THE BUILDING:

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses. Clean and well appointed furnishings and decor. VRBO pictures are accurate. Management quickly addressed the ironing board issue we brought up. Appreciated the bottled water on our arrival. Wished other tenants followed the "no smoking" on outside patios. We will return and recommend.

The property is in a great location near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The free parking was easy to find a space. The only suggestion I would have is more storage. The bedroom needs a dresser, there is no place to store your clothes. Also some shelves in the bathroom would be nice.

I would 100% recommend this location. It was AMAZING. There are so many great things to say about this property.
First, Midway Vacations was amazing with their response time. Any time I had a question, they responded within a few minutes to max an hour. I really appreciated their prompt response. Second, the condo itself was awesome! It was the perfect size for just my husband and I, and had all of the amenities we needed to stay the week. We like to cook, and found we had everything we needed. The VIEW from here is also amazing. My favorite thing to do was to start and end the day with sitting out on the patio/deck watching the ocean.
Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better location. It is so close to downtown Waikiki and the beach. I really appreciated that they also provided chairs to sit on, at the beach. Truly changed the experience of enjoyment at the beach. Everything about this rental was great. The parking was great as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable!

This was a nice alternative to the incredibly expensive resort hotels downtown.
The location was a great starting point for all of the activities we had planned.
Easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Waikiki.
Condo is bright and clean with great views.
The condo is updated with modern amenities (very nice!) and is just as advertised.
The beach chairs were a most welcome bonus!
A few things that were not so good.
Be sure that if you plan to stay downtown, that you are ready for the traffic and noise. Traffic getting anywhere is a test of patience.
The building itself seems old and outdated. The hallways are dark, hot and the carpet looks 100 years old.
The condo is across from the laundry room.. that gets loud.
There is no AC in the bedroom. It was very hot in there to sleep.
Nowhere to store clothing. Expect to live out of your suitcase.
All of that said, it was a great find and worked well for my vacation with my daughter.

This place was everything we needed. My husband and I traveled with 2 teenagers. This was perfect for us all. They had their own space snd so did we. The fancy toilet was also a huge hit with everyone. The views were stunning and everything was walking distance. This place did not disappoint!! Will definitely stay again and tell all our friends!!

My family stayed at the condo last week and found it perfectly located in Waikiki…the kids loved the beach, my mother loved the sites, I loved the shopping, and we were right around the corner from Diamondhead, as well as amazing restaurants. This location was great. Just one block from Wikiki beach, and lots of great places to go out to eat near by. It was a short drive to the grocery store but easy to get to on your way from the H1. The place was clean and well kept.

We were very happy with this condo, it has been fully remodeled recently, the kitchen is very modern, the TV is huge, the bed is very comfortable and the ocean view is beautiful. This condo looks better in person and so does the view. The location is terrific, and the included parking is a huge bonus. When we return to Waikiki, this will be the first place we look. There is no recommendation high enough, so five stars!
