This one bedroom, one bathroom unit is the perfect spot for your Maui vacation. Located at the quaint resort of Paki Maui, you'll feel at home the moment you step inside. Enjoy your meals al fresco from your private garden view lanai. This unit offers a convenient and well stocked kitchen so all you need are groceries! You'll stay cool with the Maui tradewinds right off the ocean, and there are also ceiling fans throughout.

Step into the serene and tranquil master bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen size bed. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good book or just relax after a long day in the sun. The beautifully remodeled, spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower and custom tilework.

Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua. Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping, Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility.

My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap as well as a starter kit of essentials.

There are no resort or parking fees at the resort.

Absolutely love this unit! Super clean and relaxing. The unit had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Very close to restaurants and grocery shopping. We had a car rental but did a lot of walking. This condo is steps from the beach and pool.

So cute and perfect for my little family. The courtyard was beautiful and makes the condo feel very private. The pool and hot tub are awesome, and it's so nice to be able to take a dip and watch waves from the pool while bbqing. Love love loved our stay and can't wait to go back!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Paki Maui. The courtyard is gorgeous and the patio felt fairly private because of all of the tropical plants around us. It was a bit noisy at times because we all kept our windows open, but everything else about the condo was just perfect. It was clean, well-appointed, had a beachy vibe, and a great location. We'd love to come back one day!

We were impressed with the kitchen, the comfort of the furniture, and the easy location north of Kaanapili. The first floor access was great but has the draw-backs (as noted by others) of noise from parking lot and garden/koi pond area. Most of the time, that was manageable but we did have one short night of the five we were there because of noise. Perhaps consider bringing earplugs? I suggested to the property manager that they provide intel in the welcome binder about location of laundry rooms on property, trash dumpsters, and even of the office where one gets a parking pass. A shortage of signs made exploration mandatory. Not a bad thing on its own, but not everyone is able to wander around for 15 minutes looking for something on a large site. Also, I knew enough to get the wi-fi SSID and password from the router, but not everyone will. That might be useful information for some guests too. Again, we really enjoyed our stay and found the unit lovely in many ways. The above are offered as friendly thoughts for enhancing the experience for others. Best wishes.

We liked this property, but likely wouldn't stay in this particular unit again. The positives of this unit were it's kitchen, which had nice appliances and counters, making cooking and eating in the unit very easy. We also liked the complex's pool and BBQ. Since the check-in is so late and the check-out so early, the pool is a great place to lounge and enjoy the view. There are communale bathrooms in the basement that you can use to change. This was a nice feature. The negative was definitely the bedroom; the bedroom window faces the main walkway for the parking lot. When people talk on the walkway you have the impression they are right in the room, and it wakes you up at all hours. Also, there is no AC, so you have no choice but to leave the window open for circulation. Another down side was the shower, which sprayed water all over the bathroom (the shower curtain does not solve this problem); a sliding door insert would have been a better choice for the space. It's a nice place, but I would not sugest it for light sleepers.

Great location - many amenities in walking distance. more than adequate space for 2 people. 10 minute to downtown Lahaina. Appliances all new & clean. Back beach wall under construction/repair so couldn't enter water at the property edge, had to walk down to an adjacent beach. Pool area great for lounging. Would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed at Paki Maui in this lovely unit. The unit is extremely clean, nicely decorated and very user friendly! Just about anything you might need is provided. Great location for quick and easy access to the pool/whirlpool/bbq (we enjoyed all three) and oceanfront. Being we were here in January, we were treated to quick a show of whales right off of the shore! This unit is wonderful for doing all you might want to do including nothing at all! 😉

Location was central and quiet. Beautiful pool/hot tub area. If it was air conditioned it would be perfect but there are plenty of fans. Thank you!
