Welcome to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B10 in sunny South Maui! This second-story (no elevator) condo sleeps 4 with a king bed in the downstairs bedroom & another king bed in the upstairs loft bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Perfect for two couples or for two BFFs who wish to have a little more space to spread out with their own bathroom & bedroom.

Our remodeled KITCHEN boasts modern full-size appliances & is fully stocked with cookware, making preparing meals at home a great option after long days exploring or relaxing at the beach. We'll start you off with a roll of paper towels, new sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods & can liners. You'll replenish the towels as needed; ask staff for replacements of other items.

The DINING AREA seats 4 comfortably at a pub-height table with chairs. After an amazing Maui day you'll be enjoying your home-made or take-away meals in the comfort of your own space. There is seating for 2 on the balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails while the sun sets.

The HD flat screen TV with HD cable channels in the LIVING ROOM is perfect for streaming your favorite shows once you're inside for the night & ready to unwind on our comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

New Mitsubishi A/Cs ensure that everyone is comfortable in their own zone. Each room has a ceiling fan to circulate air as well, especially nice during cool evenings when you prefer the windows open.

The DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM has a tub/shower combo, perfect for those who prefer a soak after a hard day's play. The beautifully remodeled UPSTAIRS BATHROOM has plenty of storage and a walk-in shower with grab bars & glass walls. We've included two bars of hotel soap & three rolls of toilet paper in each bath, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your favorite bath & hair products from home, or purchase on island if you're coming with just a carry-on. Each bathroom has a blow dryer.

Your nights will be dreamy in the upstairs bedroom King bed with our new Sealy Posturepedic mattress. The main level bedroom also has a king bed with an ultra comfort mattress - you'll find yourself wanting to sleep late with the room-darkening window coverings. This bedroom also has a tv for those who have different bedtime hours or taste in shows.

We'll have two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a TB umbrella, beach cooler & beach towels waiting for you. Take them with you when you check out Maui's gorgeous beaches!

Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges & umbrellas that are steps from the beach. The outdoor shower is where you'll stop to wash the sand off your toes & beach or water toys.

Grill on one of two BBQs located at the hub of our property - the oceanfront patio where you'll talk story with other guests or enjoy alone time at one of the tables or lounge chairs. Here is where everyone gathers to watch Maui's spectacular sunsets each evening.

You'll find books and games in the two coin-op laundromats. Need an iron? Check out the upstairs laundromat for that & an ironing board.

I love the location in Kihei in that the beach is not crowded and the morning walks are such a pleasure. The space out front by the pool and bbq's is really conducive to meeting new people and having great conversations. At the end of the day I appreciate the quiet evenings and hearing the sound of the surf, wonderful!

The units are dated looking and the carpeting in the outdoor hallways are dirty. The balcony fits two people. The living room seats 3 people. Very small living area and dining area. The complimentary beach chairs and water toys are dirty and old. We literally walked in and started searching other places to stay. We ended up paying to stay somewhere else, even though we could not get a refund here.

We enjoyed the community grill and smore night provided by the host. I would have rated this five stars but the view wasn't as pretty as some of the other areas we visited on the island. The afternoon winds due to being in between two mountains was high! So we couldn't enjoy the beach in the afternoons (only mornings and evenings). Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would rent this condo again.

Great property with a great location. We could walk out of the condo barefoot, down the stairs, across the grass, and right onto the beach where we could walk in either direction on smooth sand. Hope to go back again someday.

Our condo at Kihei Sands was great. The property managers were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The location was great and the access to the beach as close as the description says. The patio at Kihei Sands is a lovely place to spend the afternoon / evening. Our condo had beach chairs and an umbrella which was really helpful. The location in Kihei is nice because it's a quiet spot that's also centrally located to West and South Maui. A few things to know ahead of time: the parking spaces are very narrow so don't rent a large vehicle. The laundry required ten quarters each for washing and drying. The laundry room is open from 2-8 PM but the office (where you get the quarters) is only open until 3 PM, so plan ahead to get your laundry money! Also, it wasn't entirely clear from the listing and photos, but the master bedroom upstairs is open to below and not a private/enclosed space. Not necessarily a problem, but something to be aware of.

Kihei Sands was the ideal location. Right on the beach with intimate surroundings. We enjoyed getting to meet fellow travelers, and barbecuing in the common area. Morning beach walks/runs and swims in the ocean were our routine. The entire complex was very clean and our apartment had updated furnishings. The location was ideal for all of the attractions we desired on the island. We were delighted in every way, and will definitely be back!

This was our 3rd trip to the Islands 1st trip to Maui. This stay at Kihei Sands was absolutely amazing. A smaller property with all the personal care and assistance you could expect. Connie and Patrick (Management) were amazing and so incredibly helpful. I fell like I left with 2 new good friends. The property was very clean and our room was beautiful. It was stocked with everything we needed. Coffee was provided every morning by management, and was perfect while we took in those Maui sunrises right on the beach. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Great little group of Condos. Easy to check in, good communication with property managers, property was clean and well taken care of. We were in unit B10 and had a good view of the water but unit A11 or B11 would be better as it is right on the ocean. Parking is a little tight so bring a smaller car, if possible.

There was construction going on during our stay, which was a little inconvenient at times when we went back and tried to take a nap, however the location itself is worth it. Kihei was our favorite town! The beach is very beautiful and private, which we loved. We had only one interaction with management when we thought our shower wasn't working. Turns out we just weren't doing it right and the lady who turned it on for us seemed a little unfriendly and very annoyed, which we honestly felt really bad and stupid enough so it was odd since we were friendly and apologized to her, but I guess she just thought we were dumb or something lol. But anyways that didn't ruin our stay we would defiantly love to come back oneday!

B-7 and B-10 were great!!

Very clean and equipped with all amenities and extras as a bonus.. Great view of the beach. You can hear the sound of the ocean at night. Excellent atmosphere! Not too crowded compared with a big resort. Also, it is nice to have a kitchen to prepare and try the local fruit. Everything is stocked. The common area is very nice as well with two barbeque grills and nightly servings from the staff such as s'mores. It also has beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and others for use right on the beach outside the common area. There is a/c which can be turned off to open the windows and patios or turned back on to quickly cool the place with 3 quiet units plus multiple ceiling fans. It is not too far from south Kihei and 30-45 min from the west side of the island. I would highly recommend this place!
