Location, Location, Location! We are in the middle of it all.

Much to see and do in Waikiki. The World’s most famous beach is just two short blocks away. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants and nightclubs that cater to every nationality. Ask the kamaaina (locals) for their tips. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and other “World Class Shopping” may be found on Kalakaua Avenue (the street fronting the beach). A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts.

Public Transportation bus stops are located nearby and open the whole island to you. Parking is available onsite and is located in the below street level garage. Daily parking fees are approx. $30 per 24 hours. Payment options may be selected at the vending kiosk located at the top of the ramp. But who needs a car in Waikiki? Everything is in walking distance. But if you have an itch to venture out, the island's bus transit system is awesome. The whole booking process was smooth and convenient. Everything you need is provided. They have some kitchen gadgets where you can eat in if you'd like. A little smaller of a space but perfect for 2. Convenient location, super close to a lot of places and so easy to walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs which was so nice! The only negative thing I can say about this place, is you can hear outside pretty well (we didn't have our air unit on at night so that may have helped drown out the noise) and the trash trucks come through really early. And we were then awake for the day. But that could have just been something we noticed and was already struggling with a 6 hour time difference. The place was clean and felt safe. Communication with owner was great! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a convenient place to stay. Parking is very limited below building with only about 12 spaces in each area. Room was fine. Bed a bit stiff. Overall for the price a fair place to stay for one person

The amenities were not as expected the umbrella was broken and not able to use the boogie boards had no teather, so if you used them could be dangerous. The shower drain was very slow. There were light bulbs missing from. The balcony and the bathroom vanity. Air-conditioning unit had two buckets that required emptying. Took up place on a already too small balcony. Laundry facilities were in disrepair. More washers and dryers that didn't work than what did work. The lobby ceiling leaked and buckets sitting all around to catch the water. The overall appearance was run down it is in need of repair.
