The BBQ grill is just a short walk down the steps next to our observation deck, perched over the seawall. This is a fabulous spot for enjoying one of our amazing sunsets, or watching the turtles swim by.
A low density property, Maui Sands glows with the ambiance and charm of Old Hawaii. We have 20 units in a traditional 2-story building, in a park-like setting.
Our check in time is 5pm and check out is 11am.
Please enjoy full use of #715 and the grounds of Maui Sands Seaside while you are here. The exception is the owners lock out. Please do not open any locked closets or cupboards.
You will find beach towels , chairs and coolers, as well as a book trading library and games for you use as well. We recommend renting snorkel gear for best fit and hygiene.
On the grounds of Maui Sands Seaside you will find a sundeck as well as lounge chairs across the oceanfront lawn of the property for sunbathing. There is also a BBQ located at the bottom of the ocean side stairs for guest and residents use.
Please note this property does not have any shared pool access, but the proximity to the ocean makes it absolutely ideal!
Our hale is your hale! With the exception of the owners lockouts, you have access to all areas of the condo.

We are in the heart of Honokowai, close to delicious take-out and dine-in restaurants, as well as shopping, grocery stores, and the award-winning Farmer's Market.
We keep several guide books in the condo for your use as well.
Although we recommend that you purchase a car rental to see the island, there is a bus service here on Maui. There are bus stops all along road, and one both just north and just south of the property of the main road, Lwr Honoapiilani Rd.
*We have a check in time of 5pm and a check out time of 11am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
*This unit does have AC that is more than adequate to cool the space, and is located in the living room. There are both ceiling fans and floor fans in the living room and bedroom. Please note that as Maui has some of the most expensive electric in the US, we keep it on a timer to mitigate costs.
*We take your safety and well-being seriously. We have a comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing program for this property. Our cleaning service and on-site staff are spending as much time as necessary to make sure that all areas of your rental are thoroughly cleaned before you check in.
We ask you to plan ahead as we may not be able to allow early check ins and late check outs as often as we would like.
For check ins on Christmas and Thanksgiving day our cleaning service charges an addtional holiday cleaning fee of $75.

Condo was clean and the AC unit worked fine to cool down the space. A bit inconvenient when the exterminator came to spray one morning, but adequate warning was provided by signs posted 48 hrs before.

Great location. Walking distance to rent snorkels or grab a bite to eat at the fish market. Steps from the beach. Comfy bed. It was nice to have coffee pot and dishes. I would stay here again.

This apartment has all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. The garden view and short trip out the door to get to your private beach are perfect. The ocean is so close you have your very own sound machine every night. It is also a perfect location to get to downtown Lahaina, food trucks and a farmers market. Would stay again.

It is a nice condo, with a sliver of a view of the ocean from the lanai. If you like air conditioning, then this isn't the place for you. While the condo does have an air conditioner, it's on a timer, so the most you can have it running is 90 minutes before it shuts off. Fortunately, for us, once we got the windows opened up, it was cool enough at night. In the hotter months, the ocean breeze may not be enough to keep cool. It was nice, however, going to sleep to the sounds of the waves. The bedroom backs to the walkway, so anyone not being perfectly quiet as they walked by would wake us up. During low tide, we enjoyed walking along the beach and the rocks. The lawn chairs along the sea wall was a nice place to watch the sunset. We found a really good snorkel beach just a couple of stop lights south of us. The rather large damage deposit seems really out sized for a small one bedroom condo. We opted for the damage insurance, but that still sticks in my craw.

It was very clean and spacious. Lovely lanai. Not a great view at all and not in a great location. The picture on the advertised of this Ocean Front Property is taken from the adjacent resort. The brown building in the shot is this listed resort. Not able to get down to the beach as it shows in the picture either. Water was always too high so this must be a very old picture I would gather. To walk wasn't a nice area. Had to drive to get to any nicer area or larger beach.

We stayed at their place for about a week. The location was amazing, it was 10 seconds from the beach (5 if you're sprinting)! It was very private and quiet. Great place if you're looking to relax and get away from the busy hotels. That being said, it was very central as well. There were convenience stores, restaurants and bars just a hop, skip and a jump away.
There was a famer's market not too far away where you can get fresh fruits and organic produce. Also, the on-site property manager (Heather) was very accommodating and quick to respond.
We will definitely be back!

Great location, nicely stocked with all imaginable needs, super close to the beach. The washer and dryer were a great amenity, especially with all the sand and salt water.
