Arrived at the apartment downstairs foyer and shops lovely then walking in apartment to that view wow it was spectacular apartment lovely and clean and a great location for us
Bed was comfy and what looked like a new pull down sofa large fridge freezer for beers… great views to watch the Friday night fireworks too.

This is our 2nd time at the Ilikai. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The room was clean, the only thing we requested the day we got there was new pillows and they delivered. The room has a box fan in case anyone was looking like us.

Condo was clean, comfortable, and had some great views. Pictures are pretty accurate. The parking permit that comes with the condo is a definite plus. Great location as well. 5 stars all the way.

Great spot for a family vacation. Condo was equipped with all the basics, new couch pull out bed for the teens, beautiful balcony views of the ocean /lagoon that are shaded all day long. We had some small issues that were quickly resolved with their easy communication group. Great stay, would definitely rent again.

We had a great time. Room was as described. We love the Ilikai and loved the room and the view. Walked to lagoon and beach. We loved cooking in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. So close to everything and can walk all over. Mgr Stevie was very responsive & resolved A/C issue quickly. My family will definitely come back when we stay in town. Mahalo

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! The location is amazing, everything we expected from seeing the listing was accurate. It was a lovely option to rent a condo in Honolulu vs. staying in a hotel, so if that’s what you’re considering I’d highly recommend this building. It’s also a condo/hotel in one so there’s shops in the hotel, if that’s something you’re looking for (and lots of shopping near by). It’s an older hotel, things like the bathroom aren’t as updated as some, but absolutely nothing wrong with it. Bed was super comfy and views amazing. Parking is included which is a huge bonus, but my only recco is to make a note prior to check in that you have to drive to the reserved level. We were able to drive into level A, which is valet, and were driving around the whole area unsure of how to park - slightly clearer parking instructions would be helpful! Also, a note that there is recycling in the building and it would be nice to have a bin for that separately so when you toss everything out you can separate it.

Condo was even nicer than photos. Being up so high afforded great view of the Friday night fireworks. Keyless entry was very convenient. It should be stressed that there is a parking pass in the condo which gives you a free parking spot right on the property. Some included appliances were rice maker, blender, toaster oven and drip coffee pot. A few negatives: Left sliding door is almost impossible to open and right side drapes are broken. Vent in bathroom shower needs cleaning. But all minor compared to the overall beautiful place

The property was great! We got to see a FREE hula show on Friday night right before the fireworks from 6-8. Also, this property has a FREE parking spot in the garage! The location was great and the views were amazing. The bed was super comfy. I wouldn’t recommend this unit if you have more than 2 people as the couch itself wasn’t super comfy, but there were only 2 of us - so it didn’t bother us at all!
It’s right next to HHV but is cheaper and you can’t beat the view and all the comforts of a full kitchen. If you are on the fence, don’t be. This place was great!!!

Most of the things about this property were as disclosed on the review. Great views, easy check-in, good quality in the unit. When you're in Hawaii, it's hard not to be happy with things. Chris the property manager was very helpful when the big sliding doors stuck and got a repair person up right away. And help with the WiFi also. A couple of negatives, the floors were not clean and dusting and sweeping didn't help. I would have mopped if there had been product to do so. Also, no one had told us the parking spot that went with the unit was closed for repairs in the parking garage. But the staff at the valet found us a place. It's hard not to over emphasize the Aloha spirit that comes from everyone, including the staff. Looking forward to our next trip and my sister will be using this condo again.

Excellent location, tasteful decor and well-stocked bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Couch was more than worn, however, and decorative pillow was torn with stuffing exposed. Housekeeping should step up their game in between guests. Countertops needed a thorough cleaning, and floors had years-worth of trapped dirt/hair/debris pushed into corners.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at the Ilikai on Waikiki. Perfect location with access to everything. Walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and all that downtown Waikiki has to offer. The room was as pictured and the views were great. Had fun watching the surfers in the morning out in front of the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view. The location was perfect. We took the pink line trolley to the shopping area which is very busy. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

We loved our stay at the Ilikai. The view was spectacular and our home away from home was great. Check-in and out was easy - thank you for the extended time. The amenities were adequate for our week. The luau on Friday was the cherry on the top to the end of a beautiful week. Mahalo. 🌴

We booked this unit several months ago based on pictures and descriptions provided on the website. The pictures and descriptions were very accurate!! This was a beautiful unit with an even better view!! We had the opportunity to see 3 other units in the same building since we vacationed with 3 other families and I have to admit, our unit (2122) was the nicest!! Kitchen and bathroom were much more recently remodeled than the other 3 units. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely look to book this unit in the future!!

We really didn't intend to cook or anything so our needs were met. Things I would have appreciated would have been some decent cloths for cleaning the counters. and a decent broom and dust pan. The few rags under the sink were pretty ratty so I just used paper towels. Toilet paper could be upgraded as well. Otherwise great view, bed was pretty comfortable. We only watched tv one night so no comment on that. We enjoyed the stay. Room was quiet.

Con: Floors were dusty, i had to sweep them. Bed was bit firm for our liking. Advertised for 4 guest...but the futon was really only good for 2 kids or 1 adult.
Pros: Location, location, location! Balcony views were awesome! Everything needed was provided. Plenty towels, kitchen utensils stocked. Valet parking for the hotel was half the price of what Hilton was charging.
