This studio unit has 2 twin beds and will accommodate up to 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, 2 burner stove, and other small appliances.
The living area has a large LED TV and DVD player.

This very convenient location is just a short 5-7 minute walk to famous Waikiki Beaches, shops, entertainment, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, International Marketplace and the Fort Derussy Army Museum, are close by. The Bus, which stops within a half block, offers transportation to local attractions, downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, Pearl Harbor, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Aloha Flea Market, Aloha Marketplace, Hanauma Bay, as well as trips around the Island! Be sure to grab the 2 backpack chairs we provided for you to take on your adventures!

I would highly recomend any property managed by Alohana reality. Their response time to any problem was immediate and fairly resolved. Very clean and well supplied property overlooking the pool and away from most traffic noise.

It is our 6st time in HAWAII. This condo was in a great location, clean and tidy, it was perfect for our needs and very well set up. Five minutes walk to the famous WAIKIKI beach, restaurants and activities, also the lanai was great lots of space... Concerning the pool, i would recommend that you install a (RUBBER STOPPER) then it would make less noise when people open and close the fence. We do recommend this vacation rental GUY.D (Québec) Canada

STAYED FOR 21 DAYS [OCT.] LOCATION GREAT ONLY MINUTES FROM ALL AMENITIES..IF YOU ARE NOT DRIVING THE BUS STOP IS ONLY 100 YARDS,AND VERY EASY TO USE. APARTMENT VERY CLEAN AND VERY FUNCTIONAL,BEDS ARE A LITTLE HIGH FOR SHORTER PEOPLE BUT VERY COMFORTABLE.FACILITIES AT ISLAND COLONY ARE TOP CLASS.THIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT STAY AND WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT FIRST CLASS

The beds are a little stiff, wish they were little bit more comfortable. We enjoyed the private Lanai and the view of the pool. Nice to have a mini mart and laundry facilities on the location. Definitely took advantage of that. We didn't have a car, so I don't know how that works. But we did take the bus and it was very simple. I would definitely come back if I need a place for my situation as my son and I were doing a college check at UH Manoa. So this time it worked out great for us, but I would have to have something larger if I bring my family with me. If you are a couple going together you would probably want one larger bed. But if you are just two friends going for a little getaway, you absolutely cannot beat the price and location! The bathroom was a little small but everything else in this apartment / condo was great. The place was full of supplies, so that was really nice. Just the little things were a nice touch. And actually, giving my review now, I want to go back! LOL😀😀😀

Great spot in Waikiki! Close to everything! Pool and hottub were excellent not to mention the view from both, and BBQs! Suites were very small but very nicely furnished and accessorized with everything you could need besides food(and a blender). $30 a day for parking? Didn't appreciate that at all. Checking in was easy and the communication and correspondence with Alohana Realty(property managers) was very thorough and prompt. Would stay there again. Needs complimentary passes for parking.

Very clean, and perfect size. Short walk to the beach & close to downtown / good restaurants.
