The check in was a little frustrating and got no response for over an hour of waiting. There was no English spoken on the recorded call for the host. Very frustrating! The condo was clean and had a more than adequate kitchen.

Location excellent. Very nice to have a parking space. Nice to have beach chairs. Chairs on balcony and seats in kitchen are not comfortable. Furniture, carpet and curtains need updating. Manager responsive.

My family of 4 (toddlers ages 2 and 4) stayed here for 9 nights
Pros:
-Great location, easy 5 min walk to Waikiki strip, ABC store and zoo close by
-Parking is included!!!! (floors 2 to 5), we never had a problem finding a parking stall any time of the day, it was great, huge savings in our pocket on having parking included
-Spacious, my kids had room to run around and play in the living room
-Views were spectacular, diamond head view and ocean you can see the surfers and waves in the ocean
-24th floor, so didn't hear much noise outside when windows are closed
-Condo right next to the elevator, so easy to go in and out of building
-Amenities included gym, pool and BBQ area
-AC and ceiling fan in living room and bedroom were great
-Host provided plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, most kitchen necessities
- water temp was great
Cons
- Although it was clean when we arrived, the condo was a little outdated (the pictures need to be updated)
- definitely needs some loving care from the host as things needed to be replaced like the bedroom curtain (ripped), balcony chairs and tables were rusted, one of the kitchen bar stool legs were broken (dangerous to sit on), toilet paper holder was already broken on arrival
- carpets should be replaced to something easier to clean, for this day and age, it would save so much headache from the host
- light bulbs didn't work in the bedroom so we had to do everything in the dark when we arrived (late check-in)

the Waikiki Sunset was a great location, close to a beach, food and walking to Waikiki. The best was the parking spot. Be sure to get into the room first and bring down the parking permit so that you can show to the parking attendant to park. Personnel and security at the building were very good. Communication with the property management was mediocre. We did not receive our cleaning deposit in a timely manner in my opinion. I had to call to try and contact them to find out when and how our deposit was being returned and was asked to go through email which was not included in the email correspondence. It was finally returned about 25 days after the stay, but if I did not call and ask for specifics it may not have happened. So be vigilant and after your stay.

Nice cute little condo next to Waikiki beach and the shopping row. Balcony was nice, place was clean, and more than we ever needed.
Only complaint is that it was annoying to check in, get the pass, go back downstairs and park the car to go upstairs.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The view from the balcony is fantastic with sights of the ocean and Diamond head. Its also a great location only 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to many restaurants. The parking is also super convenient if you have a car. Some of the furnishings and interior are a bit dated, but it didn't impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again as it is a wonderful beach apartment with full kitchen and free parking.

LIght in the bedroom was not working. Carpet was very dirty with lots of stains. top door lock system was not working with some broken parts on the door lock system.
Looks unsafe and dirty so I could not stay and just left the property and sent to Vrvo with all the pictures taken to request full refund and booked different hotel

It was nice having a 1 bedroom and the price was great. View from the room and balcony were amazing. Unit is a little dated. Could use another bedside table in the bedroom and there were no beach towels and nothing in the kitchen but salt & pepper. It did have boogie boards and beach chairs, which was nice. The building is in a very convenient location and the pool and bbq area make it easy to play and eat w/o having to go to a restaurant. It’s great having a laundry on each floor and a mini mart in case you need something quick. Parking included with the rental is a god-send!!

Everything about this place was a disappointment! The unit was not very clean. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The couch was terribly uncomfortable. The patio furniture was rusted and very old. I the bathroom shower was old and dirty. The door knob on the front door entrance was broken and we had to call them which took a bit of time to have them come replace it which they did but they replace it with a bedroom type of door knob, which was pointless did not seem very secure. That location wasn’t bad, but other than that I would never stay there or suggested to anyone.

The views were amazing. The condo served our purpose. It gave us a homebase. A place to cook our own meals. Eat, sleep, and refresh between outings. That was really all we wanted. My only recomandation would be for better pillows and some pool towels.

Property location was perfect, it was easy access to restaurants and shops. We've stayed at this property multiple times but this was our first Vrbo rental.
Unit could use some updates to feel a bit more of a family home. Otherwise love it and definitely will stay again.

Good, clean, condo for someone looking to stay close to close to Waikiki. The free parking is great for a rental to get out of the city and see more of the island. Hosts are are easy to access.

This is my fifth time staying in this neighborhood and I love this location the view from the condo was beautiful!!! Diamondhead and ocean view !!the unit is perfect for a small family . We we’re 3 and it was the perfect the size! check in was so easy and a plus was the free parking !!!! felt very safe in the building too. There’s ac but the ocean breeze kept us cool. Loved having coffee in the spacious lanai.

Basic, clean, quiet and close to beach. This unit served us well for 34 nights. Kitchen was also well appointed and we very much appreciated supplies provided. All rooms had either stationary or ceiling fans which we used most of the time. AC also worked well but we didn't need most of our stay. Beds were comfortable and owner supplied a simple dresser per our request that helped a lot. The building was quiet and pool area very nicely kept. Property manager was quick to respond to any inquiry. Recommendations would be to add an additional easy chair to the living space as well as beach chairs. We bought and left one new beach chair and two new umbrellas so the nest guests would not have to purchase. We also purchased and left two new bed pillows and closet hangers. I would recommend and stay here again.

ラナイからの景色が素晴らしいのはもちろん、お部屋もきれいで必要なものはだいたいそろっていて、このお値段では他になかなかないと思います。大満足です。ワイキキビーチやカピオラニ公園に行くにも最高の立地です。一点だけ、24階が工事中ということは事前にお知らせをもらっていましたが、洗濯機が使えないのは想定外でした。カパフル通りのコインランドリーまで行き、それはそれで楽しめましたが。

This is a lovely one bedroom condo, with a good location. It was very clean and well kept, and the building managers were helpful. My cleaning deposit was returned promptly. The only reason I am not giving the property 5 stars is some difficulty I have had with reaching them regarding a refund for 3 nights. We left early due to a combined issue with my daughter's severe health issues and coronavirus precautions that shut down all restaurants and beaches in Oahu.

Apartment is very good but it would be better without the carpet, its much easier to keep it clean with flooring or tiles.
It would be better if the apartment had dinning chairs, the wooden stools are very uncomfortable to sit on and too high for the counter. The bedroom needs a dresser for clothing. The view from the terrace is very nice and the apartment is very quiet even though it's next to the elevators. We would definitely come again in the future. Thank you

Very good location.

Very good big size apartment, well equiped.
Great to have a parking space included.
Quiet place, much less noisy than others in Waikiki.
Easy and fast to comunicate with rental agency.
Negative points...
Some little things to fix in bathroom (painting).
Dust on air conditioning grills.
Dust on the big ceiling fan.
Small coffee maker.
Would be good to have the option tu put TV in the bedroom.
