Excellent value. There were a couple of days where utilities were shutoff for hours during the weekday for repairs/maintenance — but that’s not the fault of the property owners. Guests were given 24-48 hour notice. Minor inconvenience. It’s Hawaii so why would there be any reason to stay in during the day anyway?

This studio was perfect for me. It was found to be clean and the linen smelled fresh and clean. It had secure parking and entry to the building. The ABC store was just 1/2 a block for morning coffee and other essentials. There are numerous restaurants, stores and bars within walking distance. The king size bed was really comfy.
Print out a hard copy of the emailed check-in procedures and other info. This will make the process much easier than trying to look at your phone each time a task is required.

The place is cute and the view is amazing. The only drawback is that there were cockroaches found in various parts of the room and also in the lift to the room. It’s very close to the beach and good location.

Overall the room was great, but the refrigerator was not working , I contacted Todd and he responded in a timely manner to fix the the refrigerator. The building itself is a little run down there we’re two elevators and one was always out of service.

On the 24th floor and location of the condo, the view looking out over the bay was nice. The condo was on the small side and a little camped. The bed was comfortable. Pool not so great. The high-rise building was dated and rundown. The noise (nothing to do with the condo except location) was loud from traffic and strong winds on the 24th floor. Waikiki is loud no matter where you stay. The biggest negative was the roaches…small roaches mostly in the bathroom but did find a few in the bed. Ugh! The only thing worse than finding a dead roach is finding a live one. For every one you see, there are a hundred you don’t. The building is old and probably infested with roaches. The owner needs to pay for a professional pest service.

The location was very convenient, especially because we came in for the marathon and it was easy to get to the convention center and start line. Having a parking spot was a huge perk! The message from the host provided very clear details on how to access the building and we knew exactly what to do when we arrived. As others have mentioned, there are elevator issues so give yourself extra time and don’t pass it up if the elevator is there! This is beyond the hosts control but it’s the only negative at all. The space was clean and had everything we could have needed. Plenty of supplies to cook with and plenty of refrigerator space. And the view is great. We loved the large windows! We had a great stay here. Although we don’t prefer to stay in the city (we prefer areas that aren’t so busy) we would certainly stay here again if we were in Honolulu. Thanks for a great place to stay!

The AC sounds like a diesel truck is parked in the room. It needs to be serviced and cleaned. It struggled to keep the room at 75 let alone any cooler.
The room was clean and moderately well-stocked.
The location is good if you have a car but not if you are on foot. The closest beach in walking distance is quite rocky.
The TV volume fades in and out.
We killed many tiny cockroaches.
The wait for the elevator was annoying and inconvenient at times and other times came pretty quickly.
The place was okay but I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

The location was perfect and so we’re the checkin instructions. When we first saw all the lockboxes we had no idea how to find the right one. But the checkin message was perfect. The room itself is quaint but adequate. The view was amazing!! Being on the 24th floor was quite nice. But having said that, the elevators were concerning. There are only 2 to service the whole building. While we were there one elevator was out of service. Can’t hold this against Thomas though since those are outside of his control. We would stay here again for sure!!

The owner left detailed instructions on how to access the unit. However the front door electronic lock malfunctioned and he failed to respond to phone calls and texts for 4 hours. We were very close to abandoning the rental to find other accomodations. Also giving a warning to early risers (before 7:30 am) using this building complex.
There is no hot water until all standing water in the pipes of this 33 story complex is emptied out and water from water heater courses to your unit. I ran shower water at full blast for 18 minutes before any change in temperature. Hot water is fine later in the day. I also asked other renters and their experience was the same. Unit has nice furnishings and fixtures. Unit location is good and not too deep in Waikiki. One parking spot provided at no extra charge and very much appreciated. Plasticized "cheat sheet" inside unit giving password for unit WIFI had a typo which gave incorrect password. Owner was notified of this typo.

Not only was the view immaculate but the kitchen was very well equipped with every cooking tool you could imagine. There were so many great additions in the condo as well; a brand new full size fridge (as well as a mini fridge), brand new rain shower head, very comfortable bed, an air purifier, fan, etc. The pictures do not do this beautiful place justice. The windows opened up to allow you to enjoy the sound and weather of outside and is in a very clean, very safe area of Waikiki. We loved that this place included a parking spot, and was only accessible by those who have a garage door key fob. We were thrilled with this location, and the responsiveness of the owner was very impressive. Could not recommend a better place to stay during your vacation!
