Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

This place is awesome with views of marina/ocean, great location and plenty to do within walking distance .Only issue is bathroom sink was clogged and pull out sofa bed mattress is not comfortable and probably needs to be replaced with a better cushion mattress, other than that it was amazing!!

Spent 3 weeks in this unit and it was clean and quiet, plenty of towels and appreciated starter supplies of TP, coffee, paper towel and trash bags. Would recommend investing in a coffee pot with automatic shutoff, and a new couch. Other than that, very comfortable unit and an amazing view.

The view was incredible from this condo. We enjoyed the convenience of the location and stores on the main level. The pool we found lacking in comparison to the neighboring properties. We would stay here again!

The property is one of the easiest living condos in the Ilikai. The marina views were lovely and the sunset was killer-good. The condo has a wall separating the living and sleeping areas which makes a small footprint live bigger. Management was responsive before checkin then a ghosted on requests for late check-out. Didn't affect the stay, though.

This was a perfect room for us. The room was very clean. It is well laid out with spacious sleeping and sitting spaces. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has a large sliding glass door and a large balcony with a view of the marina, ocean and Ala Moana park and beach. A hint: parking at the marina is substantially less than hotel perking and is convenient. A couple nits. The sofa is old and tired and as such is not all that comfortable. There were no pans at least that we could find. So we bought a small one and left it for future guests. Also, there was no beach umbrella ( really a mandatory beach accessory) so we bought a cheap one of those and left it too. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay again at 1639.

We have stayed in several units at this property. This was our first time with a harbour view. It was amazingly beautiful and the unit was nice.

The unit is located inside the iconic Ilikai building located at the north of Waikiki beach. The apartment is large, super well equipped and it's perfect for a couple. At ground floor there's a small deli/grocery store surprisingly well stocked in which you can buy everything you need to enjoy a dinner or a drink while watching at the wonderful view you will have from the unit.

We loved this apartment from the moment we stepped in. It is so well structured that it felt bigger than it was. Spacious with a nice balcony and a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is very well equipped! Hope to come back one day :)
