, the surfing, and the spirits, we actually spent a considerable amount of time in the room resting and getting ready for the nightlife. The pullout bed was easily doable for the boys. Our bed was also comfortable. The tv and wifi were fantastic...lots of channels and good reception. The room had all the basic necessities. We went to the pool and hot tub on the roof every night. It is clean, neat, and modern. It is easier to get into the room and to the beach then the way more expensive hotels. A simple key card to the elevator, then straight to the room. Much different at the fancier hotels where there are several levels to go through. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed every minute. Parking is 30 dollars a day...I do suggest renting a car so you can go to Pearl Harbor, The Polynesian Cultural Center, and the North Shore. All excursions are easily drivable and better than paying the tour guides. If you are there for sun, waves, shopping, and spirits, then you can skip the car. Everything you need is Waikiki. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. No resort fees, low price, clean, and in the center of paradise!
