Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

The location is great with a beautiful sunset every day, clean condo, well equipped, and view of the fireworks. Here's what you need to know: noisy street, absolutely the worst sofa bed ever!!! We paid $420 USD for our kids to sleep on a sofa bed that is a piece of garbage - yes falling apart, springs you feel in your back! There is no pool and paid parking $28/day.

I’ve stayed in 4-5 identical units in the same building. Unfortunately I would put this one at the bottom of my list. Upon arrival there was broken towel bar in the bathroom, exhaust fan in the bathroom, didn’t work, and there was some sort of UV film on the sliding glass door that totally ruined the view of the ocean and marina when the sliding door was shut.
I will give 100% kudos to the management company, who immediately sent someone out and fixed the bathroom towel bar and vent fan. allegedly there was a work order for the film on the sliding glass door but it did not get done during my visit.
I just felt the poor quality of some of the furniture, the mishmash of kitchen, utensils, uncovered A/V wires up and down the wall to the TV….Just made this not the favorite unit I’ve stayed in here. For the amount I spent for a full two week visit, I think I could’ve found a unit with better, decor, better kitchen equipped, and furnishings and a warmer feel.

Property was mostly as described. Everything was as expected except for comfort of beds. Pull-out sofa definitely needs a new mattress and some of the bindings at the bottom are broken. All pillows were awful… new pillows definitely required. Linens did not fit the main bed in the bedroom.
Check-in process was relatively smooth. The initial combination given did not work but the after hours number addressed it quickly. However initial starter kit of toilet paper and paper towels were not available which was difficult when you arrive at 9 PM and there’s no toilet paper in the unit.
You could invest in a few more glasses and mugs. They were basically four of each. And only two wine glasses. Inexpensive and easy to do so.

We were not happy that we had no use of a pool, only the rocky beach.
The marina needs to be cleaned, it was so gross to look out the window and see all the garbage floating around.
We had to buy bug spray, due to roaches!
They have super strict rules of no smoking, but 2 doors down, someone was obviously dealing weed, with the smell and the traffic.
Oh and the condo is right next to the garbage shoot, so it can be startling at times.
We won’t be staying here again.
