This one bedroom is furnished with island-themed decor with nice comfortable furniture. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and relaxing while watching movies or your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Enjoy a view of the mountains from the lanai. Waikiki Banyan is conveniently located between Diamond Head and Waikiki's main shopping district. It's just a short walk into Waikiki for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 30 day stay in this convenient one bedroom condo. It fit all our needs throughout our stay. The furniture (beds and livingroom chairs) are worn and could use an update but for the price it was right so it’s hard to complain. We would stay here again.

Location is great. It could use new mattress ,recliners , but still ok. Well stocked kitchen. Like that same floor as pool, hot tub , barbecues .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the1 bedroom condo #607 at Waikiki Banyan. It was on the same floor as the swimming pool so it had a nice indoor/outdoor feel once walking out the door. The condo was comfortably furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Another plus was a washer/dryer in the unit and free parking with a parking pass. We stayed 30 days and were quite comfortable there. It is one block to the beach and on the quieter end of Waikiki. The only down side was the view from the lanai was a parking lot and both double beds could use new mattresses.

The property exceeded my expectations. The property management was fully professional, always accessible and helpful. The unit had a more than a full complement kitchen, cleaning and other equipment. Free parking is a huge plus and the location on the 6th floor make it easy to access the pool, barbecue and common areas.
