The Country Club condos were the perfect place for our family getaway. We rented 3 units & enjoyed the pools (perfect for kids), the proximity to grocery stores, and so many beaches within a 30 min drive. Our condo was beautiful. It did get hot in there as it is on the 3rd floor. The fans helped, and there is AC in the master. The view of the sunset was priceless!

We were so happy to find the unit spotless when we arrived! Very well appointed and equipped. Lovely decor and beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds and new appliances. Prop management was quick to respond with any concerns (couldn’t find storage locker key and broken salad spinner) Only complaint was daytime noise, bet we were hardly ever there! Overall a great stay!

The unit is very nice and exactly as advertised. It was clean and well-appointed. The view is lovely, and features a front row seat to sunsets. The only drawback is that it sits very close to Alii Drive, and when the back windows and screen door are open, the noise is very noticeable. The unit has a very small AC unit in the main bedroom, which we did not use as it was very loud and not very effective. All in all, this was a very nice place to stay, but the noise can be annoying.

We just came back and had a wonderful stay. You feel like you are in a cabana. Beautiful views, spacious, very responsive property management,. We loved the house sparrows flying in and out for a bread crumb. Fantastic sunsets!

We enjoyed our stay albeit a few things were annoying. I had no idea that part of Alli drive is REALLY noisy and I’ll always pick a place not on the main drag in the future. Aside from the dishwasher breaking the first time we went to use it, everything was as advertised. Thank you for letting us use your property.

This is a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a lot of cockroaches which was gross- particularly in the dish washer. But we appreciated them coming out to spray quickly- it didn’t completely eradicate the issue. No extra blankets- we were cold! Would be nice to have some beach equipment such as beach chairs, boogie boards and grass mats.

We had an amazing time staying at this property. the unit has some very nice upgrades & tasteful decorations. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The view of the ocean, golf course, palm trees & lava rocks was so relaxing. The shopping mall is 5 min drive away so we are able to get all of the groceries we need easily. We love that the swim pool is also few steps away from the property (very helpful when you have kids that you need to entertain ) Unfortunately, such beautiful place still have some issues. Here are the cons: Lawn mowings & maintenances at the golf course starts at 5 am in the morning every couple of days. It's loud enough to wake you up even if you close windows. The floor on the loft cracks when you walk on it. The master bedroom downstairs can hear it clearly. The seconf bedroom is facing the parking lot & the highway. The noise of the highway can be heard loud & clear. Our kid kept waking up with the noise from the car so we ended sleeping together in the master bedroom. A Double pane window could fix the issue.

Incredible view in this condo from the time you open the door. Sitting on the lanai every morning and drinking coffee was so relaxing. The property is furnished very nicely, very clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and you can appreciate their thoughtfulness. There is a breadmaker without instructions and we would have liked a rice cooker. We understand that due to Covid, properties are very cognizant about cleanliness. The refrigerator/freezer was cleaned with Fabulosa which is very fragrant. I contacted the management company to let them know that manufacturer's suggest cleaning with a mild dishwashing detergent. I did see the housecleaners on the way out and conveyed my concerns to them. Barbecue worked fine, extra propane tank furnised, just needed a new brush to clean the grates which we purchased. Overall, great place to stay!

Before I make praises for all the good things - a few minor inconveniences (compared to a hotel): 1. Strict check-in policy. The check-in is all automated / contact less and strictly after 4 PM - their emails and communication is detailed and up front about it which is good but if you are relying on checking into a stay immediately after your flight, you need to be aware of this. 2) In our case, a pest cleanup seems to have been done right before our stay, so we found a few roaches in unit. When I called the desk support, they clarified it and offered us to send for more pest cleaning if we still want it. One suggestion for the property managers: some stock like trash covers and cloth washing pellets could have been more generous than offered in the unit. Now for all good things: the house is beautiful as shown in the pictures. Particularly, in 3rd floor the beach/golf course view is gorgeous. We absolutely loved the patio/lanai. Except for the roaches we found, the unit felt like thoroughly cleaned. A lot of utensils were provided in kitchen, so for folks who plan to cook meals a few times is really convenient. Though we haven't used it, there's a grill too which is nice! Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this place and we even explored the pool too. The storage unit is outside of the unit and was hard to find, however the support team is really responsive and helpful. In the home, there's a detailed book explaining different things and references (there are way too many TVs and remotes than we could manage though 🙂). In short the stay is beautiful, the communication and support team is great!!

The view is incredible and location is very convenient. We have a front row view of Kona country club 17th hole and beautiful ocean view. The place is very clean and beautiful decorated. Got every amenity that one would need. Highly recommend and we will definitely return
