You'll love staying in our one bedroom, Peek-A-Boo View Condo A3. (Condo sleeps 2.)The bedroom boasts a plush King bed with sumptuous bedding, a SmartTV & light-blocking window coverings for late sleepers. Is this a sisters or best friends trip? The sofa opens into a very comfortable queen bed, perfect for those who wish to sleep separately.

The private lanai has beautiful garden/peek-a-boo views. Easterly facing, it provides for both morning sun & cooler, shaded afternoons/evenings. New Mitsubishi A/C (June 2023) in the main living area keeps the entire condo cool & comfortable. Ceiling fans in every room - including bath and kitchen - provide air movement as well.

We completely remodeled down to the studs in May 2022. We have all new furniture & window coverings throughout. Tile flooring will keep your feet cool. Our photos are up-to-date and show accurate views of the condo and property. Our nightly rate is an incredible value for being an oceanfront property, where the beach and ocean are mere steps away.

You'll find beach towels, a cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs & an umbrella in the bedroom closet. Take with you on the days you venture off property to check out more of Maui's gorgeous beaches!

Starter incidentals include a roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of TP, dish soap, trash can liners, dishwasher soap & some spices/oils. We suggest bringing laundry pods & dryer sheets with you, along with your favorite hair products. Hair dryer provided. Plan accordingly if more items are needed.

Kihei Sands sits directly on one of Maui’s best beaches, Sugar Beach. From our oceanfront pool and barbecue patio area you can practically touch the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated, & stretching for miles in either direction. How far is it to the beach? Literally around 6 feet from the patio! Our patio & lawn areas are idyllic. Spend each morning with freshly brewed coffee - served by 7:00 am. Evenings, watch a spectacular sunset while you grill dinner & sip an adult beverage.

You'll love watching canoe races in the early mornings. For the adventurous, paddle with one of the clubs. Rent an SUP & paddle in our serene & calm morning waters. Grab the boogie boards & go for some wave action when the trade winds arrive in the afternoon.

Our unique complex offers a private crystal-clear mosaic tiled oceanfront pool, a patio with umbrella-covered dining tables, two gas BBQs, plenty of lounge chairs on the grassy lawn for your use & enjoyment, & an outdoor shower - all with amazing views.

A 5-minute walk down the beach you’ll find several eateries & shops, including a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery, & Shave Ice. We recommend a tavern located just next door when you first arrive - their sandwiches & salads are outstanding. There are numerous dining & grocery shopping options within 3 miles of Kihei Sands if you arrive on island before your condo is ready.

Our central island location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer - a great place to start in any direction your adventuring may take you. An abundance of dining options ranging from casual to upscale & fine dining awaits you in So. Kihei, Wailea & Pa'ia, all short drives from us.

Fridge is pretty old & kind of rusty & the ice maker does not work. All the furnishings were nice, but the comforter in the bedroom needs attention. Inside has a couple of blood spots. Overall, it's very quiet & the beach is beautiful. The buildings are well kept & the grounds are so nice.

The wind kept us off the patio sometimes but there was always time to sit in the sun, socialize with others and sip your favourite refreshment.

It is a beautiful, clean, classy 1 bedroom 1 bath family room dinning room and kitchen with a beautiful lanai. The bed is extremely comfortable and the condo is furnished with everything you need. Even a hair dryer!!! Your condo front door is less than 200 feet from the 8 mile long Sugar Beach. Sunsets at night are breathtaking. You are close to all beaches, cafes, fine dining, shops, downtown Kihei and the best Shave Ice!! The manager Connie on the property is so kind and helpful. The grounds are always clean and meticulously maintained. Parking is easy as they have a lot big enough fur all guests! I highly recommend staying in Unit A3, it is my home away from home. Mahalo to the owners for sharing with all of us.

It also sits on the most beautiful beach. It feels more secluded since it's a smaller condo complex. Much more enjoyable than a huge resort. We loved grilling on the community patio. The grills were always clean and ready to go. I 100% recommend a stay at this beautiful condo. Oh and the plants all around the grounds are stunning. You will not be disappointed.

At times it was like having our own private beach. Didn’t have to fight the crowds. Loved that we could walk a few places. When we did drive, I felt the condo was in a convenient location. We were content most of time time to just sit at the pool and play on the beach. Connie, the property manager, went above and beyond for us. She is such an asset for Kihei Sands. We would definitely stay again!

We spent a huge amount of time at the patio area and ate most of our meals out there. We plan to go back again in the future and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The condo was so cozy and Kihei is a quiet place with a ton to do with just a short drive. Sugar Beach gave us a special, non crowded area to go when we had some down time and the people that hang on the patio were all so incredibly friendly. The condo itself stayed so cool we barely needed the air on and it was nice to have the ocean breeze coming through the patio door. Next time we go to Maui we will definitely be staying in the same spot!

When it came to picking a place for our honeymoon we knew we wanted to return. These condos are just a lovely hidden gem. They’re stocked with everything you need to have a beautiful vacation. Furthermore, their location right on sugar beach is perfect. We spent some incredible days reading in the gorgeous lounge chairs, BBQing dinner, and snorkelling with turtles in the great reef right off the condo! We hope to be back soon!

The property was quaint and tidy with just a few steps putting you on the beach. Patrick and Connie do a great job of managing the place and the concierge service is extremely useful. Overall the property is in a great location with great beach access. We stayed on two different Condos during our stay and found some differences in amenities such as the first Condo had a hard stiff bed, the second was more congenial to people with back problems. The first Condo had slightly dirty floors, the second was immaculate. Connie and Lisa were outstanding and very responsive even late at night...:)

Its location on the Island made it a central launching point for our activities on both sides of the island. We like the small size of the property which gave us all the amenities and privacy we needed without the hassles of a large resort. The beach is beautiful and just a 50 yard walk from our front door. Parking is close and simple. We loved having the BBQ grill and a full kitchen for preparing meals. We will definitely be back.

The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and very well stocked. We cooked most of the week and saved a bunch of money not going out. The pool looked beautiful but we did not use it because the beach is so amazing! We walked down several times a day to enjoy the amazing weather and gentle waves. The staff was great and very responsive, even sending a forgotten item to us after we left. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and will certainly return!
