This place is amazing. We were greeted with an awesome view of the ocean. Literally, you can throw a rock and it would get to the ocean, you are that close to the water. We spent several days watching the sunset in the lanai. The breeze of the ocean is just as great as the AC inside the house. And thank goodness for the AC. Some days the heat in the Big Island were too intense but the AC kept us cool the entire time. The condo is very close to everything, restaurants, beaches, shops, groceries. The condo is stock with everything you need including a coffee maker and coffee pods, perfect for my morning coffee in the lanai. Abundant parking, with covered ones too. We won’t hesitate to stay at this place again in the future. Truly recommended!

The place is just perfect. Right on the ocean with everything you could ever need. Listing to the waves as you sleep is so relaxing. The place was clean and had plenty of towels and supplies. Everything worked great and the bed was super comfortable. Chairs and umbrella and boogie boards were available to use as well. Great communication with the manager. Top notch! Very accommodating. We stayed here for 11 days in Nov/Dec 2023. This is one of not the best stocked properties. There is toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, spices, nice cookware…just bring yourself and do a little grocery shopping. SUPER clean, beds a comfortable. Money well spent! Right on the ocean. Master bed faces ocean with sliding doors. Will be repeat renters. ❤️☀️☀️

The condo is comfortable and well-equipped, but the balcony is why we’re here. Waves are breaking on a lava wall 30 feet from where I’m writing this. The photo in the listing shows exactly what we’re seeing and hearing. A wonderful place!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Holly's Maui condo, and it was absolutely fantastic! The condo was updated and nicely appointed and offered amazing views of the ocean and tropical surroundings. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, and great restaurants. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Sunsets from the large lanai were awesome. I would highly recommend this Maui condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Hawaiian vacation.

Extremely happy we picked this condo of Holly's to stay in for a weeklong vacation in Kona.
Our favorite spot to spend time in was the lanai with the dropdead gorgeous views, we were so close to the ocean. The sunsets every night were just gorgeous.
My mom spent lots of time in the condo while my sister and I left for some more active adventures and she was perfectly happy to stay in the condo and look at the view and she also use the pool.
Really enjoyed the location being so close to downtown Kona and then also close to two nice beaches.
The elevator worked well every time.
The condo was amazingly clean and well stocked with so many things that were helpful and made our stay comfortable. All three beds were comfortable. We did quite a bit of cooking in our kitchen, and they had nice quality pans and knives and plenty of dishware.
Yes, the building complex is older and not fancy but it has an elevator and nicely kept pool. Being three ladies, we felt very safe our entire time and the interior of the condo was furnished and decorated so nicely we would 100% stay here again.

We can't say enough good things about this property and the host. We loved our stay. Property is on the first floor, and we used the stairs for access. There is an elevator but we never used it. Unit is super clean and fully stocked. AC worked great as well as large fans in each room to keep air moving when needed.
Kitchen was large, plenty of dishes, large refrigerator, freezer and ice maker was such a bonus! Dishwasher was so nice because really who wants to do dishes by hand on vacation! Coffee maker allowed us to relax and enjoy coffee each morning taking in the beautiful ocean view on the deck.
Two bathrooms so there is never a wait. Large master bath with tiled shower felt luxurious and a treat. King bed in master is firm and very comfortable. Basically the entire ocean side wall is windows and sliders. We left the windows coverings open whenever possible because we loved the view. To wake up to the ocean and to go to sleep with the stars and moon were incredible. You can hear the ocean at all times so if you are a light sleeper a sound machine or ear plugs might be something you want for a night or two. We didn't mind it at all and it lulled us to sleep.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a ceiling fan for additional guests. We used this room for our suitcases and dressing so we didn't have to close the curtains as much to the deck.
Host was wonderful, communication was easy and she checked in to be sure we were all set. Parking was easy also and free.

Loved this condo, it was just as pictured. Everything we needed was there and it was so clean and well taken care of. Air conditioner cooled it down nicely on hot days. Beautiful sunsets and Kona is a cool town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The whole family enjoyed this vacation rental. The place was very clean when we arrived. You could tell that they take pride in having their rentals clean. The AC unit in the Livingroom did a really nice job of cooling the whole unit. It was in a good location for easy drive to shops and restaurants. Even saw a number of dolphins from the balcony. Good experience all around.

We stayed for a few nights with teen girls and had a great time visiting the Big Island. The condo itself was perfect. It was modern and had everything we needed. I appreciate that because some condos we’ve stayed in provide the bare minimum so it’s a great benefit not to worry about the little things like soap, dish soap or even beach chairs. The best part of the stay though was the sound of the ocean and the waves crashing. That was amazing….all in all a great stay!

Sitting on the balcony watching the waves and sunsets from this place are priceless! And Da Poke Shack is right in the parking lot! Even though it is like an older motel, it was very quiet, and easy to sleep to crashing waves. Best for 4 people, as the sofabed is only separated from the master by a sliding door (lack of privacy and no sound-proofing), the space is comfortable, with all the amenities you need to cook your own food! Snorkel Bob’s nearby will outfit you with gear, and the unit has a couple beach chairs and an umbrella, plus boogie board. For a big Sandy beach, head to Hapuna about 35 minutes away. However, you can walk to a little strip of sand next door to lay out or sit, and a little further down is a surfing and snorkeling beach. Driving is necessary to get to restaurants and activities, and parking is tough in town, usually requires paid lots. But getting in and out of the property is easy! Plenty of towels and linens and all are comfy! Sofabed, not so much. Hard to use the closet in the guest bedroom with the bed arrangement, as it is a tight space. Owner was fantastic and provided great food recommendations, and accommodated us every step of the way! Would definitely stay here again!

Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Air conditioner worked wonderfully; only needed to use it once though as the ocean breezes and fans almost always kept the condo a perfect temperature. Would happily return to this unit.

Great location on the ocean. I took my elderly parents, my brother and wheelchair dependent sister on our trip to the Big Island. There was more than enough room to accommodate all 5 of us—one person had to sleep on the couch (It should be the smallest person). My sister, who is an amputee, was able to navigate the condo independently and there is an elevator. Management provided a shower chair and walker upon request. The condo was fully equipped with beach towels, a spice rack for cooking, sunblock and aloe vera for sunburns not to mention laundry soap, dishwashing liquid etc. There was even a bucket and cooler which came in handy for my dad and brother’s fishing excursions. There was very little we had to buy except for our meals. My mom and dad loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves and we even saw some large green sea turtles on the rocks, small crabs and fish swimming in the ocean in front of the property . There are 2 smart TVs in the condo for those lazy days when we didn’t want to leave the condo—which were very few! We brought our own guidebook but there were several Big Island guidebooks available to us on the bookshelf. Holly, the property manager, responded right away to any question I asked. The pool and jacuzzi on the premises were lovely and the maintenance staff working on the property were all very friendly. We were all very sad when we had to leave the condo. It felt like our home for 13 nights. We will definitely return when we visit the Big Island again.

This was an excellent rental property -- location was unbelievable, apartment was stocked with useful amenities, and Holly (host) was super communicative. Definitely 5 stars!
Specifics:
-- Location cannot be beat. The panoramic and unobstructed ocean view was fantastic. I don't think we closed the sliding doors once the whole time we were there! We even saw a sea turtle crawl out of the water to sunbathe.
-- The only "con" about the location is that the beach right outside is quite rocky; so you can't really swim there but it is great for looking at tide pools.
-- Apartment was clean and came stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs; pool noodles; and boogie boards.
-- Size of apartment was ideal for the three of us (two adults and 13yo). You could very easily have 4 adults stay with no issues.
-- Parking was super easy, just under the building and we never had trouble finding a spot.
-- There is a pool, but it isn't designed for kids to play in easily. It starts at 4ft and progresses to 7ft deep. The pool noodles came in handy here.
-- Shops and restaurants are not too far away (2-4 miles).

We have been to Kona a dozen times and this was the best place we’ve stayed yet! Unbeatable view and o ram sounds…almost always had three pool to ourselves. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Will definitely rent again! Mahalo!! 😊

The 2 bedroom unit was wonderful and had everything we needed. When we arrived the balcony doors were open with the view and sounds of the ocean. It was a good touch to have the tv music playing Hawaiian music….very inviting.
Every day we could see sea turtles come into the tide pool areas. We enjoyed grilling on the bbq grills right below in front of the ocean. It was easy to find great restaurants, beaches, shops and historical sites by short drives….some within walking distance.
The pool was warmish and hot jacuzzi was good….wished it had a view Oceanfront but still great to have.. The unit had beach towels, chairs, boogie boards too wish was nice to have those supplied.
Overall….my family and I really loved it and are sorry to leave today.
