Has a lovely view and great amenities. Very comfortable main beds. We had hoped to move the hide a bed mattress in to a bedroom, to accommodate a toddler, but it is not removable. So there isn't a way to accommodate more than 4 people in bedrooms with this unit. Only option given by property manager was a referral to a local rental company. Also, in the winter months, the patio is nearly unusable in the heat of the day: in direct sun. Black out curtains block inside, but ac wouldn't keep up with blinds open during the day. Was able to enjoy the patio for breakfast and after dark.

Overall a beautiful place! Could of been 5 stars, but cleaning people need to do a better job. Master bath had urine on back of toilet, hair in shower, half a bottle of shampoo was all that was in there for us. Floors were dirty. Dont blame the owners, but they should look into new cleaning people. The place was beautiful and could easily be perfect with better cleaning.

We loved everything about this property! It was just as presented online. Very clean. Convenient location. Loved that it was so close to the beach. Enjoyed all the pools! Dukes was delicious and the wait staff were so kind to us! Amy worked extra hard to improve the mood of our youngest at lunch one day. We can't wait to come again some day!

This condo was very comfortable, like home away from home on a resort with pool and gorgeous beachfront. Ideal place to stay in Maui Lahaina area. We were greeted with leis, a Hawaiian snack gift basket, and local luxurious products in each bathroom. We couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend this place.

The location of this property was just perfect. The grounds of the Honua Kai were very nice, however, there was some construction happening so the main courtyard had a large truck parked there, making it for an eye sore! The property could use an update on furniture around the lobby and pool areas. There were very few employees there to help when needed. The condo itself was nice. I was expecting it to be unique from the other condos, but they all looked and were furnished the same from what I saw. The patio cushions need to be replaced, they were worn. The little coffee shop at the resort was wonderful.
By far, we loved our stay here because of the location. It was absolutely wonderful.

Highly recommend had everything I needed I felt very prepared was able to have groceries delivered to keep fridge stocked for my kids. Perfect view and loved opening glass slide doors to both living room and suite was very spacious my kids ages range from 1 1/2 to 22 loved the home and all had that own space. Very close to all walking distance to multiple beaches and pools coffe shop in lobby I highly recommend the home and coldwell banker was very professional and courteous

We absolutely loved it and will be back! We loved the view of the ocean from the patio, the beautiful and comfortable decor, and the location -- so close to the beach, which has amazing snorkeling! The pools are fun and it's close to everything. Everything you would need or want for a vacation in Maui. I would make the very short walk to the ocean and watch the sun rise most days during my stay, and I saw whales breeching right from the shore. 100% recommend.

We had a great week staying at 310. The condo was ideal for our family of four. Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was provided for, and the lanai is amazing: perfect views of the ocean. The condo was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the management were so quick to be helpful and answer any questions. We'd definitely come again and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Maui.

We loved this property, the condo, and the area. The office was prompt to assist with anything needed. Easy checking and out. Amazing snorkeling at the beach, we saw octopus, turtles, and a wide range of fish. We paddle boarded from the beach in front of the hotel, enjoyed the pools, the restaurant, the long walkway attached to the property, and the food trucks close by. Thank you, we had a perfect vacation. We will be back.

Honua Kai is perfect for young families. Highly recommended.
This condo had tons of space and all the required amenities. Pretty good view of the Ocean as well!

Just what we were looking for! A lovely apartment with amazing pools in a great location. Check in was a little wonky, we never got a text that our room was ready and didn’t get our door code, and cell phone service from the hall outside the door was patchy, but once we got inside, it was truly our dream vacation in Maui. We will definitely be back!

The resort overall is fantastic and this condo is exactly as the pictures depict. The place was spotless, comfortable and perfect for our vacation.
A few things to note:
1. This unit does not face one of the pools, which I found to be better since it made things a little quieter
2. The property itself is on the north end of an approximately 3 mile beach walk which access several resorts as well as Whaler's Village
3. If you will be enjoying a lot of the touristy activities (as we did) such as Molokini snorkel trip, helicopter tour, surf lesson, Road to Hana, bike down Haleakala, then just know that you may be in the car quite a bit as these activities tended to be 30-45 minutes from the resort. Not a critique, just a comment.

We would definitely stay here again! The condo was beautiful— furniture and decor looked brand new. The place was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked with all the basics. The unit was on 3rd floor, conveniently located between 2 elevators so easy access to front (reception/parking) or back (pool/beach). The property was very nice and we spent most of our time at the fun pools! The management company was very communicative and checked in during our stay (beginning and end). Traveling with two children (almost 4 and 6) and a grandma. Extremely clean accommodations with comfortable beds, welcoming dining / living room / kitchen plus a patio that wrapped two sides of the unit. Plus amazing views! Not to mention the overall property was wonderful - many pools to choose from and other guests were pleasant and friendly. Looking forward to renting again!

The Honua Kai is a lovely property. Such a fabulous location in Maui. Snorkeling stunning reefs is a short walk down the beach. Dukes is great. The on site gourmet market and coffee shop is convenient and has great options for a quick breakfast.
Unit 310 was a great home away from home for us. We had a few issues arise and Channing was so responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay in this unit again.

The unit is fantastic and as described. It was clean and had a very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The manager provided great service. I would highly recommend. My only recommendation would be better lighting in the bathrooms, a full length mirror in the unit and umbrellas for the beach.

We had a wonderful stay. Both bedrooms/baths were tastefully decorated with lots of storage. The living/dining room opens into the balcony with a moving glass wall patio door. A TV in every room helped. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved the endless supply of pool towels. The dryer could work better, and the trash collection chute did not work most of the times. Easy access to the beach, and lots of pool and hot tub options. CB Island vacation representatives were very attentive! All in all, this is a unit not be missed!
