We have been to Napili Point numerous times, and as always we had a great experience in this condo. The view was perfect, and the location was off to the side, which kept it clear of foot traffic and private. We loved the grassy area outside of the slider, it was nice it was only accessible to two other units.
The only next steps of the unit was just that it was a bit dated and could use some updates. The AC unit has roots growing out of it, and the kitchen is super small.
Other than that, my family and I had a wonderful time, and we would stay in this unit again. Thanks!

This is such a perfect location for a Hawaiian vacation. Quiet neighborhood. Nearby so many amazing restaurants, beaches, and scenic spots. The condo was clean and perfect for me and my wife. Thanks again so much!

This condo is in an amazing location- snorkel in the bay below with turtles, walk to Napili or Kapalua Beach’s, short drive to grocery store, restaraunts nearby…. The condo was clean and had basics provided in the kitchen. A startup of coffee provided and chocolate covered mac nuts were a nice treat. The view from the lanai looking out at the ocean is breathtaking. We enjoyed many afternoons by the pool. The neighborhood felt safe and very friendly people. Highly recommend! We will be back.

We loved the view of the cove, the ocean and the rainbows.
I wish the property would improve the access to the cove. I didn’t try to snorkel there because of the steep trail down to the bay. Very disappointing.
We like to play card games, but the lighting by the dining table was quite dark. It could use an extra pole lamp or overhead light. There also could have been more outdoor lights on the path.

Our stay was awesome. When we landed we received a call that the property was ready for us, and that was around 1PM which was 3 hours before our original check-in time. The property is great and as advertised. Its a 1 bedroom, but the common area has a lot of space. The patio and grass area right outside the slider is a great place to eat dinner and watch the sunset over Molokai, which we did most nights. The property is close to everything you need, there is a market a 3 minute drive away along with plenty of restaurants. The only downside is that there is no immediate beach access off of the property, but it is only a 5 minute walk away, so even then its not bad. The management company was very responsive as well. There were a few items missing from the property for when we checked in, and within 15 minutes someone from the company was there dropping them off. This is a great condo, you wont regret staying here.

Nice unit with outstanding views of the setting sun and Molaki every evening. Very good location with easy walks to two sandy beaches. The West Maui bus stop is right here; first stop is Napali Plaza and a good grocery store & a few casual restaurants.

It was easy to rent online and did not disappoint. The beaches and snorkeling bay were close by and easily assessable . The views outside our windows were spectacular. There were lots of places to dine close by and most tourist sights were a short drive away. What I appreciated most were the beach supplies including chairs water boards, sand toys, and beach towels were there ready for us as was a washer and dryer. Great stay!!

Photos do NOT do this place justice - the view from your lanai will never get old - sunsets are stunning and being able to see both turtles in the bay and whales on the horizon was nothing short of magical.
The condo itself has everything you need - complete with boogie boards which we used frequently at the nearby Napili Bay. And my son LOVED being able to explore the tidal pools right in front of this complex.
The check-in process was seamless and communication from the property management efficient and complete.
Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars from my whole family!

My husband and I stayed in Lahaina for 3 nights and we could not be happier with Napili Point! The condo was beautiful and stocked with all your needs during your stay! We loved sitting on our patio every night watching the sunset and waking up every morning watching the whales while drinking coffee! Check in was easy and everyone was very friendly! KBM rentals kept us updated from booking to check out and left very easy instructions! We would definitely stay here again!

The unit is fine and perfect but the furniture both inside and on the Lanai need to be updated. It was accurate to the pictures and would stay at this property again if the interior just was brought up a little. Comfortable furniture can make the difference on a vacation meant to be relaxing.

View was A+. Location great. Wife was spotty—not that that was a big deal as we didn’t go to sit on our phones; however, it should be mentioned. My only comment is that the apartment could use some up keep/updated. The patio furniture could be replaced with something more comfortable and the kitchen could use some love. Otherwise, it was fantastic and we’d stay again.

Our family of four - 2 adults, 2 teenagers - found this one-bedroom apartment roomy enough for a week-long stay at Napili Point. It is a convenient location that has a good snorkel spot just steps away from the lanai. The proximity to a grocery store and restaurants is also a bonus.

This was a great unit, very clean, well appointed (included two beach chairs, umbrella, medium sized ice chest) with a spectacular view. I’ve stayed at Napili Point Resort before, and I can say from experience, this is a very nice unit. The pictures don’t do the view justice—it’s even better in person. Comfy bed, nice shower, granite countertops, washer and dryer. Napili Point is the best place to stay in West Maui—it’s a nice calm quiet complex walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches in Maui with great, safe snorkeling. Turtles galore. You won’t be disappointed.

This unit is the perfect location close to the pool and snorkeling but away from the lower level traffic while still having a patio and lawn. Everything was very clean and all you would need is available in the unit. Was pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and an umbrella. Would have appreciated one light housekeeping day in our 10 day stay. Had to was sheets and towels myself, not a big deal, but… also floors needed to be swept. Other than that.. very nice.

My friend and I came for a vacation in Hawaii to celebrate the end of the school year. It was very clean and exactly how it looks on the pictures online. It had a gorgeous view of the beach and pool. Unfortunately, there was construction on the top unit during our stay but it was taken care of as soon as I emailed the office to let them know. Otherwise, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this place for your vacation.

The property was just as advertised. It is clear that the owners and property managers put a lot of attention to details. It was perfect for a couple but with the sofa bed, it can accomodate also a family with 2 young children. Napili Point is a very tranquil property, overlooking the wonderful turtle cove. It was nice to wake up in the morning, see the ocean and eat our breakfast outside on the lanai. The property is easy walking distance to Napili beach and even Kapalua (20 min walk), and close to lovely restaurants like The Merrimans or The Cane and Canoe at the Montage. Don't miss sunset with a drink at the Seahouse on Napili Bay.

We’ll-equipped condo with plenty of space for me and my young son to relax. We’ve rented on Maui for years and the telling sign of an owner who truly cares is whether they have a decent set of sharp kitchen knives. This unit did have a nice set of sharp knives and everything you’ll need in the kitchen as well as everything you’ll need for the beach. We’ve used KBM before and they make everything super simple and are always quick to respond if you need anything or have questions.
The condo development is convenient, quiet and just far enough away to escape the crowds at the larger resorts. Great snorkeling is a few steps away though a rocky entry. Napili beach is a pleasant walk away but can get crowded.

Great Place! Great Location! And this property came with a rental car! Rental car was from Avis. No strings attached. Everything was as advertised.
