The Property, with beach view, was as advertised. There is road noise, but nothing that disturbed our stay.
Even though I received detailed instructions w photo about getting the key and getting in, I got confused. Luckily one of the maintenance people was around, and showed me how to get in. I never saw the property manager - no one in office during stay.
A good choice for exploring the island and close to the airport and to Costco for gas.

This is a very comfortable property with a beautiful outlook. It is situated right next to a main road so there is a lot of passing traffic. The double windows in the bedroom pretty much cut out all the noise when you are trying to sleep and it didn’t bother us in the other part of the unit. The location is very central and convenient and the owner was extremely helpful and obliging. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our 2 weeks staying there. No problem issues at all. Kevin was very easy to communicate with and very helpful in assisting us with advice on things to do there. I'm pretty picky on wanting a comfortable bed and this one was amazing. We are going over our calendar now to decide when to return. Love this place.

Great view of Wailua Bay, enjoyed eating on the lanai. Nice to have chairs, umbrellas and icechests. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Bed very comfortable and blackout curtains. Excellent communication with Mgr., he responded quickly to messages. Most important, would we stay here again? Most definitely YES!

Our stay was excellent! We were thrilled to find the Condo went above & beyond our expectations! It was spotless, well equipped with cookware, eating utensils, glasses, etc. The bedroom was very quiet even with the traffic outside. The view and the grounds were beautiful and the pool was beautiful. The Condo was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. We will definitely be back!

This was a top rated condo. I am quite picky and this came in as pretty much perfect. Great location, great selection of utensils and top-line appliances. This was a comfortable yet elegant condo with a beautiful ocean front view. Many dining and shopping choices within 5-10 minutes. Great location—half way between north shore and south shore. We went as far as you can drive around the entire island each direction (one day each way comfortably). Thanks for a great 5-day visit!!

We enjoyed our 12 days in Kauai and we are so glad we choose this condo to stay in! It was a central location to do activities all over the island. There was always parking available and it was super easy to get in and out of! The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the amenties listed worked great! We utilized the gas grill by the pool several days and made meals in the kitchen. Great pans, utensils, and dishes are available. We also used the dishwasher, washer and dryer several times and they worked great! The air conditioners in the living room and bedroom worked great! The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained. We liked that the garbage and recycling drop-off was easy and convenient! We also loved the warm, homemade malsadas across the street at Passion Bakery and had a great meal at Leong's within walking distance. We also spent a lot of time at the Coconut Market just down the street (loved JoJo's Shave Ice), as well as Lava Lava Beach Club for breakfast, dinner, drinks, and amazing desserts right on the beach! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay! We will absolutely stay again! This is truly a perfect location and condo to stay at while in Kauai! Mahalo!

Amazing views, super clean, owner was awesome. Location is great, able to go north or south for activities less than an hour either way. Stay a week enjoyed it, very quiet, friendly people. Will be back for sure.

This is unquestionably the best rental we have stayed in. It is not only the cleanest, but the most well-appointed even down to having umbrellas available in case of rain. The appliances were updated and easy to use. The condo was well stocked with extras in case you forgot something such as detergent, paper towel, etc. There are also body boards, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach toys to use. It also had many beach towels stocked. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The condo complex itself is easy to get in and out of in addition to being centrally located on the island to travel to other points of interest. Kevin is a wonderful owner and tended to our few needs quickly and with courtesy. We would definitely recommend staying here and if back in Kauai where we would choose again.

This property is very clean and has all of the amenities you’d need for your stay. Kevin was great with communication and includes a welcome packet with tons of useful information. The condo even has boogie boards and snorkel gear to use. The listing is sort of misleading, you can’t see a sunrise or sunset from the room, but you do have a nice ocean view. When you arrive, you have to fill out a check in form in the office, no one was in there at the time so it was a little confusing.

Was there for 6 days, the apt had everything we needed. Really well equipped. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved the brand new washer and dryer, very useful. The only drawback at the time was traffic across the road. Just took us a little longer to get where we wanted to go. We appreciated to be on beach, being so close was quite nice. Did not swim there because the waves were a little too strong for our taste, went to Kalapaki Beach instead. If you like pastries, there is a good bakery just across the street from the apt. Also we had Mark, one one our neighbours who was very helpful. All and all, would love to go back. Thank you Kevin, you got a great place!

Great location, perfect for exploring the island. Relaxing on the lanai and overlooking the ocean was great option when a couple days of rain prevented other beach activities. Price was unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with a million dollar view! We’ve stayed at this complex a couple of times a few years ago but not in this unit. I’ve traveled a lot over the past 30 years, and this condo was the cleanest I’ve ever seen! Kevin is a great host, promptly answers all inquiries, and provides very clear directions for everything,. The condo was very quiet, and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching fishermen and surfers. The condo is very well equipped and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the a/c in the living room when it got a bit too warm but we mostly had beautiful non-humid weather and didn’t need to use it much. Truly a great value for a convenient location to explore the island. Mark the property manager was also so friendly! When I return to Kauai, this condo will definitely be my first choice. Best stocked vrbo we have stayed in. This owner has thought everything, even food storage baggies, containers and bag clips. Has ice/filtered water too! Place immaculate. Gorgeous view except for when look down to right from deck ( remains 1950s Coco Palms resort that was destroyed by hurricane 1992). Took one point off for incessant road noise BASS BOOMING CARS that start at 6 am until late evening. Condo right by highway. We use white noise at night to sleep so not an issue then. Thankfully, most of that was only heard when sitting on lanai. The beach is easy to access (down stairs to left). Not a swimmable beach but nice and clean.
This is a gem of a condo and would rent again. It is second story without elevator so you do need to carry luggage etc up two flights stairs. That may be a challenge for some?
Nice pool. Never felt unsafe at this facility.

We (family of four) have recently stayed in this property. By far, the best one we have experienced during our trip through the Hawaii islands. The apartment feels very new, clean, modern, you have everything you need (and beyond) in the kitchen and elsewhere in the house. The balcony is spacious and opens to the ocean and the beach., with plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. The pullout sofa was the best we had so far, very comfortable. It is within walking distance to an outdoor plaza with stores (like Island Country Market) or eateries. There's also a bakery right outside the building with wonderful homemade pastries. The bedroom faces the road, but with the windows closed the noise is much reduced. The building manager was very nice and helpful, also working around the clock to maintain the cleanliness of the property. There's an outdoor non-heated pool and grills for use, all fenced in. The beach is close, need to go down the stairs and then walk a few steps on the pedestrian walkway, on the roadside. Overall a very pleasant experience, we highly recommend it!

We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and have not had a bad experience with any of them, but this property owner is the best! The governor asked people not to come when we had our first reservation. Kevin was great, allowing us extra time to cancel and then rebooking. We had a miscommunication on the rebooking. Kevin was super in solving it even though it was not his fault. The condo was perfect in every way!

The condo is a great location midway between both coasts. It has everything you need for your stay and was very clean. The beach itself isn't one of the prettiest and needs some cleanup. Couldn't find the notebook they mentioned but that really wasn't a huge deal. Be prepared for traffic though in Kapaa but after a few days you learn the go around to get to the condo quicker when coming back from the North side of the island.

Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed (except for a baking pan). Complex was nice and right across the street from the best Korean BBQ ribs I've ever had. Pool was great (clean, warm, deep and shallow) except for a rule that you can't "jump in." AC worked great. Central location allowed us to get to both Princeville and the western edge of the island easily. There are a couple dilapidated buildings next door, but we still felt safe. Bed was soft, which some might like. Water pressure was wonderful. Overall, we would recommend.

My son and I visited and absolutely loved it. The easy access to the adjacent beach for morning and nighttime strolls was excellent. I couldn’t keep myself off the balcony when I was in the condo. The view watching locals fish and do catch and cooks was a favorite. This place has easy access to local eateries and more as well as being rt on the hwy. so getting everywhere else is a breeze. My only note to those staying is that they are doing road work that can get quite loud in the AM and day. But we were up and out early daily anyhow, so it really isn’t a huge bother and likely won’t last forever. But know that if you plan to kick it around the condo in the day, it will be noisy. But 5pm on…nothing but wave sounds.

We got married on Anini Beach, which was beautiful. Then came to stay a few nights here before traveling to poipu. Perfect spot for middle way of the island. Great access to a beach with hardly anybody on it all day. Kevin is responsive to any questions we had. Very clean and will definitely stay here again.

Kevin’s condo was absolutely perfect. So clean and beautiful. Location was great. Centrally located which was so convenient. Wonderful restaurants and bakeries close by. Loved this place! Great central location, steps from the beach. The condo is well equipped, very clean and organized. It's obvious that the owner has spent time considering the needs of the visitors, from lanterns and batteries for outages, to poles for hiking, and everything you need for time at the beach, including coolers and sand toys. This was the perfect condo for our week in Kauai. It is conveniently located close to food and shopping as well as centrally located for visiting both the north and south coasts. The condo has everything we needed to enjoy the week, including towels, boogie boards, chairs etc. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, blankets, towels, pool/beach accessories.
My only concern was the smell in the bedroom. It was a musky/moldy/moisture smell. I don’t know if the carpet needs to be cleaned, replaced, or if the room just aired out but something should be done. Other than great, it was a great experience.

Really liked the location of the condo as it was near to the airport and had good food options near by. The condo itself was spacious and we appreciated the snorkel, body board, and cooler that were available for us to use for our beach days. Shower had great pressure and added to the relaxation.

This was really a great condo and a great value! It was spotless & extremely comfortable. It had so many small extra amenities that enhanced the enjoyment of our vacation. We loved the lanai. Ocean front and great location that is so close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property is only 5 miles from the airport. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped and has AC in the living room and bedroom. The washer and dryer are nice amenities. There’s a nice swimming pool and a couple of BBQ grills. We only ate out once for lunch while exploring, otherwise we prepared all our meals in the condo - so much cheaper and healthier. I will stay here again the next time I’m in Kauai.

This was our second stay at this beautiful property! We appreciate how responsive and attentive Kevin is to every detail. The condo is very well equipped, making it easy for us to enjoy all of the adventures on Kauai. Body boards, snorkel equipment, great beach towels, hiking poles, just to name a few. The location makes it easy to explore the entire island, and even though the north coast (great beaches and hiking) was still closed from the flooding, we enjoyed Hanalei bay, and were able to find hikes on the east side that were challenging and fun! We never heard any other tenants around us, and really liked the new on-site manager of the complex. Thanks Kevin!

This was one of the best equipped and comfortable places we have rented and we often rent through VRBO. The location was central to everything on the island, the bed was comfortable and there were several shops and restaurants we could walk to. I think the ghost of Elvis still patrols the ruins next to the condominium.

We have never used VRBO before and I was a little nervous about it. When we compared prices for places to stay in Kauai, there was no beating the price of this oceanfront condo so we took a chance. It was the best idea that we ever had. The condo was beautiful and well taken care of. It had all the necessities of the beach (including chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc.) and had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It was our first time to Kauai and we weren't sure how hard it would be to find the location or if it was going to be near anything at all. It was so easy to find from the airport and it is located very close to Kapaa'a without being right in the middle of all the traffic. I have no reservations about recommending this condo. We had the most amazing time and would definitely return to this condo if we ever come back to Kauai. This will be the best decision you make about your decision to Kauai so go ahead and take a chance!

If it weren't for the neighbor, I would give this stay a higher star rating. The condo itself was very well equipped and all we had to do was hit the local market to do a little shopping to make our stay complete. There was an ocean view from this condo, but there was also a direct view (like...right at your feet view) of a burnt out, closed up business building. Not so good. The condo was situated at the end of the complex closest to the main road, so if you wanted to open the windows, the traffic was a bit of a nuisance. Especially at night time. Plus, the way the condo was situated there was very little air breeze through it. BUT, the main reason for the low star rating was the incessant boom, boom, booming (someone's surround sound system) from one of the condo's near by us. It just never stopped and made what could have been a nice stay into a not so nice stay. It would have been nice if the complex itself would have had some lounge chairs on the grassy knoll for guests to use to enjoy the ocean view.

A very nice place from which to enjoy a Kauaian holiday. Comfortable bed, nicely appointed, good kitchen. Lanai sort of overlooks beach...really it overlooks the roof of the old Coco Palms bar (vacant 26 years as of this writing)...but the sea breeze and long view towards Lihue is nice. Strangely, the kitchen had no paper towels, the only thing lacking. Washer/Dryer worked very well; it was a pleasure to be able to have clean clothes during the trip!
