First time to Hawaii and I feel so lucky we picked this part of the island. It was everything we wanted-walking distance to many different restaurants, beaches and golf. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed from cooking to exploring the island. The rental management company was also very attentive. You won’t go wrong renting this unit.

The Beach Villas are the perfect Oahu vacation spot!! We were in search of a quieter location than Waikiki but with all the benefits and beauty and boy did we find it! Not only are the villas spacious and beautiful but they have everything you need to enjoy your vacation! No need to worry about bringing beach chairs, towels or sand toys, they have it all there and ready for you to enjoy! The pools are wonderful and big enough to enjoy even when it’s crowded and the lagoon has plenty of beach space and clear water to swim or snorkel. You may even get lucky and see a sea turtle or two! You also have the benefit of enjoying the other 2 lagoons on either side of the beach villas if you wish. You’re conveniently located to Honolulu to enjoy its sites as well as the North Shore.
Cherie was the most gracious host! From splitting our payment to rebooking us in a different unit when an unexpected error occurred and the unit we initially wanted got booked. She met us there late in the evening to help with check-in and show us around and was always just a text away if we needed anything. She even gave us late checkout since the next renters wouldn’t be there for a few more days! The guide she provides with information and recommendations came in handy quite frequently! We will most definitely be back and will always recommend Cherie and Honu Homes to rent at the Beach Villas. Thank you so much for an incredible Hawaiian vacation. Mahalo!

This is our second time staying at the Beach Villas and once again, we had a wonderful time! The location is perfect for families and the condo is well stocked, spacious and kept up nicely.

We have two married daughters living on the island. We were all together at the Ocean View Beach Villas Resort seven years ago for one of our daughter’s wedding. It was amazing. So when my upcoming BIG birthday was being decided on, I requested to go back. This time a different unit, but it was much better with the views being private. We were met when we arrived by Cherie. She greeted us with hugs 🤗. Showed us the unit, explained what we needed. It had everything to make our stay perfect! Our kids were able to visit and we had some wonderful local dinners. Beach Villas is a great location for all ages. From the quiet pool to the family pool and the beach and lagoon there are so many options for everyone.
The unit itself is clean , well appointed with everything you need.

3 generations stayed here over new year. Condo was as beautiful as advertised. View was gorgeous! Close enough to honolulu for everything, but in a much more peaceful environment. Management of this property was impeccable. Great communication, easy check in, helpful and friendly. Overall excellent experience. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

After 4.5 years away, it was INCREDIBLE to return to Ko'olina! This was our 4th stay at the Villas and everything was perfect: communication with Cherie was quick and clear, and the Villa was comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our stay. Our family is EXTRA Covid-cautious with an extra vulnerable family member, and we felt very safe and at ease in the condo and throughout the property with plenty of space to distance and enjoy ourselves at the lagoon and pools.

We only had one problem upon arrival. The ice maker in the SubZero did not work at all. There was no ice. Maintenance was called and they responded promptly, but found the water line was broken so needed to take out the entire refrigerator/freezer. We had already purchased lots of food so didn't want it out for a day. It was decided to make the repair once we checked out. We ended up getting ice from the pool area and bringing it up to the freezer.
Without any question, Cherie is the best onsite manager. Throughout this entire VRBO process, she was right on top of EVERYTHING. We had to reschedule our trip a couple of times because of Covid. She handled every change and detail perfectly. She met us when we arrived with the cards and needed information. We had trouble with VRBO not automatically refunding our security deposit. As soon as I let her know, she took care it. Refund completed. I hope her property manager and the owner of the specific unit we stayed in appreciate all her kind efforts and outstanding customer service. We will be only using units at the Ko O'lina Beach Villas that she oversees.

What a wonderful place to spend our family vacation. The condo is beyond beautiful with a gorgeous view.
The grounds are equally gorgeous and well maintained. Our family vacation couldn't have been nicer.
Daniel was great to work with. He responded to any message I sent him with in hours which made things so much easier.
There are restaurants with delicious food in the center across the main road and at the facilities to the right and left of the beach villas.

What an AMAZING stay we had! Ko'Olina definitely has the aloha "vibe" ... And the resort is beautiful. The unit itself is also wonderful, nicely appointed, comfortable, and you can't beat the ocean breezes and view. The beach "toys" we're great too!! However, what really put this unit over the top are the owners, Daniel and Robin. From the moment we booked they reached out to us with suggestions for local activities and dining for our family of 4. Once there, they were quick to respond to a minor plumbing issue and really went out of their way to ensure we were not inconvenienced. It truly felt like they shared their piece of paradise with us!!

We had such a great experience staying in this beautiful villa! Everything was exactly as described and we didn't have any unwanted surprises. The whole condo was comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. The added bonus of extra beach chairs and snorkeling gear was great! Daniel and Robin were wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make sure we would be comfortable. Probably the only downside is that the resort is a popular place to stay and so we needed to go early to claim a lounge chair by the pool. But having the lagoon right outside the gate gave us more options for sun and sand. Sharing the hot tubs with toddlers was a little disconcerting, so we avoided doing so. The staff were friendly and the grounds were well-kept. Having to use your key card to access the building made us feel very secure. It was difficult to have to think about leaving such an idyllic place. We'd rent this again in a heartbeat!!

The perfect spot! Tranquil and away from the tourists. Loved the layout of the 2-bedroom. Gorgeous kitchen with a Vitamix - perfect for smoothies! The view is spectacular - ocean! We are under the flight path which our daughter loved - noise was never an issue. The property is fabulous - lagoon pools and access to the lagoon right across from the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Nightly music at the bar and great Mai Tais.
This will be our condo of choice when we return to Oahu! Daniel was so easy to work with. Beach towels, kids' beach gear is all included. Absolutely perfect for us. Thank you, Daniel!

We enjoyed every minute of our week-long stay in this condo. It was so easy to correspond with Daniel before, during, and after our visit to his lovely condo. We were so impressed with the quality of the appliances and kitchenware. It was great to have the beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear, and other features available to use on the beach. What a great and relaxing view from the lanai! We loved the peaceful tranquility, the view of the wide and open space next to the condo, and the quiet evenings. It was so relaxing to lounge by the pools and to soak in the hot tubs. The staff was friendly and professional. We loved being so close to the beautiful lagoons that are so clean and pristine. We also enjoyed walking along the nicely maintained beach walk that stretches from the Marriott to the Beach Villas to the Disney Property. The Beach Villas is right in the middle of the action while providing a nice and quiet atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to enjoy the pool bar every evening. Our bartender/mixologist, Derrick, is a true treasure. He was so much fun to talk to, and we learned so much from him about the area as well as his unique cocktails. It was great to have the ABC store nearby, and we liked the atmosphere, food, and drink selection at the nearby Monkeypod Restaurant. We also enjoyed an evening of good food, wine, and music at Longboard's at the Marriott next door. It was nice to have the town of Kapolei just a short drive away. We bought too much food and drinks at the Costco because we ended up eating out so often and spent so much time in the pools, lagoon, and at the pool bar. Time flew by. We hated to leave our Heavenly Hawaiian Home at the Beach Villas of Ko Olina. We hope to return to this slice of paradise soon.

My family stayed in this villa for 6 days. We just fell in love with the place at the moment we checked in. Lagoon and pools were perfect for us to make beauiful memories throughout our staying. The house was absolutely perfect because we could cook for ourselves, have family time in the living room area and enjoy private times in each rooms. Everything was well equipped and we felt like we are at home. I personally really thankful for Daniel's generosity by letting us stay with the last minute request. We really do appreciate your kindness. Our family will definitely come back here for our next trip to Hawaii. If you are sick of crowdedness in Waikiki, Ko olina is the place where you really want to be. Ko olina golf club is right across from the villa, so it would be perfect place to stay if any of family members want to go for golf rounding. I really do recommomend this place simply because it is like a paradise! Thank you Daniel for everything!

There are many units available for rent in this property but I am glad I chose this one. Daniel has been very patient on my changing plan due to my mother's illness and worked with me to make this vacation so memorable. The unit is stunningly beautiful; tasteful decor, quality furnitures, European appliances even cutleries and dishes are high end quality (their blender is $1000 Vitamix for their guests to use!!). And they got everything we needed for our vacation in the toy box on lanai! That goes to show how the owner and the management team are so eager to pamper their guests. We did not regret any penny we spent on this awesome property. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

This unit is a great value for a 2 bedroom two bath every thing is in new condition.
4 stars instead of 5 for location and resort amenities and some cleaning issues when we arrived at our unit (almost pushed it to 3 stars)
Pros-
Well stocked with kitchen gear and also rec gear such as body boards and scuba gear
Quiet
No price shocks- No Resort fees, Security deposit was refunded quickly. Final Price matched the quote exactly.
Cons-
*There are no amenities at the resort of any kind that we saw. No turn down or cleaning in the week we were there. No restaurants. good grocery stores are about a 15 minute drive. No staff. I think the staff are also security guards. check in there was help check out there was none.
* 10 am check out enforced
Not a great place for kids 12+ our girls were very bored. We saw none that age at villa or the other two resorts but a nice safe place for kids under that age.
Guest bed mattresses were not comfortable but master bedroom was fine.
Isolated- There is really nothing around outside of the resorts that are nearby, it is more of a desert. My girls commented that they did not fill the were in Hawaii.
Beaches- the lagoons are nice and safe not overly crowded, nice sand but they are lagoons and it doesn't feel like the ocean. No waves at all. Again safe for little kids but boring for adults and teens.
Considering staying at Disney? Don't do it, the rooms were way small and way overpriced and it is easy to get into Disney and the Marriott from the boardwalk that runs next to the ocean that connects all of the resorts. Disney was a trap and everyone we talked to there regretted going there. Marriott looked good and they have the amenities the villas is missing but the pricing was inconsistent so you may get a comparable deal if you find the right seller on VRBO.
There is a nice Luau 10 minute walk away called paradise cove- Buy the standard package for $80 we were seated right next to the Royal section but $70 less per person. They tell you to arrive at 4:30 for a Luau that starts at 5pm when you get there they take you to your seat and then tell you to walk around their shops until 6:30 so go late if you can.
There was a great snorkel tour we did, also a 10 minute walk away called ko olina ocean adventures.
A great zipline called climbworks located an hours drive on the north shore.
If you want to stay in Ko Olina this is the place to stay for the best accommodations and also the pricing was really fair.

Our family briefly stayed at Turtle Bay Resort (supposedly a 4 star resort). Upon return to Ko Olina Beach Villas: she exclaimed "Back to luxury!"
High end appliances throughout; the kitchen even stocked with coffee grinder and Vitamix mixer.
Plush bedding in the master bedroom. Kids wanted to claim the master bed for themselves.
Spacious thoughout. Access to a decent gym, as well as excellent pool and lagoons.
Costco and Target about 2 miles away for provisions. Has a quiet lagoon/beach great for families with young kids. Very secure here - need your room card with you at all times. Great place to get away from the hustle bustle of Waikiki.
