Maui Kamaole H108 is a really nice unit and the daily rate was very competetive. It had a nice ocean view, was spacious and was very comfortable. It definitely needs a bit of a remodel, but for the price and primo location, it was absolutely worth the rate charged. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

This unit is simply amazing. Fantastic ocean view. This large unit ground floor has three lanais. It is well appointed with many amenities. The kitchen has everything you want to prepare a meal. It is close to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. IIt is well maintained and clean. Can’t beat the tropical well maintained grounds. Two pools and tennis courts. Quiet property. Rentals Maui was highly efficient and responded to our issues immediately. It is close to the boat launch where you can take trips with local excursions to see the whales. Just a short walk to the turtles everyday. The three beautiful Kamaole beaches are just across the street. Sunsets are spectacular from the front lanai and whale watching can be done fromthere. Would highly recommend The rental agency is great as well. We have be very fortunate to spend our winters in this “Little Corner of Paradise for many years. Our home away from home.

I’ve stayed in a number of these units, this one was really nice, had everything you need, and was very spacious. View of the ocean was a perk. The location of the unit in the complex gave it a house feel rather than a condo feel, it’s nicely tucked into a back area with a large patio off the bedroom that’s private. Right beside the bbqs which is convenient but not so close you see anyone or hear anyone else cooking. Id definitely recommend. Only negative is relative to some of the units on the second floors it’s not as bright during the day, if you like that sunshine bright vacation feeling this one may slightly disappoint but the patio is there when you need it.

Great location, however it was very dirty, dusty and unkept. Had to strip the sheets on the pullout couch as they were sandy and stained, dishes came out of the dish washer still dirty, two of four elements on the stove didn’t get hot enough to boil water, finger prints and stains on all closet handles, light switches, and touch surfaces. Splatters on walls and on bathroom door and bath mats were disgusting. There were no dish clothes and dish towels smelt sour so I had to give them a fresh wash as well. Ceiling fans and lamps were stacked with dust, soap scum all over shower door, crumbs under glass top kitchen table. It’s needs a deep clean, not the two hour turnover they do between guests. We had family staying in two other units here and both were much cleaner and better stocked.

We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. The condo was clean and in a great location. The best part was the sunset view from the patio. My kids enjoyed the 2 pools. My only complaint is there wasn’t a beach umbrella to go with the beach chairs and cooler.

The Maui Kamaole complex is beautifully landscaped, offers enjoyable pools and hot tubs, and provides a peaceful stay. We enjoy walking to Kamaole III beach directly across from the complex where a path/walkway begins that extends south past the Wailea resorts - a beautiful waterfront walk. The condo we stayed in, H-108, was very comfortable and had ocean views. The unit is nicely appointed though much of it is the original decor. We recommend the complex and this unit that offers privacy and a great view. We also recommend Rentals Maui and their outstanding service.

We have been going to Maui Kamaole for more than 20 years. It is the best condo complexes in Kihei. The complex’s ground are beautiful. Condos are low rise and roomy. We would highly recommend this property. The rental agency was awesome to deal with. Any issues we had with or unit were resolved quickly and professionally.

Property was very comfortable and they had lots of the small important things such as laundry detergent, dish soap, beach towels and soap. I enjoyed the patio and was able to see whales breaching in the bay one evening while having a glass of wine.
Most important, the bed was super comfortable. The entire process was very smooth and i would stray here again.
My only suggestion is to provide a map to help find the unit once you are onsite.

Unit itself was well maintained despite being a little older. Great location as our favorite part of every morning was opening the Living Room sliding doors and watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee.

November 2021. Good location south of town, walking to beach, restaurants, etc. Condo property was awesome, well manicured, nice pools, good BBQ grills, management was easy to communicate with, easy check in/out. The unit itself was not so great. Huge drywall repair in kitchen that wasn't finished, some lights didn't work, others worked intermittently. Walls and tile falling apart around corners, filthy tracks for all the sliders, exterior glass filthy, only two small a/c units for the whole place - one of which is located behind the tv, and requires an additional box fan to move the air. Top of fridge very dirty and greasy. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable (no surprise), but the kids didn't mind. Unit was a great size, awesome views/access from the back porch, kitchen was well equipped w/ a couple new appliances. A couple random spices, but no salt and pepper shakers. Very few trash bags, toilet paper, soap provided but we made it 10 days with out having to buy more. We booked short notice, only two weeks out. And I would stay there again if it was the only place I could find available. But for the price there are many more nicer options available if you have time to plan ahead.

Our time in Kihei was great, the condo was impeccable and the location was great. The check-in process was very detailed but easy to follow and we were very appreciative. Can’t wait to come back!
