Valley Isle 1201 does not have A/C and is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 12th-floor condo that offers panoramic ocean views from your private lanai and ceiling fans throughout. This resort has elevators for easy access. Unit 1201 can accommodate up to 4 guests. Step inside the peaceful bedroom and you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed with panoramic ocean views and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The uniquely remodeled bathroom is exquisite and features a large walk-in shower and Swarovski faucet handles. The condo has a front-load washer and dryer for added convenience. Although there isn't A/C in this condo, ceiling fans paired with tropical breezes on windy days will help keep the condo cool. Aside from the breathtaking views, the living room features new Hawaiian-inspired décor and furnishings, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The kitchen features a Sub Zero refrigerator, new Wolf range stainless steel appliances, and beautiful granite countertops with everything you need to make all your meals in-house.
Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront condominium situated on Kahana Bay that boasts ocean views from both buildings. This stunning 12-story Hawaiian-style resort offers a beachfront pool, direct beach access, poolside barbeques, and lush gardens. There are 2 elevators available for guest use. The beach width may vary with the tide and season, but Pohaku Beach is a short walk away. Additionally, this condominium is within walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, bars, top beaches, and activities. There are no resort fees.
My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

The condo was decorated beautifully, had every amenity you could think of, was decorated with Asian style decor that really created a beautiful and cultural environment, and had the most amazing view with the sound of waves right from the bedroom and living room. We would most definitely stay at this location again.

This Condo Is everything from the first moment you walk into the lobby checkin then your up in the elevator all the way to the 12th floor with beyond gorgeous views of maui when you turn the key to this lovely condo your reaction is wow 🤩 the view off the balcony overlooking the ocean 🌊 was beyond Beautiful & was the perfect way to started my birthday with 2 double rainbow 🌈 the bathroom was so beautiful and the airflow thur the condo was amazing the condo had everything we need from wash & dryer to a full kitchen and all the water toys for the beach are in the bedroom also the view in the bedroom was amazing i slept like a baby listening to the waves at night and stargazing was amazing the pool at the condo is perfect temperature for kids & the beach is right on the property u literally have everything at this condo will highly recommend to family and friends for their perfect stay i've stay everywhere on maui but this was a memory i will never forget and i will cherish ❤️ till next time i come back also wanted to recommend getting your car rental thur Turo App Save you ton of money on your stay and we rented a tesla for are 4 day stay it was amazing because we didn't paid not one cent for charging !!! also right by the condo we had a amazing breakfast buffet style at the Ritz Carlton would highly recommended for breakfast and also another great food spot is called havens maui in kihei also another spot is called the Tin roof maui in kahului its right by the airport it's one of the best food spot on the island ❤️❤️❤️ we go straight their when we land right by costco also roy's steak house is a must have so book a month in advance ❤️ also a i highly recommend calm beach is st theresa beach in kihei hidden gem ❤️ very sandy bottom super warm water also a great spot to visit is bake on maui in haiku also a another shop right next to their with amazing perfume is called maui organics also would highly recommend getting a in home massage by maui brands he comes to you any place on the island we always contact him when we land ❤️ after a long flight who doesn't love a massage also if you wanna go to one of the best spa on maui its called ho'omana spa maui in olinda high in maui mountains also fat daddy in kihei is amazing bbq yummy another beach spot where u wanna get a full body tan is a nudist beach called little beach right by big beach 🏖 which also known by makena state beach one of my all time favorite beach on a perfect day ❤️ also oneuli beach is black sand because with no reservation but pls be mindfulness all back up all ur trash and do not take anything from the island ❤️ including rocks or sand or shells also if your going to hana u must leave early in the morning it is a whole day experience bring extra clothes and bug spray hope you enjoy your wonderful experience also Read your condo manual ❤️ it has everything in it from babysitting to activities ♥️ thank y for providing me with the perfect stay !!!!

My husband and I had such a great stay at valley isle! The place was very clean, had everything we needed, and was a great location! The view from the condo was amazing and I loved that the bedroom had a balcony as well with an amazing view. We would stay here again!

Absolutely loved this stay! It had the most amazing view ever and everything looks exactly the way it did in the images. Great location. The only drawback was that it did get a little warm in the condo and could probably use another fan or consider an air conditioning unit but we still loved it and would stay there again!

Our honeymoon stay in the unit was fantastic. My perfect stays was so responsive and helpful to us when we had a small issue with the condo. Here during mid Feb 2023z Beautifully appointed condo with amazing unobstructed ocean view from 12th floor. Excellent location. Myperfect stays did an amazing job of communicating. Btw, you can see the whales from The deck and hear the ocean all through the house. One of favorites we stayed in all hawaii. Choose this one! Thanks to the owners for such a great job with this place.

My wife and I stayed here for a week, along with some good friends who were staying in another unit on the same floor(12).
This unit was nicely undated compared to theirs, however theirs was still good.
This unit came as advertised; clean, lots of supplies, towels, beach chairs, cooler and the kitchen was beautiful with the nice appliances and the marble counters.
If I had to critique, they could have used another large mixing bowl and a knife sharpener.
The kitchen had a new ceiling fan which hit one of the cupboard doors when opened, My Perfect Stays knew this and are going to repair after our stay.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is an amazingly well kept property, and an unmatched view. I have been to Maui many times over the last 30 yrs, 90% of the time staying in condos, and this is one of the top ones I have stayed in. I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10. The only reason for the minus 0.5 is that it has limited beach equipment. Now, they do not claim to have any, so this comment is based on my observation of other properties that do offer; however, they do have a couple of beach chairs, and a couple of boogie boards for visitors use. I would advise to add a couple of more chairs, a beach umbrella, and a foldable cooler, and this would do it. In terms of everything else (location, low noise level, view, easy access to eateries, rental equipment places, beach access, etc) this property is prime. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the property and the updated appliances. We will be back soon
