This is a large studio apartment, with the ability to separate the bedroom and living area. It is a little dated, but who cares, it is clean and the location is perfect. The balcony is large and has beautiful views of Marina, ocean and sunset. It is just a short walk to the beach, lagoon, Ala Moana Park and the mall. The little coffee shop on site offers delicious coffee and breakfasts, for those who don’t want to cook. We look forward to return stays here.

The property management was easy to deal with. Self check in was easy. Unit was clean. Great location, the view - wow. However, the unit is very outdated. There hasn't been an update in decades. Stained bedding, sheets washed so many times it was it was thin and pilled, no bed skirt. Bed slides around on tile floor. Blue couch had body odor, brown hue. Kitchen cabinets had the smell of old press board due to age, so did the night stands. Stove burners didn't fit right. Cooking was dangerous really. Laughed at the comment in the owner's book asking guests not to hit the walls with their luggage so it doesn't damage the paint. Paint isn't going to fix these problems. 80's wall paper pealing, stained. It's really a shame. It wouldn't take much of an investment to fix these items. Overall feel I paid way too much when looking at similar units in the building. Would not recommend.

We had a lovely 10-night stay in this suite at the Ilikai in October. It was very clean, looked as good as in the photos and was very comfortable for our family of three. The Ilikai is in a great location on the pink trolley line, a short walk to the Ala Moana Center, and also has excellent amenities.

Like the overall location because everything you need and want is in walkable distant. Safe area to be in since it’s mostly tourists there and that it’s beachfront. Easy access to ride share pick up and drop off.

We always stay at Ilikai... the hotel is very clean , lobby is relaxing , great coffee and icecream spot on main floor.We thoroughly enjoy this particular suite mainly for the view. The place is abit outdated ( esp the kitchen) stove from the 70’s but then again, it did work .. especially since we cooked majority of meals in room .Well stocked with utensils/ cooking pots/pans.Bathroom very outdated , shower tiles need to be changed .Our biggest issue was the air conditioner, too small for the unit, very old and has a water tray which we had to empty 2-3 times a day or it would overflow. Overall, it’s truly the view that we enjoyed the most.

The location and communication with the property manager were great, and having the little kitchen made travelling with kids so much easier. It took us a while to figure out the temperature calibration in the shower, and we were missing a few odds and ends in the kitchen, but overall, we were happy with our stay.

Good location. Condo is in desperate need of updates and deep clean. The bed and sheets should be replaced and the stains on the bathroom wallpaper are very off putting. The restaurant at the roof top is fantastic as well as the coffee shop down stairs. Another Waikiki condo relying on the location and view. The elevator was broken a few days and I had to take the stairs 10 flights.

Was there for business. The hotel is awesome and has a wonderful view and coffee/breakfast place. The room is below par. The wall paper in the bathroom is dirty and stained. The bed is poor and the bedding is even cheaper. Is need of a good deep cleaning. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and i had take the stairs multiple times. The resturante at the roof top is awesome with a wonderful bar menu.

The condo had great views of the marina, ocean and beautiful sunsets, easy access from the elevator. Valet parking was convenient but pricey. Great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was a little small and could use some upgrades and the vents throughout the condo need to be cleaned thoroughly, but does work fine for a short stay. The manager was great, answered any questions via email very promptly.

Over the years, I have always enjoyed staying in the condo units of the ILIKAII. Many years ago with my family. I still enjoy have good memories of staying there in the past and I’m very happy to return. The condo I stayed in Nov 17 thru 28, was bright, clean, comfortable.. and best of all ... gave me the southern ocean and courtyard view that I always want.. I prefer staying on a higher floor level , so was happy with the 10th floor. I always feel safe with all aspects of the ILIKAII. It’s so nice to have the easy access to the beach.I would suggest that the condo owner should replace the stove top elements as they are damaged, and unusable. I could not cook on any of the elements. But overall, I totally enjoyed my stay.And very impressed with the professionalism of the management company.Thank you Sachi.Best Regards Kathy

What a wonderful stay for us! New air conditioner, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Kitchen had an ample variety of utensils, plates, pots and pans. Great location with use of the hotel pools. The cleanliness hit us a bit as we walked in, doors, walls, corners were pretty grubby but as we looked more the important things were clean:beds, fridge, toilet, sink shower.
Outside: Nice harbour view, usable balcony, basic furniture, we took on chasing the birds away along with the toy owls that are there to help. We always shut the AC of when on the balcony as it was loud. some of the local bars bump out the music, but it doesn’t go past 8 or so.
Kitchen: very small, nice new fridge good microwave. Stove was VERY old burner style/ crooked burners but we still made good meals, sink plug did not work so we used a large bowl for dishes. Lots of dishes, pots clean. Needs a pairing knife though.
The bed and hide a bed were comfy and clean. The chairs were were comfy and new.
3 beach chairs and one beach towel. Could use a cooler and more beach towels- we didn’t want to use the nice white ones.
We had a great holiday, for the money we paid it was a correspondingly reasonable accommodation.

Wonderful location on the outskirts of Waikiki. Enjoyed adult swim time at the pool every morning. Definitely relied on the AC as afternoon sun hits the Makai side windows, but can't beat having an ocean view in the morning. Valet parking service was amazing. We love staying at Llikai we felt location of condo is prefect. The view from our room was great exactly like I could imagine. We like the convenience of having a small market in the lobby the price where not outrages. If you stay here, you need to stop at Dave ice cream so delicious specially the coconut macadamia ice cream. The service was great for the condo I had 2 small issues they were immediately on phone and helping. We also asked for early check in and they conveniently allowed us. The condo had plenty of room for the 2 of us and was very clean. They had basic needs for uses in the kitchen. If 1 thing I could say about the condo probably needs is maybe update towels and sheets. Parking will be a extra cost if you have a rental car.

The property is exactly as other reviews have stated: the room is clean and in an EXCELLENT location. We rented a car and there was easy self parking lot just next to the building. Close to grocery stores, multiple beaches & parks, and restaurants. The view is great and the pools are lovely. The only thing is that the room could use some updates as it is a bit dated.

My favorite thing about this room was the lanai and the view from our room was awesome.also there were some really nice beach chairs available the location is perfect. Only one thing wasn’t good the fridge did not work , management was quick to respond but we didn’t feel like we were going to be there long enough to need to get it fixed before we left. I’m also hoping the deposit will be returned.

Had a wonderful stay at this property! It is dated but it’s clean and very well stocked with everything you will need BUT the view is why you will want to stay here.. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything but just far enough away from busy Waikiki!! The Food Pantry is 2-3 blocks away with a fresh deli for all your food/drink needs!! The property managers are wonderful and communication with them is great!!

The location of the hotel is great, has many amenities including 2 pools! The property managers are very helpful and I was so impressed with their prompt response to any inquiry! The food pantry is a short walk away with a fresh deli and full grocery store so you can enjoy the lanai at times without going out to eat.

View and room is nice, but dated, laminate coming off, few tiles missing, rust in Bathroom. Birds nesting in AC unit, left droppings on the table, chairs and flooring of the Lanai - so we didn't go out there much. Property Manager didn't return our call. With a face lift (and no birds) this would be a great place!!

The location is great, the kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook just about any meal. Property managers are quick to respond and help with problems such as locking yourself out at 10pm. There is a room divider for some privacy great for a couple or family with 1 or 2 young kids that can share a fold-out couch.

I loved the Ilikai. Our unit was super clean and had a to-die for view. The room was very quiet and we were not disturbed at all. The beds were comfortable and we had all that we needed. Not the most updated I've stayed in, but clean and comfortable and in the convenient start of Waikiki. There was no toilet paper when I arrived...an oversight I am sure. I did not discover this until I woke up at 3AM needing to relieve myself. Awkward. Highly recommend a roll of toilet paper to get the guests started. 😂😂😂
