THE BUILDING:

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses. Location is about 2 blocks from Waikiki beach. Easy walk. Tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Free parking! Could use a few more hooks around condo to hang multiple towels and suits after day at the beach. May want to consider supplying 2 small beach chairs (backpack style).

Nice property very close to Waikiki Beach and shopping. Clean and comfortable, just as shown. Close to Diamond Head state park. Lovely Mountain View. Elevators a little slow in building and no dishwasher, however this was not a big deal for us.

Location was great, easy to come and go, close walk to the beach and the area we wanted to be near to. Zoo, shops, restaurants, and coffee all right there. Mini mart in the building came in handy too. Great for 2 adults and a 3 year old. We would stay here again!

I loved waking up early every morning and having a cup of coffee on the balcony. The view of the green Diamond Head was spectacular. The room- it’s clean, we loved having a full kitchen because we didn’t want to eat out for every meal. The owners are very communicative and made sure that we reached out in case anything was needed. However, we didn’t need anything- there are small kitchen appliances, silverware, dishes, cutting boards, etc. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book here again.

We loved this condo in Waikiki! It was close to everything including the beach, great restaurants, cute shops, and the ABC. The condo had a beautiful view of the mountains and the backside of Diamond Head. We loved watching the sunrise over the mountains. The condo had a great kitchen which made it easy to make breakfasts, lunch, and dinner. The island was huge and had great seating for our family of four. The condo was a great fit for our family of four (two adults and two teens). Everyone had a bed and their own space. We appreciated the beach chairs and the cooler. They were perfect for beach days! Parking was included and so easy! Which was a huge bonus in busy, parking limited Waikiki. Coffee shop and Mini Mart downstairs were super helpful! We really enjoyed staying at the Waikiki Banyon!

Great property a block from Waikiki beach. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The mountainside view was beautiful each morning to sit and view on the balcony during morning coffee.
Kitchen provided enough supplies to make various breakfasts and lunches. Grills are available on the same floor as the pool for use as we did grill one night.
Absolutely I would stay here again! The communication was great as there was a power issue outside of the owners control the night we checked in. It was resolved within an acceptable timeframe and the rest of our trip went off without any issues.
Our group had 5 people, 3 adults and two kids (14 and 10); we had plenty of room to be comfortable during the time we spent in the room and weren’t out and about.

We have been to Waikiki as a family about 10 times and have always stayed in Hotels until now. This experience exceeded our expectations and we loved the condo. Literally minutes from anything Waikiki and in the Iconic Waikiki Banyan nonetheless. We were ecstatic to find this gem with a perfect amount of space for our family of 4. My daughters won’t sleep together so one slept extremely comfortably on the couch, while the other slept on the bed. All sleeping arrangements were perfectly restful and enough sheets and pillows for all. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our breakfasts, prepare our beach lunches and kick back when we came home. Our host has everything we needed down to beach towels, beach chairs and small beach cooler. We loved the FREE Parking, as that can get ridiculous in Waikiki. Oh, and the INSANE sunrises were absolutely gorgeous with views of Diamond Head. If I had to make a suggestion, not a complaint; I would say update a little more in bath area and kitchen counters but that would be personal preference. We would stay here again when we come back to Waikiki without a doubt!! Thank you so much for accommodations that made our family vacation the best we have had to date!!!

Overall the stay was great. Everything was within walking distance with great shops and restaurants all around. The only drawback was the place was a bit tight knit for a family of 5 but would we perfect for 3 or less. Wish there were more supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper because we ran out and had to buy more. I’d also recommend the owner changing the shower curtains from some material other than cloth because it gets wet and smells like day old stew. However, the pros definitely outweighs the cons for this stay and would recommend to people looking to stay at a condominium near the beach in Hononlulu.

We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan for 8 nights. The unit is as advertised. Room was clean. Unit was stocked with minimal essentials so a trip to the store may be needed depending on your length of stay. We had a group of 5 and it was a little tight but we made it work. They supplied towels for about two showers. So if you’re staying a bit you will need to wash some. The laundry is close to the unit and costs $2.50 per wash and $2.50 to dry. The unit had basic kitchen essentials if needed. I wouldn’t call it a fully stocked kitchen by any means but enough to get by. Beds were serviceable. Furniture was also serviceable. The couch was comfy but the bar stools and only other chair were not. We didn’t spend much time lounging so this wasn’t an issue. The A/C worked fine. It mostly blew in the main living area and not so much in the bedroom area. Room was quiet and halls too. They did have a fan which we used as well. Elevators were a bit of a pain during peak times which seemed like all the time. Waiting for 3-5 minutes and then they were full. Having to wait for another and hoping you’d be able to squeeze in. A few times we ended up walking down the stairs. Parking was ok. Spaces fill up at night so finding a spot could be challenging. Spaces are tight as a lot of places in Oahu are. The unit supplied two beach chairs and a small cooler. I did reach out for some additional chairs and was told that was all that was available. Location was great. Short 5 min walk to the beach and the main drag. Pretty much walking distance from anywhere in Waikiki. Pool was windy the two days we went. It’s on the 6th floor so it was super windy and not too enjoyable at least the days we went. This was our first trip to Oahu and we were told about the crowds. They were not lying as there are a lot of people in that area. All in all it was a nice stay.

Location was good and close to the beach. The fire alarm went off during our stay and had to go down 18 flights of stairs at night. We come to find out that this is not an uncommon occurrence at this property. The kitchen faucet has to be positioned a certain way or else the water comes back on by itself. The air conditioning was very noisy and the toaster had an odor and it appeared dirty. The room was sufficient for our stay on the island.

Good location one block away from it all! Free parking was great! Nice to have a full kitchen. Bathroom light needs to be replaced way too dark. Cabinets have rusted hinges on the inside. Living room sofa/bed wouldn’t adjust in the sleeping position. Overall good staycation and unit just small things could be addressed!

The distance to Waikiki beach and shops is the star of this property. The condo we stayed in was clean. The bathroom is a little dark, just needs brighter lighting. The exhaust fan was quite loud and probably just need to be switched out. Overall, it was a decent stay.
