Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Maximum of one car allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite. Saltwater. Heated.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ’s onsite

Vista Waikoloa D302 is located in Building D at the Vista Waikoloa. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Vista Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Vista Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We love the Vista, it is such a huge part of our family and the story of us! We love this place so much being able to wake up and have coffee on the balcony looking at the volcano and the water! We find so much peace on the islands and the vista just feels like our second home, we love the quiet and the tranquility of the entire property it has been and will always continue to be our place to rest and reset on all our family vacations!!!

The unit was great, pictures don't do it justice. location is great with a 7 min walk to the beach. The unit includes a cooler with wheels which makes it easy to bring to the beach. snorkel gear, chairs, and umbrellas were also a nice addition. I had a surprise work event arise, and didn't have the proper office equipment with me to handle. Anne Marie at the Resortica office was super helpful! she let me use her office to complete my project. 11/10 stars to her! Additionally just for visiting my wife received a gift of a small personal waterproof bag. It came in super handy on the trip. I would stay in this unit again!

Place was great, in a quiet and safe gated community, wonderful location. View of the Mauna Kea on the balcony made breakfast feel very nice. All appliances and utilities were working without any issues. Beach chairs and cooler was a plus. The place can use more cleaning, especially mold around the washer machine, some of the bedding was old and dirty at spots. Would rebook in the future if cleanliness improves.

It was such a pleasant surprise as soon as we entered the property. The property is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. It was very clean and well appointed. It felt like a home away from home. While tucked in its own community, the location is so convenient to the restaurants, beach and anything you might need during your stay. The property manager is very responsive and made our stay so smooth and easy from start to finish. I highly recommend this property. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Very nice rental property in Waikoloa beach resort! Everything was clean and the check-in process was smooth. Community Pool and Hottubs were excellent. Quiet golf community here, with shops and restaurants close by. Short 15min walk to beach. Enjoyed sitting outside and eating meals on the back patio. No complaints, we had a great trip and definitely stay again!

When we arrived the first night, the air was turned off and the apartment was a stifling 88 degrees. (The TV was left on as a welcome but not the air.). It took hours for the place to cool down. Then, on two occasions, the air shut off again like someone had a kill switch. We came home to 83 degrees. Last night, the air turned off again and it would not turn back on. As we check out, it’s still 84 degrees inside. I’d be happy to send you a photo. This greatly interfered with our enjoyment of what otherwise is a nice property. Made me wish I stayed in a hotel.

Very nice and luxury apartment, not cheap, but worth it if all is well. We had two issues: (1) the bedlinnen was not clean, issue was solved the next day.. (2) it could have been quiet on the balcony, but the gardeners used all sorts of very noisy equipment.

The property is lovely, and we enjoyed the Mountain Views after a week of ocean views. The condo is spacious and as described. Great owner-suite bathroom. Nice to have full-size laundry machines. Convenient location from which we drove all over the island. The sliding doors to the lanai were great. A small suggested improvement: change the blinds in the guest bedroom, as they are see-through when the light is on.

This was a great central location not only for Waikoloa Village but for the Island it’s self. The Condo slept 4 comfortably and had a well equipped kitchen. Beach towels and chairs were also provided along with an ice chest. We were very pleased and had a fantastic vacation!

The Resortica Management Company and the quality of Vista D302 enhanced our Memory-Making experience in Hawaii. Very nice unit with upgraded furniture and features. Great rain, waterfall shower in the Master bedroom suite. The guest suite also had their own bathroom. Full size washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen utensils. On the top floor which eliminated issue of noise from above. Excellent on all levels but your emails and other communication addressed concerns so well that my interaction was minimal. Resortica Feedback: Very impressed as a renter. Good info emails before (keys, gate code, pool code - all worked), during (area restaurants and other information), and after ( how to check out). Informative and accurate. Little spice gift welcoming us. Then, provided beach “supplies” as in beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. All nice quality. In addition, “living supplies” for lack of a better word was also supplied.. We brought laundry detergent pods (left them) since Resortica provided some plus plastic Costco garbage liners, dishwasher soap, broom & dust pan, etc - all which is very smart since we took care of items cause stuff was available. We have rented from a lot of Management Companies. I would rate them the best.

Fully renovated condo with spectacular mountain view from the living room and master bedroom. The condo is well stocked. No carpets. I like the spotless linens and bath towels. LG washer and dryer seemed new. The property is very quiet. Five minutes drive to Queen's marketplace. We love 49 Black Sand beach.
