It was overall a fine place. 3 out of the 4 beach chairs were damaged. Each had cracks in the metal. So, we had 1 chair. The rooster’s crowing kept us up the first night so we moved into the 2nd bedroom where the AC condenser made a loud noise every few minutes. The place was damp. We tried to set the humidifier on the A/C remote but everything felt damp including the bed linens. The toilet seat lid was broken. The pool code we were given never opened the gate, so we stuck with swimming at the beaches. I feel like this rental was over rated. The island of Kauai was spectacular and we really only ate, showered and slept at the rental unit. Mahalo

We were incredibly happy with this condo. The layout was great, it was super clean, location was very convenient and customer service from the management team was excellent. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Kapa’a!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The condo was smaller than expected, but workable. The fold out sofa was comfortable for my 18 year old son. The kitchen had an ample amount of dishes, pans, and utensils. Safeway is located across the street. The pool was spotless, and the condo was very clean.

This location was great for us. Safeway was right acroos the street. There are several places to eat within walking distance. The beach was very close. Less than an hour to either the South or North coast. This enabled us to easily explore the island. The pool was great for the kids.

Down for a wedding. Had friends/relatives in just about every place along Kapaa water front. Nice quiet convenient location. You can pay more and get less!

Very comfortable space for the week. We enjoyed the kitchen and utensils, the beds, the AC and the beach gear. The check in process went very smoothly and I feel like the management really wanted us to feel at home and welcome. The closets did smell a bit musty, which I don't think is the fault of the cleaning crew. It's just humid in Hawaii and hard to keep things smelling fresh. I would also say that I didn't give five stars for accuracy on the property listing because it is close to the beach, but not "steps" to the actual beach where one could hang out for the day. It is very centrally located however, with great amenities nearby.

Property location and condition were exactly as promised and absolutely great! Within the complex, it's also right next to parking and the pool. For digital nomads, wifi speed is over 200!

This place was everything promised! With the pool right outside the back door and the ocean just a quick walk away we were able to enjoy the water at any time. There was also a water spigot right outside the back door for cleaning up before coming inside. Thank you for use of this lovely residential style living space.

This condo had everything we needed and was across the road from the shopping center. A short walk to the beach and close to all the activities we participated in. I would highly recommend this rental.

This unit was a perfect place for a long weekend for our family of 4! It was stocked with the essentials which was so helpful for doing dishes, quick load of laundry, bath/shower. Would stay again next visit!

- Pretty centrally located on the island in Kapa’a right across from a Safeway and ABC store (both in which we used several times).
- Great to be right on the beach for sunrise watching but can’t swim off that beach.
- Very handy to have washer and dryer.
- We used all the beds including the foldout. It was a tight space for a family of five but we were not there very much during the day and so it was perfect for our use (sleeping and breakfast eating).
- management was very responsive any time we reached out.
- There is no parking in the small parking lot for visitors (everyone vacationing), but there is parking along the driveway.
- all of the mini splits in each room cooled the rooms quickly.
Not luxurious to say the least, but the pictures are accurate, the price was reasonable and it served as a comfortable place to sleep!

This lodging was perfect for our family of 4! I loved the location central to any of the activities on the island! While the on-site amenities were not extensive, we did not plan to spend much time there since it was so close to beautiful beaches and excursions. It was clean, had A/C and just enough room for our family to spread out and have our own space. The host was very responsive and checkin/checkout was easy. The only complaint I have was there were no hooks or places to hang swimwear/towels to dry, but that was minor.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Kitchen was fully stocked (pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, etc.) which was awesome for us. There were some complementary coffee, wine, and snacks. Some minor flaws, the ceiling fan in one room rocks back and forth which made it hard to sleep with. Also, the wifi wasn't working, however, the tv had cable so that helped.
