This was our second time staying at this property and both the building and unit are well maintained. We also like the ability the location provides for us to walk to most things in Waikiki and is also on a good bus routes. Highly recommend it to those wanting to stay for a bit longer than the typical hotel stay.

The Landmark is a beautiful building and we found the residents very friendly. The Property Manager James was very helpful before and during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we found the kitchen to have everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t rent a car so it was great to have bus stops right out front of the building or just across the street.

I cannot say enough about the property excellence. The lobby and pool are spectacular. Our condo was a high floor with spectacular views of Waikiki Beach and the mountains. The condo was clean with everything we needed for a long stay. Very comfortable beds. The available parking was key to the stay. The obvious 24 hour security made our stay feel very comfortable. Communication with security was easy and accessible. James Turner (JR) meet us upon arrival and made the check-in process easy. JR is a pro at his job, and made out stay enjoyable. He kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. JR is great! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful building. Our unit was fully furnished and included many items needed for daily living. Property should be modernized before too long… removing carpeting and upgrading bathrooms mostly. Fluorescent lighting should be replaced. Parking spaces are very small so don’t bring a large vehicle. Property is close to the Fort Derussey end of Waikiki. Very good on-site property manager.

Waikiki Landmark is a beautiful, gracious, well managed building, just far enough from frenetic Waikiki to be relaxing, but within easy walking distance of everything. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center too.

The property couldn’t have been nicer or better equipped. The highlight was the property manager. He handled every need immediately and graciously. Loved the blackout drapes in the bedrooms and all the premium tv options.

Nice stay at waikiki landmark, the neighbors are nice as well as the security management. James is a great manager. He always replied our message. Apartment is very nice. Just after our stay for couple weeks we figured out that under the sofa there were many popcorns that the cleaning lady didn’t find out, however it is just a tiny small part, Because she did all the rest the best, clean and well folded towels and the very clean kitchen. We really enjoy our stay there!
