Everything about this property was beautiful, convenient and quiet. The lagoons were not busy during Mid November. Cherie was wonderful. Answered questions and didn't bug us atall. We are quiet people so we enjoyed the space. Private parking, everything included that we needed. Beautiful room! Highly recommend

Cherie was super communicative, friendly and helpful. Condo is as pictured and very well appointed with mod cons and beach/snorkeling supplies. View is stunning (saw lots of rainbows!). Amenities and on-site bar are great. The lap pool is heated and tailored for adults so it tends to be much quieter. Locker rooms have steam rooms and saunas. There is a small shopping center nearby with a minimart, but if you want real shopping you need to drive 15 minutes East to Foodland Farms (great poke bar there!). The Four Seasons has a great restaurant (Mina’s Fish House). Only drawback is this areas is a bit remote from a lot of the popular destinations around the island, but some may find that as a bonus because it’s very quiet. We enjoyed our time here!

We were there for second time so we knew the place. I thought we‘ll see the same facility but little bit worn after 8 years. Surprisingly the place including the apartment remained in the same condition as we left the last time. Photos are exactly real. Everything is clean, everything works. The surroundings are excellent. Lagoon is superbly clean due to the “wave pump” built there. We rented the car so we didn’t need any other transportation.
Two drops of poison into 5 stars review:
- bed mattress and topper are too soft for me. I’m sinking in it
- sofa is of good leather but feels a bit pressed in, but not a trouble for couple of weeks.
And in the end the cherry on a cake: we had a late evening flight and were generously granted with 10 hours late checkout. Thanks Cherie!
Highly likely we’ll be there again.

We really enjoyed this condo and property! Cherie made checking in very easy! Everything that we thought we would get in the unit and on the property met our expectations. The view from our lanai was AMAZING!

Everything was as expected due to the fact that we have stayed at other Villa rentals in the past. The Host Cherie was the best hostess I have experienced. They allowed for a couple hours early check in and allowed a 4 hour late check out which helped us greatly as our flight left in the evening hours. The communication was great. The unit was perfect and well equipped for small children. Very happy with our rental.

This place is incredible! We loved our stay here for our family gathering vacation. The condo is beautiful and spacious and modern, and offers all you need for beach fun with snorkels, chairs, etc. Cheri was our contact and most helpful with good communication. The view provided nightly sunsets. The lagoon is perfect for all vacationers and especially for children. Saw a turtle and followed him for some time! This lagoon was the best of all the four! Loved it all!

Our stay was amazing! Cherie our host made check in very easy and made us feel welcomed upon first communication. The villa is perfect for a small family. Children slept comfortably on the sofa sleeper and the adults had their own rooms. There is a plethora of beach gear and toys in a storage box on the lanai. The lanai is comfortable and hosts beautiful views at all times of the day. Ko Olina has so much to do just within the vacuity. The resort staff is amazing and accommodating with the exception of the pool bartender. This unit is perfect and located near the elevators and on the end so less noise. Highly recommend and hope to return someday.

Perfect condo in Ko Olina Oahu. Avoid Honolulu & Waikiki crowds & traffic! Condo complex is Beachfront & well managed & maintained. Beautiful pool area for adults & kids, koi pond, superb fitness center, BBQ grills areas & all amenities you need for a relaxing stress-free Hawaiian vacation.

We stayed for a week and had a fabulous time. The location was hard to beat with access to lagoons as well as popular sites in Hawaii. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach toys. The grills were convenient and made dinner that much easier to make. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this unit. Everything was as described and there were ample beach toys and a convenient cart to haul your things to the lagoon. I really liked the rolling cooler as well. The beds were very comfortable and the location of the unit was nice for sunsets. We love this resort! Our son likes to feed the koi fish and swim all day at the pools or beach, it is such a gem of a resort. We really loved relaxing on the huge lanai that opens up from the main living / kitchen area of this villa. The only negative was the musty / moldy smell and appearance of black mold in the master shower. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would stay in this unit again. Thank you!

This resort was perfection. The condo was wonderful. The pools are amazing. Much less crowded than any of the neighboring resorts. Would highly recommend it to any groups of family or friends traveling together.

This is the second time we have stayed at this facility. It is absolutely incredible from the views, lagoon, the pool etc. This is a fabulous place to stay especially if you have a group with you. Great floorplan and kitchen was fantastic to have.

We had a truly wonderful time at Ko Olina beach villas. Cherie helped get things set up before we even came, and met us there when we arrived. This property had an amazing view, loved the large patio doors. The kitchen was spacious and we used it a fair amount. We have close friends who live in Oahu and Ko Olina made it easy for them to come visit and park. The location was great, really enjoyed the lagoon. Plenty of beach toys for our younger kids, towels to bring for everyone.
The local market was nice for quick things, and not far to larger grocery stores (like foodland for all the Poke options). Dinner books up pretty fast, but honestly not that long of a wait for Monkey Pod or Mekiko Cantina.
We definitely recommend this place for a family, and look forward to coming back again.

We had a wonderful vacation at Ko'olina Beach Villas. Cherie from Honu Homes was very attentive and always available for questions. The unit had spectacular views of the ocean and mountains, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and comfortable bedrooms. We would definitely return!

View was beautiful from the lanai. It was our favorite place to sit and enjoy the ocean and the lagoons. We sat out there in the morning and in the evening.
Felt private since there was no building out in front of us.
Love how the glass slider could be pushed completely open into the wall to enjoy the openness of the living area out to the Lanai.
Cherie, The property manager was is a very good communicator and very helpful with answering our questions as needed.
Did have a bit of trouble at first with some construction going on at the outside wall of our unit. Cherie helped us navigate the process and come up with a solution.

The property was great. It had everything that we needed for our vacation. The unit was clean and well supplied.
Only drawback to property is location If you want more restaurants but there was still plenty to choose from.
The resort was great with the private lagoon compared to the other 2 lagoons in the area. Smaller resort in comparison with a little less traffic.

Property as advertised if not better. Pictures do not do the views and sunsets justice. Cherie was available but not needed, as everything ran very smoothly. Plenty of beach equipment. Great location away from the crowds, but close to the Marriot, Four Seasons and Disney resort. My favorite part was that our lagoon did not have chairs out from the hotel every morning like they did in the other lagoons. It was more of a natural beach feeling with all of the amenities of a resort. Really cute shopping center was a one minute drive or ten minute walk away. Can't wait to come back to this magical place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach villas. We chose a unit that didn’t face the pools because we wanted something quieter. Our unit ended up facing west and the sunsets were spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the rest of unit was nice. My only criticism is that we couldn’t set the thermostat to cooler than 72, which was a little warm for us. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a great addition. The nearby golf course was great. We liked the little shopping area about 1/2 mile away that has some restaurants, an ABC store, and some retail stores. The lagoons and the marina activities are also great. We highly recommend staying here.

This was our first trip to Oahu and it couldn't have been better. It looks just like the photos and the communication and check-in process with Cheri couldn't have been easier.There are a few restaurant options and abc store nearby, we walked but it's a very short drive if needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchcen had just what we needed. We look forward to visiting again.

This is was our second time at the villas, and first in this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. The view, pools, beaches and beds all amazing. Daniel was so easy to deal with during booking and my million questions. Cherie was sweet and friendly during welcoming us and showing us around the condo. Ko Olina is a spectacular little hidden place on Oahu. We would highly recommend this to anyone, and looking forward to our return in the future

After leaving our beautiful Hawaii Nei four years ago we decided to return for a visit to our ohana. Since the lagoons at Ko’olina we’re some of our favorite we decided to rent a place as close as possible. We found Daniel’s condo on VRBO. From the moment we contacted Daniel he was so accommodating. When we arrived at Ocean Villas we were met by Daniel’s representative who immediately showed us Aloha. She got us signed in and walked us to our unit on the 8th floor. She gave us a tour and covered all of the amenities and facility does and don’ts. I will just say that the pictures on the site do absolutely no justice to how nice a place this is. Our favorite part was the double glass pocket doors that disappear into the walls making the covered balcony lanai part of the room. Our view to the left was the beach, to the right the mountains, below a lush green courtyard. Looking straight out across a large vacant are the Disney Aulani and Four Seasons hotels. We spent many hours just sitting on the lanai enjoying the trade winds and the sound of the ocean. The inside of the condo was beautiful with high end appliances, comfortable beds, and soaking tubs and large separate showers. We were also provided with sand toys, beach towels, lawn chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and coolers. We didn’t want to eat every meal out so we were thankful for a fully equipped kitchen and community grills by the pools. I especially enjoyed the fully equipped gym with steam and dry saunas. The location of the condos is just a short walk to some wonderful restaurants, shops and coffee. After living in HI for 22 years and moving to AZ I felt like I had come home!

One of our best vacations to date! Exactly as described and the communication with Daniel was second to none. The evening sunsets while sitting on the lanai were simply amazing. We enjoyed being within walking distance of great places to shop and eat. Absolutely no surprises with this reservation, as the description listed was exactly what we enjoyed. Let me first start by saying that Daniel and his wife, Robin were the most wonderful people I have met, attending to our every need. The view is one of the most spectacular views I have ever seen. The Beach Villas are amazing with beautiful tiled floors, enormous bathrooms, comfortable and beautiful bedrooms, and an amazing kitchen, den, dining and balcony area that overlooked the ocean and the mountains.
Not only was this property beautiful with turquoise lagoons, crystal pools, and luscious foliage and flowers, but it also was so conveniently located. We explored the whole island of Oahu coming back to paradise for rest and relaxation. When we return for our next visit, there is no doubt where we will stay. Truly a wonderful experience---like no other!!!!!!

Our family recently stayed in BT802 and really enjoyed it! This is a two bedroom condo that is very comfortable for a family of four. The master bedroom has a door that can be closed to allow complete privacy in the bedroom, bathroom and closet. The second bedroom can be made up into two separate beds which was perfect for our family. There is a second full bathroom conveniently located just outside the second bedroom. The main room is spacious and opens up to a balcony that has beautiful fully opening pocket doors so the balcony can be an extension of the living space. Beautiful! The ocean view from the 8th floor is gorgeous even though this unit is on the end furthest from the beach (but the beach tower is closer to the beach than the villas). It was still perfect! There will be construction of another hotel right next door this coming year which will probably be a bit disruptive for awhile. We were lucky it hadn’t started yet. The kitchen is modern with high end appliances and is set up perfectly with a beautiful island that was constantly used by all of us. Even though we were there over the Christmas break, our unit was very quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from any condos near us. Daniel was great to deal with. He answered every question I had almost immediately every time I contacted him. He was polite, welcoming and very accommodating. He even had a little lit Christmas tree twinkling on our coffee table upon our arrival! We had access to a parking stall underground which was incredibly convenient. Daniel also made arrangements for a second parking stall in the overflow parking because we had two rental vehicles. I would highly recommend this condo unit. Hopefully the construction next door won’t be very disruptive or very long.

My ailing Mom and 2 siblings stayed at this property November 3rd through the 10th. Daniel was so accommodating making sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
The room was incredible, relaxing, and had the beautiful views as advertised. The shower was a walk-in so that my Mom that does not get around very well could easily hop in the shower without a lot of effort.The quiet lagoon was right in front and was so fun to swim and snorkel in without all of the crowds of Waikiki. The condo also had beach items available for use. Really, it had everything we needed.
Since this condo is located in Ko Olina, I would highly suggest a car for getting around the island. This is also no problem as there is a free parking spot in the garage of the condo. Very convenient and nice that it was included in the price.
Would highly recommend staying here. Both the hosts kindness and the relaxing condo was exactly what we needed.
