Great location!! We had an amazing stay at this condo. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. There were beach gear available to use. Having a washer and dryer was a plus!! Looking forward to staying here on future trips!

Really nice spot on the oceanfront in Kapaa. One of the cleanest, up to date, well stocked units we’ve ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice. Especially enjoyed the covered lanie overlooking the pool, and proximity to the multi use pathway for morning walks along the beach! Grocery store just across the street. Highly recommend this rental!

Property exceeded exceptions and description on VRBO listing. Extremely clean, well maintained and updated property in a centrally located area on the east side of Kauai.
All basic necessities provided - towels, linens, paper products and spices. Also included were beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and 4 complete sets of mask/snorkel and swim fins.
Property complex located directly across from grocery store and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Location also makes an easy drive to airport, beaches, hiking trails and all parts of the island.
Ideal property for small family looking for a place to stay In Kauai.

Staying on the east side of the island made it easy to make trips to the north and to the south. The condo was clean and communication was clear.

This was our second stay. The condo and location is perfect for our needs. We have quick access to the ocean. We are within walking distance of the Safeway for any grocery needs.The condo has everything that we needed for our stay. The addition of the Keurig coffee maker was a big hit for us this time. Any questions to the owners were replied to quickly. Had a wonderful time once again.

This condo was as advertised - very clean and perfect for what we needed. The host was very responsive. Check in went smoothly. The pull-out couch was in an area that could be closed off if we'd needed. The Kauai Kookies and coffee were a nice touch! It was perfectly situated - Safeway, VIP Treats and Sweets, Wailua Drive-In, Kenji Burgers, and Wailua Shave Ice were all within walking distance. We also got fabulous malasadas at Island Craves and Passion Bakery which were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our Kauai Kahlani condo! It is in a great location, has 2 pools and is a short walk to the beach. The owner was friendly and available during our stay. Loved the condo and all it offered. They had beach chairs, coolers, scuba gear and sand toys in the closet. Great stay! Would highly recommend.

Loved the washer /dryer as we hiked and needed clean clothes. Quiet, loved the balcony for morning coffee/ birds. Loved location between north and south shores. Beaches gorgeous. Kauai is otherworldly!!!

My parents stayed here when they came to Hawaii for my wedding. Bit confusing to find the correct building initially, but we were trying to find it in the dark. The condo was great. It was very clean. Had all the amenities they needed. It was centrally located with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Location is perfect as its pretty central to the island and there is now so much more beachfront on the property, than prior years! The condo was just as listed, and Wendy and Adam were great hosts. They made sure proper accommodations were made while they had the AC repaired, and were very easy to communicate with! They also were incredibly nice and reached out to us regarding a personal item we left behind and worked with us to get the item back! Would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!!

This condo has everything you could want...central island location for easy exploration either north or south, close to shops and restaurants, fully stocked kitchen, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, and coolers for going to the beach...not to mention the lovely location right on the shore. The property owners/managers were a joy to work with, making our stay everything we could have hoped for. We highly recommend this condo!

We loved the stay in this condo! It’s so clean, tidy, organized and lovely just like a 3.5 star hotel. The condo and the divine vibration in it is awesome! We enjoyed our stay!!! We had all the conveniences of home. The close proximity to the beach was a great place to spend the beginning and end of our day. We especially appreciated Adam and Wendy's quick reply to any questions we had. The location was great for visiting the other areas of the island. We would definitely stay her again. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this place. It's a perfect location, half way north and south. Pool was good and access to beach perfect. Place had everything you need for cooking, plus an outdoor grill. Especially enjoyed the beach gear: snorkel, boogie board, map, chairs & cooler. Extra plus was the washer and dryer. Appreciated items such as sunscreen and bug spray. Would definitely return.

This was one of the best trips we have been on and the condo is amazing, only steps to the beach. It was everything we could have asked for and so relaxing to sit on the deck everyday, shopping right across the street as well made it easy for groceries. Wendy was great to communicate with and we will stay here again when we come back.

We had a great time staying in Kapaa at the Kauai Kailani. The location is great, across from shopping center, close to everything. Plus condo was completely renovated and clean. Cute furnishings. Host very responsive. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend.!

The condo was just as described. Very comfortable and well supplied. Was great having a washer and dryer.
The property itself was close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was a short walk to the bicycle/walking path that goes along the ocean on the way to Old Kapaa Town. The beach on the ocean side of the property is suffering from erosion and is in the process of repair. Other beaches are close by and the pools on the property are quite nice.
Would certainly recommend this as a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Kauai is the island of relaxation and a stay in this condo just added to our enjoyment!

The place is beautifully maintained and well decorated. It really has everything you would need from beach toys for the kids to sun chairs, extra towels and etc. My only complaint is the traffic noise at night. It is loud and fortunately we had a noise machine for the kids to subdue some of the noise. But overall, great beach access, centrally located and walking distance to stores.

This condo is a great value in Kapaa! Both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the den were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything you'd need, and there were beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear for all. As others have noted, the beach at the condo is eroding, so you don't have a sandy beach right there, but still great ocean-side lounging, and there's a beach next door. Easy walking distance to the grocery store and several restaurants. While the den was comfortable, I wouldn't recommend it for people who are sensitive to activity around them while sleeping - light/noise from the common area does spill over into that room; for this reason, the condo might be best for one couple rather than a trio or two couples. We weren't able to get the cable TV working while we were there, which was fine for us on vacation (an excuse not to watch the news!), but might be an issue for others; it's a smart-TV and we had no problem linking our Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts for the evenings it was pouring rain in Kapaa.
