We have stayed in several places on our trips to the Big Island, and this property was our favorite by far. Lots of room for 6 of us to roam around and be comfortable. The loft area was the perfect private space for my teen with his own bedroom and bathroom. And the loft shared space was a great place to look at he views. The A/C and fans throughout were very helpful on overly warm days. The lanai was spacious and fun to hang out on and watch the golfers and geckos, as well as the beautiful sunsets! One of the property’s pools was very close to our building, which was very convenient. And the neighbors were really nice. This will definitely be the first place we look for when booking our next trip back to Kona/Keauhou!

This Condo is nice, on the golf course and has A/C. I also like that it had a grill. The location is close to the shopping center and is located off of Alili Drive.

We enjoyed our time and enjoyed the convenient location. The complex was quiet and the condo was clean. Everything was great and we had no problems during our week stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall great. The infrared barbecue not a good idea for renters. It didn’t work most times. On the other hand a very well equipped unit.

The unit (CCV 303) was wonderful. Having been an owner in CCV's for two units for the last 15 years we know the units, area, shopping, places to go, etc. very well. We have been owners in Kona since mid 70's. What is a disappointment is the fact the rental company was unable to rent the second week of our visit after having notified them over a month previous to our release of the second week. Now, unfortunately, the unit sits vacant with no return of our payment for the second week. Very, very disappointing. Thank you. Jim
